Stephanie Audette Connor: I am so happy to find a wallpaper store in Worcester County! I went to every big box store to look at wallpaper in person because I wanted to see the colors of the wallpaper in person and match it to a paint swatch but no one in the area carries wallpaper. Dawn was super helpful and had a huge selection of wall coverings to choose from. I’ll be headed back to make a final decision of which wallpaper I’m going to order. Thanks Dawn!

Em Jay: Franklin has expert knowledge of the products and of selecting colors. I thought I was limited to the swatches but he asked questions and created a custom color. He was very patient and nailed it. As a result I bought paint for two projects instead of one.

Although I had to buy another double roll a few weeks later because I didn't have enough when I got the other roll it was $30 more thanthe 1st exact one. Apparently it was order wrong and they charged me $20 more for the wallpaper and $10 for shipping. So needless to say done shopping there

ALISON NADELL: Horrible customer service from some kid. Opened at 10:05. Not the problem but I stood at the counter with 3 other people behind me waiting. No eye contact at all. He starting shaking a can up, fooled with the registers, started counting money while we’re all standing there. No “good morning” No “I’ll be right with you”. It was like we weren’t even standing there. There is still such a thing as customer service! I left and won’t go there again. A waste of 1 hr!
