Janishia Martinez: I wish 0 starts was a thing. Horrible Insurance Company! They give you the run around, the agents are rude, disrespectful, and they all gaslight clients. Not to mention when working with this company I did not receive any cancellation notice or email from them aside from harassing emails after the fact. I called and my phone calls and messaged were ignored. The agent finally told me I had paid in full and I moved on. They tried to cancel my insurance and report me to the RMV to remove my plates etc. I only noticed there was a problem through the RMV. I found great insurance elsewhere. I am so happy I left this insurance group best decision of my life. I told my family and friends and Facebook to do the same. They are only after money and due to inflation and the stock market down 30% this company is loosing money and will continue to do so with their lack of customer service and support to their clients.

Julie Gallagher: My elderly father has insurance through this disgusting awful place and I’ve complained to them multiple times about how they have NEVER ONCE sent him a bill in the mail but they can send out the cancellation letters no problem. Not once have they tried fixing this problem or working with my dad. My dad is 78 and at his age bills easily can get missed when nothing comes in the mail. Again after reporting this to safety MULTIPLE times and them saying they’ll correct it they NEVER have. If you’re looking for terrible customer service and even worse auto insurance Safety Insurance is for you! They are even generous enough to never contact their customers and like to screw over the elderly and a Veteran. Makes me sick!

After 5 months I needed the service and I found out that it had never been placed in my policy.I tried to talk to the agent who sold me the policy and he told me “I’ll call you in a moment” and I’m still waiting for his call!!I decided to buy a car on a Saturday and I tried to call them to include it in my policy and it turns out that if you have an emergency on the weekend, your emergency should wait until Monday because there is nothing or anyone who can help you with your policy on weekends. Customer service is a joke!I decided to change company and now I think I have to suffer to cancel the policy with them.It’s a nightmare, whatever you do, DON’T WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! The worst insurance they will be able to find is them...

My 30$ bill remainder that was left on policy to be paid which I never got a bill for turned into a collection notice from a 3rd party about 30 days after canceling. A simple call or a bill would have done the job.
