MGD: Utterly unprofessional. I was lead on by this company for close to a week for a small job that I needed to be done (that they quoted me close to $100 on). They considered my job a "small job" and of lesser priority, and blew me off twice on days they said they would come to remove the waste. I had to go out of my way to reach out every time (with often 4 to 5 hours until they responded). In the end, I was told to go find another company. Being in the midst of a pandemic, I want to support small and local business as much as humanly possible, as the major corporations continue to thrive. The reason I was patient was because of my intentions. Looks like I've got to reach out to a corporation now. They also quoted me $150 for a fridge removal that I managed to find someone to remove it for $20. Don't waste your time or energy.

Over the weekend we had a Television Die not just any TV This TV weighed an easy 250 Lb's we had to hire movers to get it in the house, Anyway in the time it took him to get here we took out quite a bit of stuff that had Dump Written all over it, Stacked it in the middle of the Room and the bell rang he was in and out in 15 to 20 Minutes and yes the price did change because of the added stuff but was worth every penny. We scheduled the work over the phone and on the day of, he showed up early. He finished the job, which was more complicated than the pictures I sent showed (shed was more well built than I thought). He also pick up few other things that were not in the quote for some extra charge that was very reasonable. All in all, great guy and company for junk removal. Highly recommended.

In the storage room I just removed the things I wanted and left what I didn't want in the room. They cleared out the whole room! They were in time and charged exactly what they quoted. Best of all they were clean and didn't leave a mess or a mark on the walls. It was great!

Robert Dichter: Well, I have to start by saying that I have never used a junk removal company before so I don't have much to compare it to, but I did contact a few other companies and Junk Pro appeared over the phone to be the best in terms of pricing and not trying to nickel and dime for each additional item. I also had one of the national chain companies come out to give me a quote and while their final price was very competitive, I didn't get the feeling that they really knew what they were doing, so called Junk Pro to come haul away a bunch of stuff, including an upright piano, two decent sized TVs, amongst lots of other junk. He didn't play any pricing games with me, like the other company, like well it is 299 for 1/2 a truck but $50 for each TV and $100 for the piano, etc,etc, etc. I don't care how they price - just give me a bottom line number. this way, I don't worry if I forgot something, which I did, and feel that the cost keeps on going up and up.We made an appointment for earlier this week at 10:00 and at 9:00, I started working on unearthing some of the stuff so they could easily access it, and the doorbell rings. It is Matt from Junk Pro - he says that he'd rather be early than late - Major Kudo's to him. I show him all of the junk and he immediately confirms his prior quote and understands my biggest concern - getting the piano outside without harming the wood floors. He and his very good crew carefully move my existing furniture and remove the piano from the house in no time flat without a scratch.He took care of all of the stuff very professionally, courteously, and efficiently. And, when I realized that there was a broken torcherie lamp that we also needed to get rid of, no problem and no additional cost.I'd recommend Junk Pro in an instant
