Brenic Cruz: If you are a person of color, be careful when visiting this establishment, the treatment by some of the employees is rude and even offensive. If I could give less than one star I would. No one deserves to be treated so badly when I'm paying my money for the products.

Sarah Garofalo: I really like it here. This is by far the most well-stocked and largest liquor store I’ve been to, and the prices are pretty unbeatable. Plus, they have a rewards program that allows you to receive discounts on cigars and non-alcoholic purchases (The state of MA doesn’t allow discounts on alcohol).

Jacob Bernier: One of the largest and best liquor stores around with tons of variety. Chances are if you're looking for something that's hard to find, it'll be here. Only complain is checkout times are sometimes very long, and parking lot can be crazy on weekends.

Sam O'Hara: Great helpful staff, good prices and Wendel selection all bundled together in a clean and intuitive store. My dog loves it there and my toddler tolerates it which, really, is all you could ask for.

I appreciated the older gentleman with white hair and glasses trying his absolute best to maintain composure and attempt to stay professional. He was relatively nice until some younger male started to irrationally open his loud mouth; thatt is when I noticed the older man lose his patience entirely.Regardless of my apologetic, polite cooperation of moving my vehicle..the male (that was in his mid 40s or so), disrespectfully called me a "fat cow" on my way out the door.I understand this place may be convenient for some, but I was completely repulsed by this "mans" immature behavior.Prices are ok but nothing special. The prices are likely on the cheaper end because they're trying to make up for the lack of professionalism around there.I recommend you don't support this location.If you do support them then good for you.I personally will NOT tolerate the disrespect I received from here.

Linda Vickery: Just went there for a quick addition to a craft beer themed gift for a friend and was assisted by Amanda, the store's resident beer expert in choosing a mix that would appeal to him. She could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through an area that I know nothing about. She understood exactly what I was trying to assemble and I left the store with a nice assortment of lagers, ipas, brown ales and stouts that even sounded appealing to me(I don't like beer)She was genuinely nice and clearly enjoys educating others about the virtues of beer. If you have a beer lover on your Christmas list I would highly recommend going to Mass Liquors for its selection and consulting Amanda for her expertise.
Rhine Merten: While this store might be much smaller than their competitors on park ave, they manage to match their diversity of stock and carry several top shelf options not to be found elsewhere. There is a good selection of local and craft beers, a cold room, as noted a good spread of liquors, and a nicely organized wine selections.More important than all this is the atmosphere. The register is right next to the door so it is easy get assistance and the people seem genuinely pleased to be there. I live in Worcester and this is always my goto.
