Anthony Cocuzzo: I joined up for WiFi service in November and it's been going extremely well! They had a promotion at the time so I signed up for a mobile phone plan too. That has also been great. I really enjoy the digital voicemail which transcribes voicemail so you can read it quickly before you listen to it. The payments and billing have been easy. I got amazing customer service from a AJ Mezzadri, he went above and beyond to help me so I would certainly recommend him and his team to you. All my questions and concerns were listened to and answered. They really know what they are doing and it's been an amazing 3 months so far! Thank you Comcast

Forget help over the phone my Wi-Fi has been out for 6months. I was on phone this morning with tech support for over 2 hours just trying to reset my password with NO help the tech person was of NO HELP I finally hung up on her.and went to the Bellingham store where I was assisted by Jessica who in a matter of minutes was able to straighten out the mess i made . Also she assisted my husband with a similar problem. Jessica should be recognized as an extremely valuable employee.

My sister is on my plan and buying anew $600 phone because hers died and i am adding a line and paying for my nephew to be added to the plan. We were both in there trying to do all of this and i was kicked out so another customer could go in. The manger is rude and disrespectful. My money clearly doesn't matter here. john aziz: This store needs retraining for the whole team from the manager down. Employees don't understand how to enter information properly into their system to do simple transactions. They offered completely different pricing for same services offered through the website. Would not honor any promotions or standard rates offered by Comcast. I left the store and went through the process myself online (had zero issues getting proper pricing and equipment) selected in store pickup at this location. Then was told oh we can't give you the equipment here. You have to go to the Westford corporate store. I left the store called customer service see if that was right. Customer service was very helpful and had no idea what they were talking about. I went back into the store customer service spoke to them and the person at the register said oh my manager just said we can't do it. He tried to get the equipment for me but couldn't figure out how to enter information on the computer.This is a training problem. There was clearly some issue with how to enter customers information for equipment pickup. Reluctantly I went to the Westford store they were incredibly helpful. Was told there's no reason I couldn't get exact same pricing I was offered online as well as should have been able to get equipment at that location they have a lot of issues with people coming from leominster location.
Madonna Sydara: Ridiculous long wait even just to drop off equipments. Went two times to be put on a 30+ mins wait list. There should be a better system for smoother operation at this location. I’m just going to bring my equipments to UPS instead. No one to even greet you when you walk in. Not happy with this poor customer service.

Samantha Lemoine: I’ve had Comcast for nearly 8 years now. Prices continue to go up, reliability continues to go down, and they treat new customers better than long term customers. Left me no choice but to leave for Verizon to pay $25/mo for better services than Comcast quoted me $89/mo for. THEN, my last day of service was supposed to be March 20th (because I already paid) and they shut them off immediately ONLY TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person for help. Their support option sends you to a bot who just sends you to their sales page.
Cindy Jackson: I've been dealing with transferring my family's three cell phones from one carrier to xfinity. For almost 2 weeks we've been working to port the phone numbers and it seems that no one can help through chat or on the phone. As a last resort I went to the xfinity store and Amelia worked with us to see the transfer through. She's patient, knowledgeable, and cares about her job and her customers. I'm sure I couldn't have done this without her!

Instead of doing so, she prematurely canceled my service on the spot, with out inquiring about when my intended date to end the service might be. It terribly inconvenienced me and my family. She did not set up reconnection for us and I had to call for phone service when I returned home.I decided to go with Verizon for our new home. They are cheaper and have had excellent customer service so far.

I pay for the highest speed internet that Xfinity offers. I still have lag, I stare at loading screens for a lot longer than I should, and I feel like I do not get my money's worth. 1200 mbps is a joke.

We were pleasantly surprised that they had the one who wanted in stock so we could upgrade. We did have to wait a little over 2 hours but, it was very worth it. Naima was amazing. She was so helpful and had such a pleasant attitude. She even double checked to see if they had a certain color of the phone I wanted in stock. She made the experience a positive one 😁 I would highly recommend making an appointment if you can before you go in that way you are not waiting very long.
