The LEGO® Store South Shore Plaza: what do users think?
Jimmy: I haven’t been to this location in a little while but I remember there was a great selection. Pretty exactly what you’d expect from a Lego store. I really wish that Lego stores sold retired sets or minifigures. That would be awesome.
Trevor MacLeod: Great place!!!
matthew perry: Great store!! I wish it was larger of a footprint to get more stuff in there. The pick a brick wall was well stocked and the staff was outstanding. I even left with more than I expected to get... admittedly not a rareity but I was on vacation and wasn't expecting to get more!
Steve McNeely: Great store with helpful employees
Lynn Brown: Spur of the moment visit and who doesn't like Legos. We bought a small set for my son and he immediately went home and built it instead of playing video games. Friendly staff and very clean
Lauren B: Awesome store, great employees!
Henry Paige: It's the LEGO store! No review necessary
C Delgado: The employees was very helpful and polite the store was very clean they had a lot of inventory we went looking for a B'day gift for a 12 yr old unfortunately we went elsewhere
Jacob Stoermer: Always gotta love this place! Everyone was so nice and they even gave me a free set. It was in a zip lock bag! All the employees were so nice and asked about our YouTube channel. We gave them a great review there and we live this place!
Alex Diaz: Some of the coolest Lego sets in this store
Angelina Camacho (Angie C): Fun staff... very informative. Will help you find what you need but will not oversell just to put anything in your hands.
Yosef H: Steve and rest of team all really nice.
Magno Rodrigues: Beautiful store, well trained staff. Nice place.
Quinn “Q” Martin: LEGO is awesome, so of course this store is awesome. The employees here are SUPER nice too!
Tim Stetson: So many cool sets on display! Very nice staff there to answer questions.
Jeannette Sanchez: The staff is super knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful.
michaela skyl: To Expensive but I did find what I need for my little Cousin Birthday
dawn coughlin: Could have more inventory. Great for Covid precautions.
Studs “RandomStuds” Sol: The lego store has amazing staff able to answer every question asked, and can be very friendly!

Eric Burdo: Lots of selection. Very friendly employees and very clean store. Definitely will be back.

The LEGO® Store Burlington Mall: what do users think?
Alec Wehse: The store has Legos...what more do you need? Also Paul, Ed and Mike are bros.
Richard Burgin: Kids loved the place. The $9.99 make your own three figures was a huge hit. Lots of playing whilst choosing what they finally wanted. Some really expensive kits in there too though!!!
Matthew Cooper: Everything was awesome. Everything is cool cuz we're part of the team. Everything is awesome When you're living out a dream.
Matthew Rennick: First time to the burlington location but it was incredible the staff were amazing and even were building which was awesome to watch! Will be back again for sure!
Corey Ly: I've been here many times. Always a great selection, and always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Atlas Gataki: Offers a good selection of lego sets and has a wall with various pieces in the back. They have many displays of sets throughout the store. The employees have generally been helpful and friendly each time I have been.
Wesley Field: Customer service is amazing!
Anthony Mavilia: The best staff ever!!!!!!! Amazing selection too. A must visit.
Christian Klein: It is what it is. Great place for Lego enthusiasts.
Dan calidonna: Great. Store and staff
Jamel Nounna: Great customer service.
James Cardillo: It's LEGO!
oo-: Nice LEGO store
Ej Hernandez: A kids dream
Seth K: The employee in charge of the Pick a Brick wall is a Lego fanatic after my own heart. Any great new piece that becomes available for US PaB walls can probably be found in this store. The selection on the wall is amazing and they have a load of other parts in storage waiting to go on the wall. The other employees are equally amazing and helpful. This store is dangerous for one's wallet.[I wrote this before the pandemic, I've been back once in late 2022 and the pick-a-brick wall was packed, plus a dozen boxes next to, plus a few more cups, plus more in the back. They have a helpful menu, too.]
Jon Martell: Store was well laid out and had a great selection. The pick a brick wall and make a mini figure section were big hits. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Wes Beattie: Wicked friendly staff
Torre Marks: Good 👍
Sherri Pfuntner: Great customer service! In stock selection was great even considering it's holiday time.
Z W: Really helpful staff
Nicolas Holthaus: Great place to spend your life savings.

