Dirck Ashenfelter: Flying David Clark headsets for 40 years. Still have my original headset. Customer Service second to none. My latest headset an X11 (out of production) needed a battery cover. Emailed and within 10 minutes had a response and they are sending one free of charge. I own several David Clark's and my company gave me a competitor ENC unit. It doesn't compare to the David Clark. Shout out to Joanna Nissen in Customer Service! Thank you for all you do!
Peter Ross: I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. My DC One-X headset recently needed a repair after years of faithful service. I sent it in to them and when I got it back I realized they had not only fixed the problem but replaced quite a few other parts that were starting to wear, and cleaned it too! It's like a brand new headset. Even included fresh batteries. All at no charge. Really going above and beyond, I will never buy a headset from anyone else.
Michael Henning: I have the One-X headsets, and absolutely love them. I sold my Bose headsets after I needed them repaired, and my pilot friends told me about the outstanding customer service offered by David Clark Company, and decided to upgrade. I figure the Clarks offer a 5 year warranty vs 2 years at Bose, are made in the USA, better customer service, and $300 less. As an added bonus, they are also a better headset. I find the ANR and the passive noise reduction to be better. The ANR, when it turns on, the best way I can describe it is as a vacuum of silence.8/15/2022- I wound us pulling the cord out of the headset (my fault). I dropped the headset off for repair, and about a week later I got a package from David Clark…. They replaced the cord, new ear pads, new head pad and put a clip on the cord so I don’t damage it again. No charge!!! What a great company. Bose certainly wouldn’t do that.
Mark Merwick: I own a DC Pro X2. I have owned it for 2 years and there is a short in the cord. I sent it to David Clark for warranty repair……after 2 weeks I call to inquire about the status only to be told it will be at least 2 months before they can complete any repairs. I paid $700 and do not have a “spare”. David Clark customer service is dropping the ball on this.

Stephen Baniecki: I fly commercial jet aircraft with a major airline and have enjoyed my DC Pro-X headsets for many years. Whenever I run across a pilot looking for a new headset I advise them to "stop looking" and buy these headsets. They can be worn all day without any discomfort. The noise cancellation audio quality and the quality of construction is outstanding. This is only surpassed by the outstanding support DC provides. Twice I've reached out to customer service with issues: 1) I caused, bending the mic jack as a result of opening the aircraft window, and 2) ear pad replacement from normal wear and tear. Both issues were handled by the DC customer service team beyond my expectations. I'll continue to be a loyal customer and will encourage others' to be as well. Thanks DC team!

Josh Hoffman: Stopped by to see if they could repair my DC Pro X headset while I was briefly in town for business. Was immediately greeted by Joanne, a customer service rep. Both her and the security guard couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Less than 2 hours later my headset was fixed and updated. Haven’t experienced this kind of customer service in a long time and proudly supporting this American business!
Annette Siver: I have had a pair of their hearing protectors for over 35 years. Though they have made comfort improvements they have not started saving money on using junk parts. I have purchased other types from box stores but these are by far the best of the ones I have tried. I live close to the factory and they also have great customer service.

M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.

Teri Goulette: My 14 year old son and I visited Dick’s Friday evening in search of matching hoodies for him and his girlfriend. We found a great selection of north face hooded sweatshirts and bought two. At the register Michael handled our transaction. Being a scorecard member that doesn’t come in too often, I asked if there were any coupons available that I should search my inbox for. He was extremely helpful and patient as I looked. It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. Thanks for the great attitude Michael. Keep up the good work and we’ll definitely be back in!

CY cao: They charge $50 to change watch battery. Then they said my watch is broken, they will pay me $50 to buy my watch. They removed the original battery from my watch. I went to a luxury watch store and they charged $20 to change battery and my watch is working fine now.

I got the watch, he said the watch was broken. If it was in broken, why didn't you see it when you put the battery in? And scratched my watch more than it already was, and returned it without any battery in it (kept the battery that was originally in it)

LEON CHEN: Highly HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. I went in for a battery replacement on my watch. The gentleman first quoted me $39... then said because it was a Movado it would be $45. When I said I would like to try the other place in the mall, he lowered the price back to $39. He gave me a slip and said it would be done in 30 mins. 40 mins later I return and there’s a line of about 3 people also waiting to get back their watches. NONE of them were done. The guy didn’t even apologize. The customer ahead of me got a little frustrated (and rightfully so) because she said she had to leave soon. The gentleman then acted rude to both of us asking who was in a bigger hurry and he’d do them first, but the others would have to wait. Again, not even an inkling of an apology for wasting all of our time. Luckily, I’m retired so I have all the time in the world... but I would not give them my business after that kind of customer service. So I told him I’d just take my business somewhere else. I then brought it to the Russ Watch Repair shop in the corner by the food court. $25 and it was done in 15 minutes! Highly recommend taking it there instead.
Mike Pando: I’ve been bringing my watches to Time Square for over 20 years. It may cost me a bit more than cheaper shops but these folks do competent watch repair. I once took a high-end watch to Alpha Omega (when they were in the mall) for repair and their service manager, George, sent me to Time Square! Recently, I had 8 watches that needed battery replacement and because I do my business at Time Square, they did 2 of the watches at no charge. One of the higher end watches needed a movement replaced that would have likely cost me twice what Time Square will charge me to replace the movement. If you’re looking for broad knowledge of watch manufacturers, quick turnaround and competent repair, this is the place to bring your watches.
