Tuckerman Hall: what do users think?
Taylor Gull: We can't say enough good things about Tuckerman Hall, Paul and Adrian. We recently held our wedding at Tuckerman and we had an incredible experience. Paul and Adrian took care of our every need and planned the day down to the minute so that everything went off without a hitch. The Hall itself is absolutely stunning and has every amenity a wedding party could need. The private bridal suite was a huge selling point for us, and our guests are still commending on how beautiful the cocktail hour and reception halls were. Paul and Adrian are very well connected with various vendors in the greater Worcester area, and this knowledge made for a truly seamless and stress-free day for my husband and I. If you are looking for a gorgeous, historical and accommodating venue, look no further than Tuckerman!
Alaina M. Oropollo: My husband and I had our wedding cocktail hour and reception at Tuckerman Hall in June of 2022 and our experience was absolutely perfect. If I had to sum up the look and feeling of Tuckerman Hall in three words I would say elegance, soul, and splendor. From the time I toured the venue in April 2021 and all through the following 14 months of planning process, Paul who manages it was incredibly helpful. He was consistently readily available via email phone or text whenever I had questions pop up as I was going through the planning process. He was very helpful, patient, and reassuring. In the weeks prior to the big day my family, Paul and the caterers that Tuckerman recommended all had a meeting going over every detail of the event and I felt totally assured that I was in great hands and I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing on that day, even though I didn’t have a wedding planner. I was right. The day went better than my hopes and expectations and in no small part thanks to Paul, Adrian, their staff, and the staff from several of my vendors whom I got from their recommended list. Not to mention the venue was simply breathtaking. Seeing it empty, but all dressed up with the linens and flowers I had selected, moved me to tears. Seeing everyone dancing with the band playing on stage later that evening after dark is a memory I will never lose. Every single guest told us how beautiful the venue was. We had many lifelong Worcester residents as guests and only one or two had seen Tuckerman before. Our guests from around the country were equally as awestruck. Getting ready in the bridal suite upstairs with my mom and my ladies was so fun and relaxing- we all have great memories from it and beautiful photos. It was also great getting to drop off so much of our stuff the day before and practice dancing with my dad and my husband, as well as being able to pick things up the day after the wedding. It all went off without a hitch and I have some of the most beautiful wedding photos I’ve ever seen because it all took place within this absolute gem! It’s two months later and I’m still getting compliments about the venue. Thank you Paul & Adrian!
April Brady: Tuckerman Hall was a stunning and elegant venue for our wedding. The architecture and decor throughout the hall is classic and beautiful, which provided us with the perfect ambiance for our ceremony and for breathtaking photographs. New England weather can be tricky in October, and we were able to have all of our wedding events there - from getting ready in the bridal suite, to the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. There are so many beautiful rooms throughout the venue. The bridal suite is spacious, including a full kitchen and bathroom. There were rooms throughout the venue where we took breathtaking photos - from the stairwells, to the room where the cocktail hour was held, to the outside.I have to say that the best part of booking a wedding at Tuckerman was working with Paul and Adrian. Paul was always quick to respond and assist with questions that we had. Adrian coordinated our music beautifully and kept us on track throughout our wedding day. Everything went off without a hitch, and I know that their hard work was the main reason for that. The team overall was fantastic, helpful and enjoyed the wedding as much as we did!
Michael Altman: Our wedding at Tuckerman Hall was 8/27/22 and it was the best day we could have ever asked for. Paul and Adrian were amazing. One of the best things about Tuckerman Hall is that they only do one wedding per weekend, so we were able to spend Friday night and Saturday morning bringing all of our decorations to the venue. Paul and Adrian made sure all of the details were ironed out, even having a 2-hour meeting with us and the caterer 2 weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was all set. For a day that can be extremely stressful they made everything extremely easy, handling all of the setup, vendors, and keeping us on time every step of the way. Paul and Adrian were so receptive to ideas that we had for our day and did everything they could to make our visions come to life. Adrian went above and beyond and even spent time building us a backdrop to take pictures. The venue itself is gorgeous and really is a hidden gem of Worcester. All of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the building. The high ceilings and architecture provided a great setup to decorate. Our wedding was ~120 people and it had additional space if we wanted it to be bigger. Even with the extra space the setup made it feel like a cozy and didn’t feel like there was additional area. We had a band and the acoustics were incredible. They also have a great bridal suite where all of the bridesmaids got ready. The suite included a mini kitchen equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, full bath (huge shower with towels), and multiple mirrors. The guests also could not stop talking about how good the food was. Paul and Adrian recommended the caterer Scott Toupin, and the food did not disappointed. We had a plated meal that was such good quality, and the steak was cooked to perfection. We cannot thank Paul and Adrian enough for an amazing day and we highly recommend using Tuckerman Hall for your wedding!
