Propark America: what do users think?
Nathan Webb: Dirty, greedy, unsafe. They overpack daily parking, send random event parkers into the "secure" monthly parking area, and continually cede more and more of the monthly parking spaces to random companies for parking of commercial vehicles.
Isoke Reid: Damaged my car rim and refuse to pay for it. DO NOT PARK WITH THIS COMPANY. Obtained the footage from police and you can clearly see the valet drive way the curb. Instead of being honest and professional everyone involved lied and cover each other now we have to go court when it truly could have been handled personally.
Izzy Reid: Parked my car with them and they refuse to check the cameras or pay for my damages. Stay away from this company or any hotel they partner with.
Liliana Nikolova: They are issuing way more monthly passes than they have spots and when you go there to park there is no spot. My car has been hit twice while I park here.
Golnaz Rouhi: Very poor customer service. I suggest you avoid propark if you have other parking options.
pastypatil: They have absolutely terrible customer service, poor follow-up and basically have no idea what they are doing. Strongly avoid parking here
mary dunne: Avoid any garage run by Pro Park. $4000 of stuff was stolen from my car in Boston. Ex convicts are employed by Pro Park...FACT!!!! Not all cars are in cameras view. Cars are left UNLOCKED! After theft from my car, many more thefts occurred.
Yuka Pooka: My car was broken into at the Everett lot across from encore on August 1st sometime between 9pm and 2:30 AM. There’s a small disclaimer on the ticket saying they can’t secure the safety of your car. The employee working there didn’t do anything and only shamed us for parking there. This was an awful experience and will never park there again. Unfortunately this large company doesn’t have any care to take responsibility for the stress and inconvenience they cause their customers.
joseph bettencourt: Best help for insurance. Great staff!!!
Kino: Couldn't even find it. Probably sucks lol
Liam: We have been waiting in line to get out of the garage for over half an hour now. I am still waiting as I write this review in the passenger seat as I rage. I don't recommend parking here. We have not moved at all and are trapped inside this concrete cage.
Paul Sarnowski: No security. My car was broken into and when I reported it they told me that they have NO CAMERAS ON SITE AT ALL. So apparently since no footage of my break in was filmed because they don't have cameras they denied any claim. I have called corporate HQ 3 times now and left 3 messages and have not received a call back. So to be clear if you are currently parking in the garage your car can and will be broken into and the garage has zero security so you will be screwed. If a member of the propark team doesn't like this comment please feel free to contact me by checking the multiple messages I've left so we can discuss.
E L: The worst parking experience ever. When I tried to exit their facility, the paper ticket issued by them did not work. After I called 4 times explaining the situation and asking for assistance, they barely spoke English. Finally someone showed up (after about 15 minutes of wait), used a manual device to charge 32 painful dollars for 3 hours of parking. Signage in this parking facility is also very poor. I am guessing it is only location that allows them to stay in business. Quality if service they provide is terrible.
Ulises Tejeda: Zero management, zero accountability, what's the point of even calling when they say they'll call you back and never do. If you want anything done you have to come in.

Ramil Rahmanov: Good place
Matt Pyra: Great hotel and best valet staff
E L S TRANSPORTATION: Stayed at the Liberty couple of years ago and I enjoyed it so much that when I spoke of my experience there she has been bugging me to take her so next weekend I have to meet a client and therefore we will spend the weekend there

