William Pherson: I highly recommend AWQS. We had the worst water that is loaded with Iron and has a rotten egg smell and had been dealing with it since we moved in. Bill came on site tested the water and furnished our house with a new, custom conditioning system based on our water. He also took the time to explain how it works and answered all our questions thoroughly. Honestly, the water could not be any better--it is crystal clear and is night and day from what we had when we moved in, we could not be any happier. We went from the worst water to the best water instantaneously. The installation crew could not have been nicer and went through the whole system to show us how to change filters and answer our questions. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience warranted one, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Bill, Kelvin, and Sean.

Gary Herl: Did not solve my PH problem. Their injection pump too small. Had toby my own injection pump to fix problem. They sell soda ash (50 lbs bags) for $75 that you can buy at Worcester Chemical for $27. They're RIP off at 130% profit.

They were the worst to work with and can not be trusted! Their Service Tech Stole Tools I owned from my home, then the company did nothing about it! Looks like AWQS Co-Signs corrupt practices & Employee theft from customers??Then we experienced incredibly late or non-responses to calls for equipment outages & service failures. You have to ask yourself what are you owed and what do you expect if the norm is non responsiveness to System Down Calls after selling us a complete R/O System & water treatment System for Over $4,000.00 Wow! Any reasonable person should be able to expect more from their service provider and selling dealer than no response to system outage, AWQS Inc employee theft, and then, after being lied to and asked to put the bad experiences behind us to start anew, they lie and then refuse to do as they said and asked me to do? The franchise Brand should really pull the franchise and terminate this corrupt and unethical dealer!Don't be fooled by Disingenuous Promises and deceptive behaviors from this merchant. Run if you see them in your neighborhood or at home shows. ANY other Water treatment Company is better if you want service, honesty and support?
Megan Crowley: Fantastic work - thank you! Our well pump stopped working completely on the Friday night before a long weekend. We'd never had well issues before so after a quick Google search, called AWQS that night and told them about our problem.A man (I think his name was Jeff) came out before lunchtime the next day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and told us what he was doing while he took our well apart. He also brought his dog in the truck with him - the sweetest, handsomest old boy I've ever met.Jeff diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump, installed a new one (which was really cool to watch and learn from him about), and had our water back on before he left. He even gave us recommendations for how to replace our pressure tank when the time comes. It was absolutely fantastic service, at a fair price, and on a weekend to boot. If there is ever another problem with our well, we will absolutely call him again.
Adam Beer: Great company, customer service, and timeliness. They came when they said they were going to, had a clean install, and have been great to work with even after the install. We had a question about bleaching the system, and Bill took the time to write a detailed description step by step so we were able to do it. (They showed us at the install but there were a few to many steps I guess for us to feel comfortable replicating)Would highly recommend. Thanks again guys.