Colleen Fitzgerald: BEST DAY EVER!! It could not have happened smoothly without the dynamic duo of Paul + Adrian at Tuckerman Hall, along with their close-knit catering team. Their combination of professionalism and down to earth personality made it comfortable for us to work with them. I was particularly nervous about rehearsing our first dance since we didn’t take lessons, and Adrian helped us with several practice runs to settle the nerves on the day before. The venue itself was an architectural masterpiece, which allowed it to be easy for decorating. I wanted something clean, classy, and indoors due to the unpredictable New England weather, and to fit about 150 people. It was large enough to fit my crowd, and cozy enough that it didn’t seem empty anywhere. While much of the services were a la carte, they provided the set-up and clean-up of all my props & favors. I can attest they have a strong visual eye for decorating and details– they went to town with the boxes of decor I gave them for setting up. I am a designer myself so that meant a lot to me!!My guests keep raving about where we had our wedding along with the food with Scott Toupin Catering. It was top quality and it matched the service that we were provided on our special day. My wedding guests loved the servers so much that they personally invited them to our after party gathering nearby.Thank you again. It really is a hidden gem of Worcester, somewhere us locals drive by all the time but rarely get to experience. Tuckerman Hall now has a special place in our heart and we hope to walk through those walls again for another exquisite occasion ❤️
Mark Mancevice: Good concert venue
Jamie Andreson: We had an absolutely beautiful, elegant and memorable wedding at Tuckerman Hall in October 2022. This incredible historic building is the epitome of elegance, and the perfect size to host our 120 guests.Paul and Adrian were incredibly easy to work with and so accomodating. Their detail oriented approach to coordinating all the vendors and ensuring we've thought of everything made working with them an absolute delight. Their staff were professional, helpful and ensured I had anything I needed (even when I didn't realize I needed it). They had a great working relationship with all our vendors and that made deliveries so smooth.Beyond the incredible team the venue itself is exquisite. The stunning hall was a dream to have our first dance in, and we loved showing off this beautiful building to all our family and friends. As the bride I also had the priviledge to enjoy the Bridal Suite throughout the day, which made a perfect place to get ready. Since they only host one wedding per weekend we were never rushed or set to tight schedules; we were able to collect our items (which they had gathered for us) on Sunday at our convenience. We cannot recommend Tuckerman Hall enough to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue. Many thanks to Paul, Adrian and their phenomenal team.
DeAnna D: Beautiful Place came for a Elvis show. Good size room, and spaced out. Definitely worth going there for a concert.
Stan Oslowski: Excellent venue for a celebration whatever the reason.
James Kasdorf: It's a marvelous venue for a concert of this kind. Great acoustics, appropriate size.
Joocheon Cha: Total entertainment place
Kritika E: Beautiful place
Lorie Lewis: Elegant and breathtaking structure.
Don Kaiser: Beautiful, historic hall
Susan Burford: Amazing venue!
Frank Carnevale: Tuckerman Hall was an excellent choice for our wedding reception. The hall is beautiful, with classic architecture and decor you won't find elsewhere.Paul and Adrian were great to work with, responsive, and very organized. They recommended great vendors that they worked with independently from us to make sure everything came together. They even helped us arrange musicians from the mass symphony orchestra to play during the cocktail hour and dinner. The day of the wedding, Paul and Adrian were on top of all the details, making sure everything went off without a hitch. We had a smaller group than I think is typical for Tuckerman, around 70 guests, but with their expert arrangement of tables and the dance floor the reception felt like the perfect size.
michael curci: What a beautiful place, acoustics are amazing!!!
Elizabeth Mihailides: We originally had our wedding reception booked at a county club but after looking at Tuckerman we decided to make the switch and it was the best decision I ever made. Aside from the venue being absolutely breathtaking, Paul and Adrian were the ones who made the process as easy as possible. For us the best feature was the bridal suite upstairs. Its a beautiful space that made getting ready a breeze with a large group. The venue has so much charm that every corner there is a place you want to photograph. The night was perfect and there is not one thing I would change. Paul and Adrian are the dream team that will not disappoint and without their help we would have been lost! They are the definition of professionalism and have a true passion for what they do. If you want a magical wedding definitely choose Tuckerman.
Karen Kallio: Soooooo Excited this is our Wedding Venue
Jennifer Robert: Our wedding reception was held at Tuckerman Hall on 6/1/19, following a Church ceremony. Cocktail hour was downstairs in separate room, and the guests entered the spectacular main area for dinner and dancing.Throughout the entire wedding planning process Paul and Adrian worked closely with us to ensure the day would go just as we hoped. They focused only on our wedding all weekend, and we had access to the Hall from Friday through Sunday, so there was no rushing on the wedding day to bring things to the venue etc.Additionally, there is a stunning bridal suite on the top floor where my bridesmaids and I got dressed, had breakfast/lunch, and prepared for the day!Paul and Adrian made sure that entrances, dances, cake cutting etc all happened on time and smoothly. They also keep the hall in excellent shape - every corner of the building is clean and has clearly been cared for and kept up over the years. Down to the chiavari chairs which are in pristine condition also.Tuckerman Hall is a perfect venue for a timeless, beautiful wedding.
Jackie Steinberg Diiulio: Tuckerman Hall, the best kept secret in Central Mass, is the most gorgeous wedding venue around. Tuckerman boasts high ceilings, beautiful columns, lovely flooring, and a wonderful stage for a chuppah and grand piano as part of the ceremony. Paul and Adrian, managers at Tuckerman, were easy to communicate with, worked very hard to ensure our day was perfect, and know how to ensure a successful wedding takes place. I was worried about having to individually hire all the vendors (i.e. catering, etc.) but no worry was needed. Everything went off without a hitch and Paul & Adrian spoke to all the vendors on my behalf to ensure everything was ready to go. Adrian goes above and beyond – all of my table numbers came in broken and he fixed all of them by hand. Their attention to detail is top notch. The day of the wedding we didn’t worry about anything and had the most lovely, enjoyable day of our lives. We were so happy to have the whole day in one place – getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the best party I’ve ever thrown. The venue has multiple suites for the various bridal parties to get ready in and wonderful spots for pictures. I really loved taking photos on the balcony and outside the venue in front of the columned entrance. Tuckerman hands down is the most beautiful venue around and I unequivocally recommend it to all future brides searching for their dream wedding venue.

Mechanics Hall: what do users think?
Tom Erwin: Experienced choral and swing orchestra concert program as onstage performer and on main level of third-floor great hall. Also had presence in outlying areas connecting with the hall. The great hall is beautiful and it has outstanding acoustics. Decor throughout the venue is splendid. The public stairways between the second and third levels are spacious. Also, elevators provide accessibility among the three levels . All levels of the building are well maintained.