Asteria Garage (Propark): what do users think?
Kevin Glynn: Clean and conveniently located.
katy tavares: Parked at the garage on Emerson for celtics game- when we got back car was scraped- no note- tried to report- no one available- called today and got voice mail
Veronica Buczala: Went there this morning, ticket machine didn't accept ticket. Help button didn't work, no one on site to help. It said to see cashier (WHERE?). I had to pay an extra hour because it went over trying to get out of the garage. Never will go here again!!!!!
Melissa Yuan: I am a resident physician at MGH/MEE and truthfully, my very least favorite thing about my program is that our resident parking is in this abysmal garage. To start, the garage is cramped, always near full without enough spaces, and with such tight turns that almost everyone I know who drives in my program has scraped their cars at least once. Then, today, my parking pass stopped working, so my called the parking help line and I was met with the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Whoever I spoke with was hardly intelligible, incredibly rude, and made me pay an entire days worth of parking fee ($48) despite that I have a parking pass that my residency pays for ($200 ish per month). He was extremely dismissive and would not let me out of the garage despite the fact that I have been here over 15 hours on my parking pass and need to be back in less than 10 hours to work again. If it were not for my program forcing me to park here I can say with confidence I would never park here again, and I highly recommend against parking here to anybody reading this review. Even the mass eye and ear outdoor lot that is just down the street is preferable - at least you won’t be trapped inside, denting your car, and being spoken to rudely by the staff via help line.
J Peck: Difficult parking with very narrow spaces. This morning I found that someone had hit my car while it was parked (of course without leaving a note). The Propark office was rude and unhelpful: no cameras, not willing to offer any help.
David Harris: West End garage location that's clean and well maintained. Not a good fit for large vehicles. Ramps between levels are tight and steep.
Kate Doukas: Cheap parking, close to TDGarden, easy to book online.
Ryan M: Exiting took 30-40 minutes. Most likely because:1.) There is no wifi in the garage so if you don't have your parking pass loaded before you enter the garage, you can't exit. I had Verizon, others might work.2.) You can't scan your ParkWhiz pass even if you have it to exit the garage if you didn't grab a ticket when you scanned the pass at the entrance. While there was a sign telling you about this while you tried scanning your ticket on the way out, I don't recall seeing anything about this on the way in (where it would be useful) and the gate opens to let you in without you needing to take a ticket so there's no way you'd know this was a requirement to exit as even if there is a sign, why would you look for it if the gate opens when you scan your pass upon entry?3.) A lot of people did not do the above two things and had to call for help. Help had little clue what was going on every time a new person called and took 5-10 minutes per person to let them exit.4.) Would not recommend using ParkWhiz or this garage for a major event if leaving in a timely manner was your plan.
erin kelley: The price is going up this year and there is 0 security in the garage. A homeless man was sleeping under my car yesterday morning. Pro park does not answer their phones or emails.
Matthew G: Hiked prices, refuses to fix or improve the tight corners but don't you worry they "conveniently" put a place for you to fix your car once you scratch it against their turns.
Gustavo Jiménez: Buen servicio
Nate Hillyer: Good price! 35$ on Tuesday night
Evan: Underground, very tight corners, seemed as if there was no ventilation running. I suppose, for the price, this was pretty good.

Scott Briggs: Hidden Gem of a spot to park if you are going to Boston Garden!
Casey Kearney: Insanely small, hardly any spaces and fills very quickly. Difficult to maneuver and lots of dead ends. Cc/debit only.
Lee Gesmer: If this isn't the worse parking garage in Boston it's got to be at the top of the list. Lets see:- they make no effort to stop new cars from entering when it's full, so people are just driving around hoping someone will leave, creating an underground tangle of frustrated drivers- the garage literally has an unmarked dead end. Once you drive down that dead end, if it's full you have to back up to get out of it. Except that other unaware drivers are pulling in behind you.Terrible - just the worst.
Gerald Warren: Awesome staff and clean faculty.
Jacob Vetstein: Nice garage close to TD Garden. Takes a wile to get out with all of the traffic though.
PurpleRooster 2015: We parked here just this morning (3/23) because we had an appointment at 50 Staniford Street. It's very convenient for that building but their organization of this garage is horrible. We pulled in around 7:00am and we found the last spot; there were 3 cars behind us....not sure where they ended up parking and why the garage let's them in if there's no spots. By the time we left, at 9:30am, they had cars parked along the wall, making it very difficult to drive through. I'll probably use it again, because we'll have to come in here 2-3 more times, but I'll definitely pay the extra and reserve a spot.
Kimberly Stone: If I could rate it less than one I would. $36 from 7:30-10 am! Dark and dingy. Rude staff. Absolutely horrible!
Olivia Begasse de Dhaem: Avoid monthly parking: monthly charges are progressively increasing and during events, they let everyone park in the monthly parking so even if you pay so much for monthly parking, there is no place to park!
Mark Siraco: Horror show busy few parking spots confusing on wear to park. But the valet people are friendly and helpful.
Leanna Dawn: Easy to park and pay....prices are decent...

David Saggio: Driver of van #101 was speeding at over 60mph down North Street at 6:15pm on July 25th. 15 minutes he sped back the wrong way up North Street. There were children nearby that he almost hit while turning and speeding up North Square.
Paul Dallalis: My wife and I are in wheelchairs and have a sign on our front door asking nicely and in big letters to deliver to the left garage door. UMN drivers have NEVER done so. They leave them right under the sign... WHY!?!?!?
Slayton Marx: Dangerous driving and bizarrely threatening. If you hate doing your job that's fine, but don't take it out on your customers. I get a call *telling me* to come outside to a suspicious white truck to pick up my package. The truck was *next to my house.*
david banker: Good place to park down town
Paula Reveliotis: If you are getting your packages from amazon from them be very aware, their drivers are not only driving dangerously, but they violate the law. Driver with an amazon shirt on blocked a street in Charlestown Ma for 15 minutes while their was parking all around him. They he became verbally abuse. Also called Greg in Ct, who said he backs the driver. Driver of Urban mobility drove up the street backwards going 80 miles an hour. They also don't ring doorbells. COMPLAIN TO AMAZON!!!
Sarah Butze: They’re so lazy they don’t walk up my steps but rather throw my packages at my house/ front door. This happens (and is on camera) for approx 80% of the orders delivered by them.I have a 6 foot walkway and 5 steps so there’s no excuse at all. You’re doing a terrible job when customers know your company name because your service is so consistently terrible. I wish amazon would contract with another courier so I never have to watch them throw my packages again.
Yair Marcow: Please don’t support a company which encourages dangerously aggressive driving.
Chas p: These guys drive like jerks and the going to Kill somebody. I called Greg the regional director and gave him the exact location and time of the Van and where it was and he asked me for a truck number. If he can't find out who was on Curtis street turning on to Powderhouse boulevard in Somerville at 3:20 in the afternoon he shouldn't be a regional director.
Roger Traboulsy: Absolutely the worst to deal with. Will not listen to complaints. Wants to dictate how things are done. Their driver hit my parked car and he never reported it. When I called, I was told by the business manager that it was not reported and he wanted me to supply him with all the info and report the accident that his driver should have already done.

