Binnie Nguyen (Binnie): From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. It is absolutely beautiful inside. I came here for a microwaving consult with Amanda. She was so friendly and kind. She educated me about the procedure, the materials used and how her technique is much different from other microblading businesses. Her wealth of knowledge made me feel comfortable with my "semi-permanant" procedure. I am looking forward to see how the eyebrows turn out. Amanda is booked a couple of months out!
Eileen Kelly: I just had the most incredible experience with a Signature Facial at Nkd with Crystal. Thank you! It was so relaxing. I carry so much tension in my jaw and neck and it dissolved away. My skin also loved the experience. In fact, my 6 year old son (lacking vocabulary such as 'dewy' and 'youthful') told me that I looked "shiny and beautiful" without any prompting upon seeing me hours after the treatment. It's been 24 hours and my skin is so supple and happy. I already booked another one next month. Don't hesitate to do the same - it is worth it.

Amanda Martin: Ok, I review a lot of restaurants and stores, but this review has been a long time coming. I’ve been getting waxed for about 10 years; at a few different establishments and with many many different estheticians. In my past, I may have found someone acceptable enough to continue to go to for recurring appointments, but never 100% satisfied with the service. At NKD, I have finally found the perfect esthetician, Vanessa! She’s so amazing at her skill, and I have never had more consistently thorough waxes. My skin is always so smooth after the service with almost zero irritation immediately after and until my next wax. I used to have a problem with ingrown hairs after waxes, but that hasn’t been the case with Vanessa, from a combination of her expertise and products she recommends. Vanessa is incredibly efficient and a pleasure to chat with during the service. I think it’s important to feel comfortable during your wax, and leave knowing you just had a positive experience. Lexi Aagesen: DO NOT GO TO THIS EUROPEAN WAX CENTER!If zero stars was an option I would have picked that. I've been getting waxed for over 20 years and never had such a painful experience. I politely provided feedback and shortly after she decided she wasn't comfortable finishing the service. I was left half waxed and wax on my skin when I walked out. She told me that I needed to reschedule and when I spoke to the front desk they told me that they wouldn't charge me for the service (what service?). I was leaving the next morning on a beach vacation and they didn't have an appointment available before I left.

And let alone she is elderly and dismiss her . I saw photos of all gelled makeup and they did t even line up eye lashes and or properly lengths I was quite distraught she was charged 75$ for make up !!!!!! Sephora not that expensive ulta is expensive they make you buy stuff but 75$ ? And they refused to allow her even buy product telling her oh just go online and buy the stuff really lissed off and should consider refund or fighting charges with the bank ridiculous how greedy this place is !

I made my mother an appointment and on the website it said it would be $140 but apparently they did other things to my mom's hair without telling her that it would cost her more money, totalling up her bill to $250. Not only that but a lot of attitude was given to my mother about it. I honestly wished they would have communicated with my mother about the extra charges.I'm honestly very disappointed since I've been very loyal to this place for 2 years. It's a shame honestly.Edit:In your response you stated that she was told multiple tines. Which doesn't make sense because she knew how much she had at hand. She would have never gotten it done if she knew the price went up. She would have rescheduled it. The fact that you would lie about it to make it seem like it was my mom's fault. Kates Fam: I came in with hair down to my butt. My hair cut turned out horrible and not anything like I wanted. It was cut way shorter than I initially asked. I wanted my hair a little above the middle of my back and it turned out barely touching my shoulders! And the back underneath is even shorter. so short I cannot even put it up, I have to use clips or it falls down. The blow out was horrible as well. Disappointed!!!