Stephen “Zeystev Vladimirovich” Smola: This location is one of my favorite historical places I've attended a event at. M.O.A.R. held an event there and I'd absolutely adore the set-up of the entire event. The way this was orchestrated I could have been more pleased. A other recovery house H.R. cooked the food for this event and the way they planned and ran this was outstanding. Zukas Hilltop Barn: what do users think?
Charles Coyne: Beautiful place for a wedding! Food, service, the ceremony all excellent. The grounds and views are very nice.
Mark Stevens: Best place for a birthday party. Great experience. Thank you for good food and personal expression of service.
Manalie Clermont: Good experience
Laurie Miles: Beautiful venue
Brian Plouffe: Some of the best views to be found in Central Mass, the most delicious food for your wedding or event, all run by a team that is second to none. Alyson, Pete, and the team at Zukas have it down!If you're looking for a wedding venue, look no further than Zukas Hilltop Barn! This, coming from a person who has been in the wedding industry of Central Mass for more than 20 years!
Carolyn Burke: We got married at Zukas on Saturday and I truly cannot say enough positive things about this venue. We started planning our wedding over a year ago from out of state. Alyson, the wedding coordinator, was kind, professional & accommodating from day one. The venue itself is breathtaking and cozy.they have a greenhouse on site that makes for dreamy wedding photos. The staff were all lovely. Our guests keep telling us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. To the entire team at Zukas, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for surpassing our expectations for our wedding day!
Paula Hunt: Such a beautiful venue. Alyson and her staff were amazing. Food was so delicious. Thank you for making my Daughter’s wedding just perfect.
J Tracy: Nice venue
Sarah Linder: Perfectly beautiful location and facility with professional staff.
Meghan Singh: I have a number of uncommon food allergies, but they were able to accommodate me as a wedding guest. It was also delicious!
Shannon Wallace: Beautiful venue, professional staff, best wedding experience there. Charming honeymoon suite. Great menu, delicious food, Took my allergies extremely seriously
Thomas Conroy (TC3): Nice place for a function (in case, a wedding). Weather was cooperative but it would have been good even if it weren't. Large diving area, nice ground for a quick outside ceremony, and in-barn space for meet and greet. One stop shopping.
Dan Beaven: Great place, great time.
Jennifer White: Attended a wedding as an adjunct to the bridal party (BF was a groomsman). The views were stunning and the grounds are beautiful, however that was the most impressive thing about the venue. There is NO respect or consideration for people with food allergies. I am fortunate that mine is minor however another member of the bridal group is not as lucky - hers is life-threatening. The venue didn't have either of our allergies recorded anywhere and there wasn't a safe thing for her to eat. Even the cheese and crackers were contaminated - as we found out the hard way. Our server then had the gall to say it was her fault for eating something off that table. To sum up: the setting is stunning but be aware that the service leaves much to be desired. As someone in the service industry I would have wanted to know this if it had been my special day.
Ken Maddeford: Close to Terptoen cannabis event. Fun fun fun
Gordon Ploof: Great wait staff.Bartenders were the best
Bob Bret: Definitely a first class place for events. All around excellent.
MrFluffyNess1: Wonderful place!
Sean Dougherty: Attended a wedding and had a great time.
Kevin Campbell: Attended a wedding here in mid June. All outdoors with a tent setup for dining. Luckily it was overcast otherwise it would've been very uncomfortable.Venue was very clean, staff was accommodating and attentive. I wish they had turned on the freestanding fan to get some airflow though (it was just sitting unused in the corner while everyone was overheating under the tent). There was an on-site house for the bridesmaids to get ready in and for the coupe to stay the night. That house smelled like an old house (usually water damage or moisture issues), you get used to it, but still not exactly pleasant.
Laura Hydro: My husband and I got married at Zukas on May 21, 2022. It’s hard to know where to begin because literally everything about this venue is spectacular. The physical place itself is just stunning - think rural, barn-meets-garden, rustic yet timelessly elegant. Zukas only does one event per day, so we had the entire place to ourselves from 10am when the girls and I checked into the bridal suite/salon to start our hair, to 10:30pm when the reception ended. This also meant we had the full, undivided attention of our wedding coordinator, Alyson, who is so amazing she gets her own paragraph in this review! The on-site bridal suite and hair salon was great for getting ready ahead of the ceremony, and the suite was the perfect retreat for my husband and I after the party had ended. We had our ceremony on site at the gazebo, from which point guests were easily guided to the cocktail hour space, and later to the tented reception. It was an unseasonably warm 95 degrees on our wedding day, but the air conditioning in the barn for cocktail hour and the cool shade and breeze under the reception tent kept our guests cool and comfortable all evening. The on-site wedding coordinator, Alyson, was pleasant and professional from the get-go. She was extremely knowledgeable, and graciously answered any and all questions we had during the planning process. On the big day, she was somehow everywhere all at once, never hurried or stressed, cheerfully guiding us from one step to the next. She was there with a plate of hors d'oeuvres so we got to eat in between photos during the cocktail hour, and the wine and water glasses at our sweetheart table appeared to magically refill themselves each time we returned from dancing or mingling with guests. She made the entire process as close to stress-free as wedding planning gets; she was truly a joy to work with! The food deserves its own review because our guests cannot stop talking about how delicious it was. Second only to the ceremony, it’s the one thing everyone commented on. From the passed hor d’oeuvres, to the three-course dinner, to the dessert bar, I can’t count how many people have said it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The main dishes came in healthy serving sizes, and the prime rib and stuffed chicken we selected were huge hits. There are quite a few food allergies in my family, and Zukas was wonderfully accommodating when it came to ensuring that everyone had plenty of safe food options. We brought in a small gluten-free cutting cake from an outside bakery (I have Celiac’s) and opted for the dessert bar for our guests. That might have been the best decision of the night because WOW people are still raving about the variety and quality of desserts! The bartenders also get five stars for keeping the good times flowing with their awesome service, which was no small task as everyone was pretty excited about the open bar.I could go on and on about Zukas and everyone who works there. It’s rare to find a wedding venue that is truly as perfect as it looks, and Zukas Hilltop Barn is that wedding venue.

