Nate Burns: Quick and easy from the lot and from the airport terminal back to the lot! Bill was my driver on the way back and he was quick, to the point and got us to the lot from the airport in a timely fashion!
Dr. Sachar Dvorkin: First time using this service.We were a bit nervous leaving our car there as I didn’t expect to leave the key there as well. However, we had no issues. They made it easy to get to the airport and when we got back we called a number provided and were picked up within 10 min.
Jim Niles: Park Shuttle & Fly is the only airport parking that I have used for over 15 years. It is continually prompt with their customer delivery to the airport and also with their airport pick up. Professional service always.

We called three times, and each time were told the shuttle was “right around the corner.” Each time they said “traffic is bad” but they never said “sorry for the inconvenience” or “thanks for your patience.” Traffic couldn’t have been that bad, because seven shuttles from Preflight Parking drove past while we waited. After an hour we gave up and got a cab. Even when we pulled up in the cab, they still never apologized for their miserable service, nor did they offer to take the cost of the cab off our bill.

Joseph Gil (JG3): V-1 Parking slot stole $45 from me when they would not honor my parking pass when I stayed at the Hyatt Place across the street. The parking pass was $15. Avoid this lot at all costs - this company is scamming people and their customer service is trash.

Steve Kilpatrick: WICKED easy to park here! I reserved a parking space five days in advance using the Spot Hero app for $25. While there were parking spots that were cheaper, they were farther away from the venue I was going to. It was fairly easy to find the garage, though I'll admit to driving past it and having to turn around.Using the app, the entrance gate will scan the QR code, the gate lifts, and off you go! Leaving, you have to scan the QR code again. Unfortunately, I had a bit of difficulty scanning the code, so an attendant did it for my. Off we went! I would definitely consider using this garage again!

Jose R Lopez: Nice size parking garage that's open to the public. My main problems with this location is, first I believe it's very overpriced. Those rates should be more reasonable if your coming to this location. Weekend rates should be a flat rate as well. Next is, if you're coming to the main hotel, like I was there for a wedding in their Ballroom Hall. The valet is also very overpriced, it's like you're paying for the whole day for them to take your car for you to park it and then bring it back. I just went and parked it myself and paid nothing because we got the ticket validated at the bar for our event. So pay $40 for them to park my car for 4 hours or pay nothing if I do it myself. Hey you don't need to be an Einstein to figure this one out.

Sophia: It is the parking lot to go for if you're going to spend the day in Boston downtown. I got lucky because there was a car that was leaving and I took their spot. It is indeed very crowded, but the price is the best I found in the area, and close to the New England Aquarium. You pay when you leave the parking lot. See picture below for prices.

Jess Bean: I almost always try to book parking in advance when I'm planning a trip to Boston (I use the ParkWhiz app), but I've never parked at Center Plaza Garage before. It was conveniently located in close proximity to most of the things I'd planned to do and the rate was great on a Saturday. I especially appreciated the large window of time I had to enter without losing my reservation.While I got turned around with GPS, one way streets, and many tourists crossing roads all over town, I found an alternate entrance. Getting in and out using my ticket on my ParkWhiz app was a breeze! I've already booked this garage for another upcoming event.

Michael Laferriere: Half the spots on each floor are reserved or coned off. Give the valets and building workers the lower level and make it easier for paying customers. Or better yet, go in the garage around noon and notice how many of those reserved spots never seen any use.
DiOrio Enterprise: they advertise their prices to get you to park, but will charge you the incorrect amount (which is conveniently higher for them). be very aware of when you park here.
Mark Chiurri: This parking lot is always quite full, it is not surprising because there is a large flow of people.
Tyler Robertson: Best place to park for the Bruins or the North End. $13 or less for all night parking after 5 or weekend parking. No traffic after games.

Patrick Scott Welsh (Pag): Can’t beat this place on the weekends in my opinion. It’s super centrally located in Boston, the garage itself is super clean, there’s a bathroom on the main floor and the parking is $9 on the weekends as of typing this (but check the rate for yourself to make sure). It’s a helluva deal compared to other lots out there so it’s the main one we use when we come into the city if we’re not stopping off at a meter. That said the spots are ooooooh soooooo tight so just think of it as a follow up to your driver’s exam to see if you still have adequate parking skills!

Horrible practice. Why advertise a time limit that isn't realistic? To get you in past the gate like a trap. Just advertise a reasonable hourly rate and make people pay for the full hour like you know they will need.

dan cobar: This is one of the nicest parking garages in Boston. The parking area is clean and well lit. The night and weekend rates are a bargain. Very convenient to walk to South Station from here. They even have a detailing shop on the lowest level. And on the first level as you go in there is a free air compressor to top off your tires. There are lots of EV charging stations on every level.

On my return 7:15 pm in the evening, I was changed $40.00 for a car that didn’t park up to one day in their premises. This is ridiculous!If I had driven to Manhattan, New York, they won’t charge me up to that amount if I shop around. The highest amount specifically written on the south station notice board was $26.00. If that’s the case with their charges, no wonder that place is always empty. They seem to allow more cars in than the supposed 200 spaces they have and they have an adhoc valet system they created to do so, but its a bit loose and informal. They couldn't find me key when I came back and they gave me the key to another car. After 10mins if back and forth we found it. By then I was into hour 2 and it was up to $25. Not the best garage.
