I have tested it a few times now; I am surprised how effective the swivel floor brush attachment is for cleaning most surfaces in my home. It is more lightweight and nimble than the bulkier Kenmore vacuums I've used in the past, yet the suction works just as well. I am confident that this vacuum will serve me well for a long time.

Elizabeth Johnson: I hate vacuuming! I looked at a couple of famous 'stick vacuum' brands in a big-box store and stopped by to ask Leo's for advice about which to get. They reported that three of Brand Xs were brought in just that morning for repairs, then gently pointed out that they sell Simplicity, a brand I had never heard of. So, based on their excellent store brand laundry detergent, I decided to take the plunge. When I researched at home, I discovered that the brand is made specifically for households with severe allergies. My adorable new little vac does a good job with my antique, fragile Persian carpets and the after-effects of my messy baking efforts. Could not be happier!! Awesome business, that Leo's Vacuum Center!!!

Elliot Hamlin: I knew I wanted a Miele canister vacuum for my new place but the sticker price of a new one was intense. So since they can last years I decided to buy a couple year old "lightly used" "good condition" one off craigslist for a steep price cut. It did indeed function but once I got it home and looked closer I realized the suction was weirdly low and the bag full indicator was going even with a new bag. Some googling suggested that it should be fixable (probably a clog) so next stop was bringing it over to Certified Vacuum.Within a day they'd taken a look and determined it was indeed a clog and then gave me the options of either they just fix the clog for $29.99 or they fix the clog and do a full service (cleaning parts, greasing what needs greasing, cleaning filters etc) for $79.99. I decided to go with the servicing along with the clog fix since I'm not sure how well cared for the vacuum was with its previous owners. A couple days later I got the call that my vacuum was ready for a pickup and wow it works amazingly now.Definitely recommend Certified Vacuum for when your vacuum just isn't working like it should.

No more dust coming out the back end, nullifying all the vacuuming I just did. No more replacing it once a year due to heavy dog fur. Bag replacements only 1-2x per year?? Yes please! Shane did an awesome job of installation and explaining all the parts and maintenance. We are really looking forward to using this system and not being annoyed all the time about our vacuum.

Michael Hoskins: I originally took a $400 Kenmore vacuum cleaner. Into be repaired and the two old men couldn’t figure out how to fix it so I ended up buying a new vacuum cleaner sorry I ended up losing $400. I’m sorry, but this place is not reliable not worth even go here to get anything prepared because these people are not reliable and they do not take my vacuum cleaner it stinks
nelly twyman: I needed to get my vacuum repaired real quick I went to one place in Shrewsbury he said it would take 7 days for him to fix it and didn't even look at it and just assumed it ,was charging a minimum of $65. Don't wanna wait that long and I'm glad I didn't so I called Marlborough and he told me to come in. Long story short when I went Mark fixed it 123 and didn't even charge me because he didn't need no parts. Mark is an amazing sweet guy God-bless him and I definitely recommend this place and I'll definitely go back. Not because he didn't charge me, cause I was willing to pay. I even asked him how much I owed him. But he looked into it real quick and realized he was able to fix it right there and then.instead of telling me to leave it for a few days and looking to it later. Anyone that needs their vacuum repair go here totally recommended 100%. God-bless you Mark and thanks again.

Matt Hawkes: I never got the owners name but what an absolute legend! Our old Hoover vacuum decided to have a breakdown and on closer inspection the plastic housing for the bearing nearest the belt had broken from wear and tear over the years. So, I took a walk to the store where the owner, after taking a call, asked how he could help. I showed the part that was broken and he explained it was now an old vacuum and that a new brush would be needed as you cannot order the individual parts anymore... BUT! he took the time to look for some parts which he had salvaged from old machines and only fixed it! I cannot recommend this place enough. For someone to take the time to help and give sound advice in the process was just wonderful. It was also nice to support a local business for once too. He said he had been operating since 1974, the shop itself was like walking into a time warp, the place has character for sure.

Zane S: Adrian is awesome. I spoke to him over the phone a few weeks ago and he was very clear about what to expect. When I got here today it was super easy to scan the qr code and check the vacuum in. I had driven from about an hour away and was expecting to have to leave the stick vacuum and come back for it another day but he assessed the issues, explained them to me (basically everything was clogged and needed to be cleaned and filters replaced), gave me a quote and fixed them all within 15 minutes. I highly recommend him if you need your Dyson fixed. We tested it together before I left the store and it works perfectly now! Adrian does not waste your time. Will come back if I ever need to!