I can't recommend this place enough!

She helped make sure my wedding dream became a reality. We used the tent in the garden and it was the perfect setting for 150 guests.

Nancy Altemus: The large event tent they have on the grounds, is beautiful.Only problem I can see is that they could use some fans to move the air around.
Chase Skinner: One of my best friends got married and this was the perfect place.
java 58: very cool on the inside old architecture
Trish Hamilton: The Asa Waters Mansion was the most perfect venue. Is truly a hidden gem in Massachusetts. From the planning stage to the day of the wedding Kristen was so helpful! Her attention to detail is amazing. The mansion is the perfect backdrop for amazing pictures and a perfect day. We rented the tent and it was a great space for our 75 guests. They loved exploring the mansion and the grounds. They let us use their cornhole boards and parquet. The gazebo made for some great pictures too! I cant say enough for this venue and for Kristens help. Will recommend this venue to anyone and everyone I know!
Karen Kallio: Beautiful venue for small events
Carl Cramm: Just had our company outing here and it was great. Not for large gatherings but for a 50 to 60 person it's great. Food was delicious and so was desert! The rooms and hallways have all kinds of information about the house and town.
Fernando Cabral: I work for Rutland Nurseries and I did work there it's a beautiful old mansion
Bruce Willard: Great old architecture, beautiful rooms and grounds, and a knowledgeable historian onsite.
Madame Afua Afful: Was there for a wedding and amazing its great for family and small size weddings.

The Barn at Wight Farm: what do users think?
Michael & Anne Shurtleff: Every piece of our daughter's wedding was amazing, but The Barn at Wights Farm staff and venue were just as amazing. Paul was our bridal assistant, and he knocked it out of the park!! Way to go, team Wights Farm!
R Q: The service was good the staff are very friendly. The food was average I would recommend this place for a family event.
Daniel Hernandez: Beautiful ceremony and amazing reception area. Great food as well and the staff was on point.
Margaret Allard: The Barn was the perfect spot for our wedding! The building is beautiful and the staff are incredibly professional (even helping me through pre aisle nerves). They made sure all our vendors got everything they needed to do their jobs well. We got the plated beef short rib, chicken piccata and butternut squash ravioli. It was the best food I've had at anyone's wedding ever. All of our vendors knew the barn's stellar reputation and were excited to work with them. Worth every cent!
Mike Day: Very nice establishment to hold a wedding or shower event
Kate Corriveau: Hosted my Mom's 90th birthday party at the Alpheus room. It comfortably fit 55 people and Danielle was awesome to work with and made sure it was perfect. The food and waitstaff were great too. Thank you!
Chris: My wife and I had our wedding at the Barn at Wight Farm in March of 2023 and we are so happy that we chose this venue! We really couldn’t ask for more - both the planning process and the day of were great. Danielle and the staff/service at the Barn were professional and kind, and we’re very thankful to them for their help making our day go so smoothly. After going back and forth on whether we should use the bridal suite at the venue for the whole day (for an additional charge), we opted to do so and are glad that we did. The space is beautiful and made our wedding day even more special. We used the Winthrop Room for the ceremony and the Barn for our reception. We loved the look of both rooms, and the amount of space was perfect for the number of guests we had (about 100) – roomy enough to give everyone a bit of space while still feeling intimate. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bar service (with signature drinks) was great. Special thanks to all the workers and our coordinator, Amber, who helped us out during both the rehearsal and wedding day! You really made our day.Lastly, if you aren’t from the area and are wondering about whether or not to have a wedding in Sturbridge – we definitely recommend it. My wife and I are native Rhode Islanders, but after going to a friend’s wedding last year in Sturbridge we explored the area some more and chose it for our wedding. It has a quaint New England feel to it but still has some nice options for cafes/bars/food for guests. There’s a number of hotels nearby that make staying over for you and your guests easy to manage (we stayed at the Comfort Inn and also recommend it!).
Dorrene Hamberg: Really nice
Sarah Hulme: I cannot give a high enough rating on this venue, 100 stars!! EVERYONE from the barn is absolutely incredible. Especially my bridal attendant Katie, I absolutely adore her. As I pulled in the driveway she was headed out the door to offer assistance. She’s a ball of energy and encouragement. She ran (literally) from the bridal suite to where the guys were gathering to ensure that both of us had everything we needed. She kept us updated on the groom’s arrival and kept us on schedule prior to the ceremony. She was with us the entire night making sure we had our drinks and food and anything else that we needed while keeping her energy high. You can tell she loves being apart of the day and wants to make things as great as possible. Danielle at the barn is fantastic, highly organized and responsive. Our guests commented several times on how wonderful the staff and food was. My husband and I are blown away by these incredible people and we want to thank you for making our wedding so much more than we dreamed. We will continue to rave about this venue/staff!!
Colleen Bessete: This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is incredible, especially Katie. Thanks for making it a perfect day
Patricia Bessette: Such a beautiful place. The staff was so attentive. Food delish. Great venue for weddings/receptions. Highly recommend.
