Katherine Takano: APPALLING company to deal with. We booked a 9-11am junk removal with them for the following day. They didn't show up at the scheduled time, and no attempts to communicate why were made. I chased the office for any update as we were moving that day and needed the items removed, but the office didn't pass on any update from the crew. We were forced to lift the heavy furniture up and out of the house ourselves and leave it on the street as we needed to hand back the apartment keys. Five hours later, I get an unapologetic call explaining that they had two big jobs that morning (not a valid excuse when I booked an appointment) and they'll come to collect tomorrow. They didn't. They rebooked for the following day. They didn't collect. Then they cancelled the appointment all together. AVOID this company - they will mess you around no end.Service:Junk removal

Benjamin Childs: The only highlight was the crew was sympathetic and responsive. I scheduled a removal on a Friday morning for work at 9. They called me at 11 to tell me they would be there within an hour. At 2 they had still not come. Had to reschedule the appointment for Monday. Monday shows up and after being 3 hours late they call me stating that they would not be able to fulfill my appointment and would reschedule for the following morning. MGD: Utterly unprofessional. I was lead on by this company for close to a week for a small job that I needed to be done (that they quoted me close to $100 on). They considered my job a "small job" and of lesser priority, and blew me off twice on days they said they would come to remove the waste. I had to go out of my way to reach out every time (with often 4 to 5 hours until they responded). In the end, I was told to go find another company. Being in the midst of a pandemic, I want to support small and local business as much as humanly possible, as the major corporations continue to thrive. The reason I was patient was because of my intentions. Looks like I've got to reach out to a corporation now. They also quoted me $150 for a fridge removal that I managed to find someone to remove it for $20. Don't waste your time or energy.