Gateway Garage (Propark): what do users think?
Eva Lao: The list price was $7 if u was entered within the time frame (in by 10am out by 10pm). But in fact, i paid $19.75 for my parking duration. And there is no hourly price rate on the ticket. So is that a false advertising? If I sue, i would win with no doubt.
Avinash B.: Pros:- Monthly parking pass comes quickly if you are a resident of Gateway.- Fast Customer Service- Adequate spaces to park- Quick access to apartment if you are a gateway residentCons:- Gate sometimes does not work leading to passback errors, service was quick for this (waited only a couple of minutes).- Lots of pillars in random places making the garage itself hard to navigate, I have a small sedan and still had trouble turning into a couple of parking spots.- surprise one time $30 "activation fee" for monthly card holders. Not a fan of this.Overall: 2.5 stars, I rounded down to two stars because the $158/month price is steep. This is the best parking location for Gateway residents. If you are not a gateway resident I would look around for other places first, then come back to this location.
BaseplateXray: Takes years for them to send a monthly parking pass here.
Britnee Youman: Worse parking garage ever!
Michael: One star is overrated. This place is terrible. Pro park company increase parking rate 3 times a year. However, they don’t do their job to manage this garage. The gate broke 4 times a week. Don’t park here if you have other options.
John Z: I tried it for a month but the card they gave me doesn’t work. There is no one there for help just endless phone calls and online forms. I was not able to use at lease once, and they did not even able to give me a refund.
building anew: Really 0 stars! NOT for people that don't want to get locked in or locked out by the constantly malfunctioning gates. It's even nicer when you get locked in/out and the remote staff don't answer the buzzer/ phone or 'voice mailbox is full' while people pile up and lay on the horn behind you while you're trapped. NOT for monthly parkers! Unless you like adaptive pricing- rates increase month to month now up to over $150 with no end in sight. NOT for people that aren't suckers- you only get "indoor parking" if there are spots available in the basement or 1st floor. NOT for people that expect to pay and have a spot to park- they don't count the spots accurately so often you'll be let in but not have anywhere to park, or if you're a monthly parker better not move your car during the day or you'll be shut out too- but that's your problem. Management and customer service are non existent, and frankly my dear- they don't give a damn. DO NOT USE!
Jing Jin: Terrible garage. I was locked inside for nearly 1 hour in my last visit there. More ridiculous, I have to pay for this period.
Sam Lee: The actual amount of payment is more than listed at the entrance. There is no faculty for inquiry or complain. So I have to pay $12 more to exit.
Ken Emiya: Rates keep going up when the quality of service keeps going down. A perfect place for wasting your money.
Xiaoyuan Liu: Poor service poor facilities.
Danjin Sun: I would give this place a 0 star if it's an option. Fee keeps soaring and service keeps bumming. Save yourself some trouble and just turn away from the parking office. There are better options in the area.
Mengxi LIU (Zwei): Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.Suddenly increased the rate to "match downtown". Combining with the fact that the system would break down from time to time, it just couldn't be more ridiculous.
姬戎: I am using a monthly pass. The machines work terribly. At least once per month, I have to call for service and wait 30 minutes for the staff just to get out. Besides, they increase their rates every a few months with the same poor service.
Xiwen Zhang: Expensive rate than average, and still increases. Want to match downtown on rate? How about matching the service first?
Xiaoping Min: Monthly rate has increased twice over the past half year. Still, the garage is hard to use and broke down occasionally.
Michael K: Rates are too expensive and was charged $12 more than the published rate.... no one was there to help so I had to pay it.
Amit Bhole: good covered parking location for $10 near Malden if parked before 11am.. tried calling from parking booth for service and nobody picked up..call from cell phone to number listed on google..
Nasreldin Nagel: Nice and clean place
Sagar Dwarampudi: Good indoor parking but rates are too expensive