Melissa Andia: El lugar esta bonito
Paul Durand: Went to wedding last night and the venue and staff were amazing. The staff were attentive and very friendly and accommodating, you could sense they actually enjoyed working there. 10. Out of 10 - highly recommend
Katherine Maiorisi: My husband and I could not be happier that we chose the Barn at Wight Farm as our wedding venue! From the minute we started planning, Danielle and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful. We were also able to coordinate the rehearsal dinner there as well as catered brunch the morning after the wedding. All of the food was fantastic and guests commented it was some of the best food they have had at a wedding! The ceremony space, reception space, and grounds were beautiful. The day of the wedding we had the privilege of working with the coordinator Amber and bridal attendant Katie, they were both absolutely amazing! They were both very organized and so positive and helpful, we did not have to worry about a thing the whole day! All of the staff at the Barn is excellent. Guests were served their meals efficiently and the staff was very attentive to any allergies. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for getting ready. Our wedding day was so much fun and we cannot thank Danielle and her team enough for being apart of making that happen!
Cynthia Cates: Such great food and fun night seeing Tom Petty cover band. Good service also!
Zoranda Gonzalez: Great food and people
Jennifer Carlson: We had a work function here and it was beautiful, with ample parking, and easy to get to. Recommend!
Brian Plouffe: Great food, two beautiful rooms to host your wedding or event, and an amazing team to work with! If it's a wedding you're looking to host, this is the spot. Rustic charm with the most delectable food options to choose from. When it comes to weddings in Central Ma, you're not likely to find a better value! This, coming from a wedding DJ who has been in the industry for over 20 years.
Eric Lapointe: Good times, and great place to have a company event.
David: Great Thanksgiving dinner site.
John Bowes: Thanksgiving buffet, reasonably priced , great food. Good staffGood job

Jackie Wright: The hall is beautiful. All you need are chair covers and table cloths to bring it to the next level. We added a backdrop but the giant painting on the wall is beautiful!
Bhavya Haridas: Great place for the price! Hall A in itself without additional decoration looked nice. Friendly and efficient management team.
Navin Sarin: Very good place partying
Dreymatic Antics: Had my cousin’s Baby shower and it was great! Great communication and ready to intervene if anything. We had a lovely time!
Joba C.: Studio is a nice, clean and elegant place for a party. Any decoration plus the lights and the bar kit, give the studio its fibsltouchof elegance. We had a great night for a sweet 16 party end of July. Everyone was happy. We already have in our list for our next event in the future.
DIRECTPRODUCTIONS Life: I rented the hall B for July, prior to the party Sameer showed us all the controls and where everything was. When we received the hall at 430 everything was clean and we were able to decorate the hall and put everything out in a timely fashion.. we contacted him during the party to see if we can extend it an hour and he was very understanding and said yes. We left the hall clean but had forgotten to take out the trash, the owner was very understanding and let us take out the trash the next morning.. we got our security deposit back within the 7-10days as stated in the contract.. he was very approachable and understanding we will definitely be booking again..
Samuel Huggan: Had my daughters sweet sixteen there. It was a success. Venue was everything we needed and more. The owner was very accommodating and professional. Very good experience will hopefully book another event here soon
Joanne: I recently had my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party and rented out the space at studio 209. Sameer was great to work with and made the whole process in booking easy and seamless. The space is great for any type of event and will book again in the future.
Daniel Whalen: Attended a friend's graduation party recently. Experience was top notch. Wonderful service provided. Drink service was super quick, these servers move fast. Danced and partied the night away. I highly recommend Studio 209 for any celebration you wish to host
Inez Saez: This owner is money hungry! My sister recently used their hall for a birthday party this past weekend. She had to clean the DISGUSTING hall before using it which delayed her set up plans. After the party, she made sure to clean up the mess before leaving, putting away the chairs/tables which left her leaving a little later than the time she was supposed to. When she asked for her 400$ deposit back the owner stated he wasn't going to give it back because the hall was messy and there were two broken chairs. He also charged a whole hour as a late fee, although it was about 15 min. Luckily, she had taken before and after pictures of everything and sent the pictures to him but still refused to give the deposit back, until she threatened to take him to small claims court. He also has his own cameras in there so why wouldn't he just check them??My sister is supposedly going to be given the deposit back this upcoming weekend but we will see.. Beware and make sure to to take before and after pictures!!!*Reply to the owner since you're not allowing me to reply(I wonder why?):There are time stamps on the photos she shared with you before and after. You continued to lie and look for problems that weren't there so you could keep the deposit. You knew full well or did not care that the hall was not clean for the next renter. You saw the pictures of the clean hall afterwards. The debris of those previous balloons were left there and untouched if that's what you're talking about. Everything was taken care of by us, we made sure of that with pics that were shared with you. You were not willing to give the deposit back until you were threatened with court. As a small business you should try your hardest to reply professionally and keep your facility clean for the next. Trying to put the previous renters mess on to the next for a quick buck and playing the victim is just wrong. And since it's such a small business it should be easy enough for ya.It should go back to being the housing facility it used to be. Good luck. Thanks,Karen :)
Marimuthu Subburaj: "Hosted a party here, the ambience is great and the staff is courteous. Great service. Will be back soon!!"Thank you.
Amanda Ramos: If I can give zero stars I would! The floors were really sticky and gross. The management was very rude
Dez Sa: Helped plan a party this weekend there. Hall was disgusting my sandals were sticking to the floor, balloons left over from last party. Owner is very unprofessional making up lies to keep the deposit. Do not recommend.
Carol Ortiz: This venue is clean, classy, and exceeded our expectations. Sameer is very kind and made sure we were comfortable, I love studio 209
Jobe Diagne: We used Studio 209 for our sons birthday party and not only was it inexpensive but it was the experience we had was great. This was a beautiful place and the owners were very responsive. I definitely recommend and we will use them again
Piyush Chopra: Very creative space. Good decor. Can easily accommodate 100 people
Wanjiku Wanjiku: Hosted an event here in December, I loved it. Able to decorate and bring our own food. We had a ball! The space is light, airy and huge!! Able to accommodate a good number of people. There is a small kitchen area to use as your set up space for food and it has a microwave. Waiting area was great for use while we finished the hall set up.A gem in worcester and convenient location.
