Amber LaBonte: Great place to walk! The lake provides a nice breeze, so I'd bring a warm coat during the colder months of the year. The only real downside is that the park can get a bit dirty, and is pretty noisy and crowded during the summer.
PHYLLIS DIXON: Great beach but they need to make popper shoppers the law ust TOO much dog poo on the grass!!! Don't walk barefoot

D T: Farmers Market at the Unitarian Church on Thursdays from 11 a.m. -12 p.m. across the street from Shore Park. A great place to buy local fruit and veggies. Selection is limited.

Michael Milligan: Sandy Beach. Sidewalks in area are incomplete. Hard to walk to from the neighborhood and not easily accessible to differently abled.

Rhodi Lopez: Nice neighborhood park with a nice and updated play yard for kids. Has a tennis court, a basketball court, a pool and plenty of walking space. You can also find benches and picnic tables. There's a newly constructed skateboard park here too.No public restrooms available.
Haywood Jablowmi: Nice green space in Worcester. Basketball, tennis, & handball courts. Playground with slides, swings, & climbing structures. Baseball diamonds, swimming pool, & new skate park. Sometimes idiots will hangout around the park but they're harmless for the most part and mostly just ask for a $1 or a cigarette, they won't bother you if you say no so give or don't give. Don't let that intimidate you the park is worth your tax $$$.
Thomas Duggan: Nice park for walking, the paths are all newly done. 2 full basketball courts, 2 baseball diamonds, and a new skate park.Playground: Swings, slides and climbing area.

K.J.P. Dufresne (John-Pierre): Not bad for a park. The playground is nice, but a lot of not very nice people hang out there. The pool, handball, tennis and basketball courts are very nice. The skatepark is open. On WRTA bus route 4.Restrooms: The only restrooms are in the pool area, when open. Last time I knew, you can't use the restrooms in the neighborhood center.Dog-friendliness: Great place for dogs.Picnic area: There is no official picnic area, bring your own blanket and chairs and have a ball.
Al Bernd: Park is beautiful. It is very spacious and has many entertainment. There's a playground for kids, a basket ball field, and baseball field and a recently installed skate park. The pool area is the most problematic, because there are unruly teenagers that frequents the park. However the staff members have done a great job calling the police whenever people are becoming disorderly.
