I worked for them in high school and through college, and they balanced being very kind with taking their business and their delivery to their customers very seriously. I've been to many catered events by Struck over the years, and my company has hired them a few times to cater our client appreciation events, and the feedback has always been stellar. Isabella Kopka: I had the pleasure of working with Cindy from Struck for the last year. I reached out to her early in my wedding planning and was excited that they had my date available. Having a full service catering company was a game changer in wedding planning- she made sure we had the appropriate staff and rentals for the wedding including our linens, tableware, cutlery, tables and the dance floor were all taken care of by them. The planning process was seamless, thanks to Cindy’s experience and attention to detail and offered advice and suggestions throughout the year. My favorite things about working with this caterer we’re obviously the taste and quality of the food but also organization and responsiveness . Struck catering checked all of these boxes. Our wedding day was perfect and although we only had a few bites of the apps the reason we did try them was because she personally brought them to us during pictures. We did both sit down and eat our dinner and it was amazing !

Chelsea Chesna: Honestly I’ve never ordered from here, but when I walk past this place with my dog in the morning there’s usually some cold water sitting outside in the shade and someone comes outside to give my pup a treat. It always smells so good when they open the door and the people are very nice! I’ll use them if I need catering in the future :)

She is very personable, making sure that the food we chose was what the bride-to-be wanted and to please guests as well and making sure all was set for our day. She takes the time to listen to you and explains everything in detail.The venue was perfect! Very scenic with the lake in the background. Very clean facility. The food was phenomenal! The bar tender and server were so very pleasant and eager to wait on my guests and to make sure everything was setup the way we needed.I highly recommend everyone to check out Struck Catering and the Eastern Shores Club for your next event, you will not be disappointed!

Shannon Hinkley: Struck catered my October 8, 2016 wedding. All I can say is AMAZING! They did such a phenomenal job and were so unbelievably professional. The owner, Barbara, is so easy to work with and made sure that all of our preferences were met. My guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious their meals were and how attentive the wait staff was. I had one guest remark on the speed and efficiency of the meals being delivered to the tables. As the bride and groom, we had heard so many times that we wouldn’t have a chance to eat on our wedding day. Struck made it a point to let us know when food was being delivered to our table so that we could sit and eat with our guests. We had two designated servers, Amanda and Kim, and they were both wonderful! I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job Struck did catering my event. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the Worcester area.

DIRECTPRODUCTIONS Life: I rented the hall B for July, prior to the party Sameer showed us all the controls and where everything was. When we received the hall at 430 everything was clean and we were able to decorate the hall and put everything out in a timely fashion.. we contacted him during the party to see if we can extend it an hour and he was very understanding and said yes. We left the hall clean but had forgotten to take out the trash, the owner was very understanding and let us take out the trash the next morning.. we got our security deposit back within the 7-10days as stated in the contract.. he was very approachable and understanding we will definitely be booking again..

Inez Saez: This owner is money hungry!My sister recently used their hall for a birthday party this past weekend. She had to clean the DISGUSTING hall before using it which delayed her set up plans. After the party, she made sure to clean up the mess before leaving, putting away the chairs/tables which left her leaving a little later than the time she was supposed to. When she asked for her 400$ deposit back the owner stated he wasn't going to give it back because the hall was messy and there were two broken chairs. He also charged a whole hour as a late fee, although it was about 15 min. Luckily, she had taken before and after pictures of everything and sent the pictures to him but still refused to give the deposit back, until she threatened to take him to small claims court. He also has his own cameras in there so why wouldn't he just check them??My sister is supposedly going to be given the deposit back this upcoming weekend but we will see.. Beware and make sure to to take before and after pictures!!!*Reply to the owner since you're not allowing me to reply(I wonder why?):There are time stamps on the photos she shared with you before and after. You continued to lie and look for problems that weren't there so you could keep the deposit. You knew full well or did not care that the hall was not clean for the next renter. You saw the pictures of the clean hall afterwards. The debris of those previous balloons were left there and untouched if that's what you're talking about. Everything was taken care of by us, we made sure of that with pics that were shared with you. You were not willing to give the deposit back until you were threatened with court.As a small business you should try your hardest to reply professionally and keep your facility clean for the next. Trying to put the previous renters mess on to the next for a quick buck and playing the victim is just wrong. And since it's such a small business it should be easy enough for ya.It should go back to being the housing facility it used to be. Good luck.Thanks,Karen :)
