People complain about the business practices but business is business. These folks at this location are the reason i go. Good service, staff that knows their stuff and in like the fact it is a small store, there aren't many places like this left in Worcester. see you guys soon to pick up stuff to play as I keep going through chemo!

Ahmed Siddiqui: It's a gamestop, tbh never buy used unless new is impossible or to expensive for instance pokemon games, you can buy the DS Diamond and Pearl games but it'll set you back a couple hundred brand new so used from someone trustable or known is safe.Also don't bother with online purchases on DS games as they aren't always legit, sometimes it's a sticker on a $5 game or some clone of a original.But like usual it's a gamestop store with the employees being gamers but pushing the corporate mumbo-jumbo about buying a legit bad pro membership that is worthless unless your buying games monthly and always spending more than the $5 they give you.Also just don't trust the people working inside unless it's a game recommendation.

John Yanczewski: Just not the same as they used to be, there overpriced on everything, trade in prices are ridiculous, game prices ridiculous, the help is hit or miss, if you shop around you can get the game for at least 10 to $12.00 cheaper, same games as gamestop's. I know you have to make money but your taking advantage of the consumer and that's why you have stores closing everywhere. I just bought the new 2k21 golf game at Walmart for $49 gamestop's 59.99, sold. So gamestop it's dog eat dog out there with plenty of other options and competition you just can handle. Thank you.

Came in over the summer, no sign of it, try October. Went in October, can't find any record of my pre-order. After some digging, turns out it didn't survive the migration into their new inventory service. Guy puts in an urgent request of some sort. Tells me probably two days, but feel free to look around elsewhere if getting this item is important to me (no I'd just like the thing I pre-ordered months ago). Gave them two weeks before going in instead to really cover my bases. Go in today, still no sign of it. When's it coming? "Maybe a week?"Don't order things here if you actually want to get them. I'm just gonna say it, GameStop deserved its spot on the ash heap of history. It's like everyone forgot about the years of this stuff and the savagery of their used game buybacks and decided to bail them out of their well-deserved bankruptcy as a meme.

She handed the phone to someone else who was able to help me on the receipt it stated that within two days of buying the game I can get full price back and I went in to show the man. When I walked in the lady was being super rude to me and said why would even buy the game if your just going to return it a day later and said there's nothing we can do for you . She was blaring music off of her phone while talking to me and making rude remarks the man was very nice and helpful in giving me my return. Mind you I’m 17 years old and was being very polite I was just showing them my receipt and she was so rude to me. Awful experience

Gwenevere Schiebler (Gwen): Employees working there around 4pm on 03-01-22 would not assist me. They refused to process an exchange and would not listen to me. Multiple times I stated I had accidentally purchased a game I already owned and wanted to exchange it for another game of the same price. They asked for my ID, my receipt, and my number. Multiple times they asked what was wrong with the games, if I was trading them in or if I was returning them. Then they told me I can't do that without bringing back the entire order, I questioned that which got a strong reaction of not risking his job over a game. I was caught off guard and apologized saying that was not my intention to come off that way, and then I was just genuinely asking a question but he was hostile and aggressive while I was trying to be more and more calm so that I did not come off belligerent but I can’t lie I was getting upset at this point. So I confirmed one more time that I had to get all of my games back at the house bring them all back in and return them to get two new games out of the 12 I bought, they told me yes. I thankdd them and I left.I did not feel any of this to be true as I have worked at Gamestop in the past and know other people who work there now and I’ve never heard of anything like this so I went to the Gamestop at the Lincoln Plaza instead, they were phenomenal there and took care of me and did not require any of the other games, which I had brought just in case their legit was a policy change on that, they did not need that. They did not need any of the information the other store had requested except for the receipt and the two games that I was exchanging. The whole process took five minutes. An hour of driving back-and-forth for five minutes to exchange two games. That’s the experience I get at the Auburn Mall. I recommend just go to the Millbury store or the Lincoln Plaza store if you live in this area Both stores have good energy with knowledgeable employees.

When I asked about a product I saw online and couldn’t find on the floor, someone in the back actually found it for me and got it to me in under 3 mins. Will be returning in the future!!

Shae: By far the best game shop I've been to, they will give you the most for your trade ins and they respect the items you bring in. I'm not sure if he's the owner or just an employee but I had a blast talking to him and he is clearly a fan of video games and is very knowledgeable if you need help. Sometimes the prices on certain things can be a little bit higher but for the amount that they give you for trade-ins it's absolutely fair they're a small business and need to make money as well! They also have an incredible Funko Pop selection for good prices.

Robert Heske: Fantastic Comic Store with Superb Service.Hats off to Cole who introduced my 14 year old Autistic daughter to a new series to read and binge on Netflix. He also pointed me to a series in my wheelhouse - The Department of Truth - to read at night, rather than surf endlessly on cable. It is a clean store, easy wide aisles navigate with easy access and ample parking. And the clerk was eager and amicable to help. A nice shopping experience! I will return with both daughters on Free Comic Book Day in May.

I just stood there waiting to pay and she just looked at me and said nothing till the kids next to her said come over here to our register. All the consoles and games are overpriced and you can find them elsewhere cheaper. Sad thing is I was actually planning on dropping some money here. But since nobody really seemed to care I got one game and left. Had someone helped me I would have spent $100+ here. Instead they got $13 and I felt bad giving them that. I get it your a small business and your prices maybe a tad higher. But you think being a small business, they would want to treat a customer right. Do yourself a favor and drive to Fitchburg That's Entertainment. Cheaper and friendlier service.