Zanara Mom: Perfect indoor banquet hall that I was looking for.. so blessed to find such a generous person @sameer ji, went through all details very well. He paid full attention to my requirements and responded so well. Offered perfect package accordingly and moreover treated us like a family member. What else I could wish for. Perfect location for parties. Have on-Street parking and off street public parking on Fantasia drive.Clean bathroom, pantry and hall.Once again thank you so so so much for making it perfect and possible for me. 100% recommended and will look forward for future bookings as well. God bless you and your team Sameer ji. 🙏October 12, 2019 -Saturday
Neha Sharma: Great ambience, extremely fresh n clean, very professional and fantastic tariffs.
Ranjana Ahlawat: Great hall. Fully renovated, clean, great location, easy parking. Great place for a party, event, birthday or any other celebration. Will recommend to all my friends.
Stacey Luster: The party is on Shrewsbury Street! BYO Great food, your favorite cocktails and music that you love! Great venue!

Bull Mansion Event Space: what do users think?
Jessica Colon: Now called Nuestras. This is a great place for food and events.
Jasmine Monty: Requiring vaccines after knowing that they don’t stop transmission and segregation of people is awful. I really wanted to go to the haunted speakeasy. Such a disappointment
Richard Cassidy: Great for function and authentic food.
Jordy Ramos: Great space for any event.
J. Njenga: Hidden spot
Todd Maguire: This place is closed.
Margaret Kilcullen (Muggsy or Maggie): Staff was very nice, and helpful. My niece did book her baby shower there and she said it went off without a hitch.
Gabe Fraize: Amazing space and vibe. not a single bad event at this place!
john fraize: Absolutely loved it. What a great vibe great room perfect sound system is top notch
Ed White: A fun place for some entertaining characters and events.
Nianadevenir Haiowine: Love the event space. I did not eat at the restraunt, but I did attend a show. Although the Mansion is huge, the show room I attended was intimate. It seems to have potential to open up to become a larger space. The details of the Bull Mansion were intricate and very authentic. The house has been kept up very well. The bathrooms are pretty and clean. Fancy! If you enjoy old architecture, you will enjoy this space.
Lisa Gould: This place has awesome food and service. I saw a band here upstairs, but the restaurant has delicious food.
Susan Donovan: The people who run the event side of the Bull Mansion are rude and only out to make a buck! I bought tickets for an event that was advertised as Adult 12+. Later on the event was changed to an all ages event including babies. When I found this out I requested a refund as that was not what I wanted to attend and was refused. Not only that but I was called a liar by Jim that I only noticed this a few days before the event. Why would I have seen this or thought this until I got a reminder of the event. This is the definition of bait and switch and horrible customer service! As an FYI tickets were almost $50 a piece so this was no small amount or event!
joan palmisano: Not what i expected
Katie Stuempfle: Really cool event space! This place has 4 floors of fun. My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times for different themed haunted speakeasys. It is always a blast. They really know how to host an event. They have a full restaurant on the first floor, a bar and restaurant in the basement, as well as a full bar and dance floor upstairs. Pretty much any event could be hosted here with the variety of space available. Plus they have a parking lot out back to make it easier for guests to get there.
Caryn Mac Donald: Matt's Birthday Bash June 22 and 23 2019Great Music, Service and Views
Jaysun Shoulders: Pastor Will Bard and Mission Church NE are absolutely incredible. Pastor Bard's sermons are so spiritually uplifting that you never want it to end. Mission Church NE and Pastor Bard reach out to the broken. It's Amazing!
S. Wasserman: Beautifully restored venue. I think that this is an amazing event space for Worcester oh, that can bring in a lot of arts and culture. I would love to see more theatrical and burlesque events in this space.
Suburban Behemoth: Beautiful local institution.
Tyler Rollock: I never know when they're open

John W. Higgins Armory: what do users think?
Allison Johonnett: Sadly, I’ve been trying to contact this business since December 2022. I’ve called them. I’ve emailed them and I reached out to them on social media countless times. The special effects studio that I work for has had multiple events here, and would like to continue doing so, sadly, I don’t see that being possible as they are not willing to communicate to any capacity. We also have items stored in their basement that we cannot retain. We have props there as well as sets. I’m truly heartbroken at the lack of communication and inability to hold my events at this beautiful venue.
Joshua Yee: Saw a ghost here it’s haunted don’t come here they don’t want to be bothered
Tanya Luna: I hosted a Sweet 16 there a few months ago. This place is so beautiful. There are gorgeous, vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and very much fits a fairytale castle theme. I used to bring my kids there when the museum was open years ago, and we had so many fun memories. The price is reasonable once you’re shopping around and comparing different venues. Keep in mind that they only offer the venue space. You will have to bring everything in, and everything out. Accommodate that into your planning since you’ll need extra set up time and breakdown time, unless you have professional vendor(s) helping you.Unfortunately, there were many more negatives than positives. The management company was terrible to deal with. I mostly spoke with Joe, the Property Manager, and he was consistently rude throughout the process. The man does not know how to talk to people. The contract charges a $2500 rental fee, a $500 refundable cleaning fee, and stipulates that if you need extra setup or break down time, you’ll be charged $100 per hour. All sounded great and fair. As we moved closer to the event date, and I asked about extra set up time, he felt it necessary to lecture me. MORE THAN ONCE. He didn’t understand why I needed extra set up time, why I would even throw such a big party for my daughter, and that I needed to re-read my contract, because if I took advantage and went past my time or tried to sneak in early, there would be consequences. I was paying this business thousands of dollars and he felt the need to treat me like a criminal and a child. He also decided to charge me $200/hour for extra time, instead of what was in the contract of $100/hour. And when I pushed back, he was volatile again. It was a helpless and hopeless situation since the event was then around the corner.I am a mediator in my work and home life. I hate conflict and avoid it whenever necessary. I am a lover, not a fighter. And this man tested me often where I had to tell myself to be calm & professional, since he clearly did not know how. It got to a point that I got anxiety whenever I had to call him. I had to remind him kindly that I’m not a professional party planner, and that if I had to set up tables & chairs for 120 people, I had no idea how long it would take, so I’d rather be cautious and pay for extra time, especially since he kept saying that I better not go over my contracted time.On top of Joe being disrespectful and repeatedly condescending, the place is disorganized. He changed his mind more than once. Sometimes he thought I was renting a different venue in a different state (confused me with someone else). He also promised that I could set up the night before the event, then changed his mind, and called me back to lecture me again. There was so much back and forth on just a handful of extra hours, I felt I was going crazy. Not to mention I'm paying for it. You'd think I was asking him to sacrifice his firstborn. I went to the venue twice prior to the actual event date, and both times the maintenance person wasn’t there when he said he would be. The maintenance guy was nice, but the process was frustrating, since no one works there, and the property management company is all the way in NH. The day of the event, he was also late to let us in. The AC also wasn’t working, and several of the lights stopped working because there had been some flooding. No one mentioned this until I asked. The place wasn’t immaculate either. Floors are dusty, and we definitely cleaned the place up better than how we’d found it. Luckily the floors were dark, so it wasn’t super noticeable. The $500 refundable cleaning fee is promised two weeks after the event, and I didn’t receive my check for two months. After I inquired three times about it.The Gist: BEAUTIFUL medieval venue. Great price. Tiny elevator (which matters when you have 100+ guests on the 3rd floor and restrooms are only on the 1st and 2nd floor). And sadly, horrible, disorganized property management.
BOOMER: Amazing place Very sad to hear it closed
Gabrielle Jezebel Grace Murray: A very cool place! Great for special events. Unique and old school.
Felix Andino: Super nice medieval place.
Isabella Richard: My fiancée and I viewed this as a wedding venue several weeks ago with the property manager and he answered all of my questions. When we went to set the date and review the contract there was many discrepancies. The first red flag was the property manager being 30 minutes late for our scheduled viewing. The next red flags occurred when we had made the decision to move forward and book this venue- The price, which the owner reviewed with me had changed despite the size of the wedding remaining the same along with several other details. He explained that the property manager has no say and he didn’t know what he was talking about and that the contract is as is.The venue is beautiful and unique but due to so many discrepancies between the property manager and the owner we chose to reconsider. It is such an important day and should have been handled with closer detail or shown by someone more knowledgeable.
Andrea Afshari: Enjoyed all the little shops plus the bagpipe rehearsal.
Zofia Thibeault-Tran: Amazing Venue!
Nautilus Realty Group: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAn amazing building with so much history. The new owner has revamped the building and reopened it to the public for local businesses to call home and for people to celebrate their most special events in! Simply put, it is an extraordinary place!
Dalton Cotter: Dont rent the hall the new owner took 3000 and would not return the couple's call and wont refund their money. This Happened in July my friends had to have the wedding and reception in there back yard. The owner booked them and kept the money but did not let the couple use the hall. New update the owner offered to give back half, even tho he provided no service. The newlyweds have hired a lawer.
Spencer cline: This is no longer the fantastic museum it once was what a shame not a museum at all anymore it's an event space and office building
Freddy Alvarado: Beautiful place with alot of historic moments, it's a nice spot for photos with your adventuring company😄
Dylan Kessler: My fiance called over there to inquire about having our wedding there because the venue is really nice looking. The person who answered the phone was very rude and kept asking why she would get married if she was a student. It's not your business why we are getting married. Either you have the space and you're willing to rent it out or you're not. Everything else is rude and intrusive. We will be taking out business elsewhere..
Robie T.: We attended a friend's wedding yesterday. Plenty of room for ceremony and reception.
1965kittycat: The most unique venue!
S Santiago (BrooklynSzBee): Great place to hold an event. Beautiful.
Carolyn Polomarenko: Stuffy, but SO much history!
Maria Brogna: Was hired to be an event coordinator & the offer was rescinded when I told them my son had a bone tumor.
John Hamilton: Same nostalgic feeling WE in Worcester, received as LADS! KILTIE KNIGHT KIDS reuniting!
Ronan Silveira: Well it is just a shame, that a great place like that is not in use, with innovation this place could be awesome

Grand View: what do users think?
Robert Harris: Great venue, I highly recommend
Christina D.: The tightest wedding event ever. Friendly professionals. Great job!
Michelle L: Beautiful for weddings. Food was amazing
Ms. Millie: We celebrated my niece's wedding here. The ambiance was outstanding, and the food and service were outstanding.
Justin O'Halloran: Beautiful venue!
Kayla S: Alysha, our coordinator was incredible! Our wedding was amazing, the food and drinks were perfect. If you are looking for a venue, consider Grand View. The venue and staff are top notch!
Erin Knox: My husband and I got married here on 11/11/22 and have nothing but great things to say about this venue! Not only is it beautiful (inside and out) but the food is fabulous and the staff is experienced, attentive, and kind. Our coordinator Alysha was SO helpful and there for us literally every step of the way. She helped execute our vision perfectly and made the whole process easy. Our bridal attendant Tatiana was amazing and went above and beyond for me and the wedding party the entire night. Knowing we were in such good hands allowed my husband and I to truly have the most fun night and not have to stress about any details. So many of our guests raved about the food, drinks and venue. Highly recommend!
Patrick Monahan: Pretty outdoor venue the inside needs some updating. Wallpaper walls, rundown bar, the woodwork especially needs to be refinished at the bar. Great lakeside views lots of water fountains and water features outside. One broken water feature behind the terrace needed attention and the outdoor lights at the grand staircase needed to be cleaned
Victoria Mauro: My wedding day was set to be a nightmare after the forecast was rain all day - and my dog getting sick the night before - and yet it was still a perfect (dog is ok!!)Alysha was so helpful every step of the way, I can’t believe she was real! She was so knowledgeable and mindful of everything, I’m genuinely unsure when she sleeps because she’s putting 110% in to helping the brides. When I gave her some attitude the morning of the wedding, she was still so nice and helpful, knowing that I was projecting - she gave me a get well soon card for my dog and the gesture really meant a lot to me.She went out of her way to make my day move flawlessly after we had to switch up the ceremony site due to the weather (and my hope for it to change lol)The venue was so gorgeous that I barely needed any decorations and my wedding looks phenomenal, I got raving reviews of the views, the food, the venue from every. single. guest. If I could do it over, I would!Shout out to the bar staff who were being tested by a patron of mine and handled it so professionally and calmly I was just beyond impressed 😅 and special shout out to Tatianna for being my bridal attendant and listening/answering my questions the day of and making sure I was never hungry or thirsty.Beautiful floors, windows, outdoors and indoors, my biggest hang up with other venues with ugly rug and grand view just knocked it out of the park with aesthetics - if you’re going for a minimalist wedding this is your place, it’s so beautiful you don’t need any decorations. If you aren’t going for a minimalist, and going big, it’s still your place! It’s such a beautiful venue I wish I had something else to plan in the future.Thank you everyone!!
Michael Trigiano: The atmosphere was spectacular the people were polite answered every question I needed answers as a vegan it's very important. The food was very good I'd highly recommend it.
Rev. Daniel Gregoire: As a minister I officiated a wedding ceremony at this view a few months ago and I can say that setting, staff accommodations are superb! They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. And, the service was top notched. Perfect for waterfront, and the plaza that they've created on Lake Nipmuc was clearly inspired the lakes districts of Italy and Lake Cuomo. A bit of Europe right in Mendon! I would love to come back.
Cheryl Sowa: Absolutely beautiful!!!!! Stunning A+,would recommend it to anyone, you wouldn't regret it, OMG BEST WEDDING IVE BEEN TO THANKFUL IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING,STAFF WAS On Point 100%
Sidney Diaz-McCree: Best wedding venue ever! One of the best water front views you'll ever see in MA. Super friendly and attentive staff. Food is out of this world! Highly recommended if you're looking for a high quality spot to host your wedding!
John Egan: Friendly staff, beautiful views
Victoria Comfort: As a wedding vendor my point of view is different then guest but none the less I think it’s important to leave a review when things go so well. I have worked with the staff at Grand View a few times now. I am a very client-centric photographer and I love how everyone at the Grandview puts their clients first. Both times I have worked at Grandview it has been an attitude of one team with the client/couples in mind. This is so important when looking for a venue. Their communication is excellent, kind and courteous. The grounds are flawless. They have so manydifferent looks for couples to have their photos taken and the best part is it’s all so close together which it makes it easy to use the space. The food is great and has been on time. I really enjoy working at this venue.
Miguelina Peralta (Miggy): Gorgeous wedding and event venue in Mendon, MA. The building has been meticulously designed. Elegant yet clean style decor and breathtaking views of the water. I've had the pleasure to work as an event vendor here a couple of times with my event planning and decor business Shall We Go Chic Events and also attend as a guest. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Great service and good food.
Vin Menzone: Excellent staff, well maintained bldg and grounds great place for wedding
Darlene Conley: Beautiful venue . Staff had everything well timed. Gorgeous outside setting for ceremony.
Rob La Fee: The Perfect place 2 have a wedding.
Mary Ann McCarthy: The venue is beautiful with great views. Staff are pleasant and courteous, but need more training. The meal was rushed with staff clearing prior to people finishing drinks or dinner. The meal was mediocre at best. The bar was shut down during the event with people still in line and then re-opened 20 minutes later. It seemed a bit disorganized.
Hillary Parsons: I don't even know where to start here because there are too many amazing things to say!! My husband and I started looking at venues right after getting engaged, and Grand View was actually the first one we saw. I fell in love literally on the spot, but we wanted to do our due diligence so we kept looking at a few other venues. NONE of them could hold a candle to Grand View. The space is truly GORGEOUS - with the option for 2 different outdoor ceremony spaces, an outdoor or indoor cocktail hour, and a great indoor ballroom space for the dinner/reception. Danielle was wonderful when we met with her initially - giving us a tour & helping us eventually sign the contract. At that point we were introduced to Gina, who was our main point of contact for the rest of our time working with Grand View. Gina was truly amazing - I am very "Type-A," but I've also never been in a wedding before until my own (!!), so I had a million questions along the way. She answered every single email in such a timely manner and was so, so helpful throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be STRESSFUL, but having the most organized and helpful team behind you at your venue can alleviate so much of that stress. We actually did not hire a wedding planner, and I don't regret that decision at all because of how "on it" Gina & the team at Grand View were. The day of the wedding was truly a dream - I did not feel an ounce of stress because I knew Gina & her team were handling everything behind the scenes. I even had a personal Bridal Attendant, Tatiana, who was WONDERFUL - she was on top of my every need, but was also just so funny and kind and the best presence to have by my side that night! I know this is a million words - but I hope this helps any future brides looking for a venue to know that they will be in the best possible hands at Grand View! My wedding was truly out of a movie and I could not be more grateful to Gina & team for everything they did to make my dream come true!