The LEGO® Store Natick: what do users think?
Henrique “Henry” Santos: Legos.
Angela M: Great Lego store! It's really neat how they have window boxes displaying sets that are ready to be built.
Andrew Tomeo: I love lego but the Pick a Brick wall was pretty bare. Also no display or information to what pieces are currently available. Burlington outshines Natick there. Though sadly no pick a brick information is online for any location. You still have to physically go in and try your luck
Brian Doughty: Always a great time to find a new kit. Wish the parts wall would re-open soon. Can we just sanitize before we go hunting?
Mark M: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Jonathan: Excellent service, everyone was very helpful . Very fun store. Thank you lego employees!!!
Joseph Scholwin: The staff was not very friendly and treated you poorly if you didn't purchase anything.
Joachim Jardim: Poucos legos.
Liang Zhang: 5* for covid protocols and being well stocked, especially difficult to find UCS Star Wars sets. 1* for the likely temporary holiday staff; interactions feel like pulling teeth.
Geoffrey Marchant: Place was great. Very helpful staff.
dave barras: Very helpful
yeimmy77: The kids in my family love this place!
Kathleen Mckinney: Great service. Wonderful staff.
Sophia Wong: Things had changed quite a bit since. So I am updating my review to show how happy I am walking in. Especially since COVID, the measures they took and just the kind and welcoming demeanor help make all those restrictions and frustrations much easier to handle. Those simple greetings, as insignificant as they may seem, may just be the only human kindness someone get that day. And it's free to be nice, spread the love.
Jessica R: My son really enjoyed spending his allowance here. He also got a VIP card and some free gifts.
Mustapha Chakar: The manager give us discount because we our vibe ooint
Alexander Gaetz: Incredibly nice and supportive
adeline johnson: The staff are great the sets are nice it is pricey but I mean that’s lego for ya right there the only thing I am kinda upset about is I had an online gift card and they couldn’t take it why sell the cards if you can’t buy anything with them I drove an hour to get to the mall and get the set they said that the new equipment was coming in a few weeks but whatever overall I like this store I think it is great (if you are willing to spend the money) for kids of all ages
Stephen Priest: Small but colorful store. Friendly staff. WOW 😳! Prices are high! I did see 🙈 a birthday 🎉/ Christmas 🎄 gift idea.
Kevin McCandlish: They have a lot of the high end sets that you just don't see in other stores. Beautiful displays and well stocked.
Alec Rogers: The sales associates share the same knowledge and passion about Lego that I have. I would much rather go there and speak to someone than buy online!

The LEGO® Store North Shore: what do users think?
Nicole Violette: Mostly lego sets here. Not many Lego accessories.
Mark L.: Its set up like a museum and the associates treated the adults like children or were snobby about Lego sets. In additions... Legis should NOT be that expensive! $250 for a medium sized Star Wars set... really!?!?

Boston Brick Co: what do users think?
Jimmy: Fantastic store. Minifigures are most definitely going to be clean and authentic. Huge selection of minifigures as well. The prices are realistic as well. There’s also a huge selection of sets as well.
Gil Rodrigues III: Great deals, great sets, great vibe’s, definetliy deserves 5 stars
Seth F: Super helpful! I was driving by and needed a gift for a future anniversary. My wife loved Legos as a kid and you wouldn't believe it- they made Lego flower sets! The staff was super helpful in recommending, finding and ordering the sets for me. My wife was thrilled opening the gifts and putting them together
Catherine Smythe: The best store for used (and some new) lego, including many retired or rare sets for great prices. Plus, the store is always getting more inventory so you can always find something new!
Samantha Robichaud: We traveled an hour and a half to come check this place out. Totally worth it. Considering all the stuff they have in there, the place was super clean and organized. My son and nephew had a blast and were just amazed in every corner on the store. Sean was super helpful and welcoming. We will definitely plan on making the trip again!
cooper wright: Good Selection of sets and minfigs
zach: I don’t normally leave reviews on google but my girlfriend and i drove all the way from New Hampshire just to come here and we had such a great experience. We got there about 25 minutes before close so we didn’t have a whole lot of time but not only was the selection fantastic, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They answered every question we had and even gave us a couple extra minutes to shop. This will definitely be my go-to Lego store and i will definitely be back!
Mack Johnson: Great guys, great atmosphere. Support Local Business. If you haven't been you need to check it out!
Xavier Khan: I've been to their previous location, and now to this new one. Both times were a great experience, they have a wonderful and varied selection, and great prices! If you're a Lego collector, this is a great store to pop into and check out.
Cameron Houser: This is a wonderful store. The inside looks really awesome; from the already built sets on display and for purchase, to the tables and stands to build your own Minifigures or pick your own bricks, to even the custom builds of various characters and the friendly staff. I will definitely be going back.
Saumil Shah: Friendly owner and nice selection of assorted Legos.
Dylan Pike: Clean, organized, friendly customer service
Suzanne Betran: Great selection and great prices..😁
Jim Dresser: I was shocked at the huge inventory of both new and used Lego sets. Very helpful employees!
Melinda Mackin: Owner is always very nice, polite and fair to anyone who comes in. Seems to love his job and it shows!
Alexander Hoxha (Techdreamer): Great place! They have the best selection of current and older sets. If they don't have it they will find it! Not sure who loves this place more, me or my kids!
Giovanni Guerrera: They took all my money. Worth it.
Edward O'Neill: We love Boston Brick Co. great selection, fair prices; they’re also have a patient, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Raymond Fiumara: Great prices on retired sets and everything really. If i could put 6 stars i would. Friendly staff
Andrey Dotsenko: I had discovered this store while planning a family weekend trip to Boston area, so decided to throw some lego sets for trade-in in the trunk at the last moment before departing and stop by this store during my trip. When I walked in - I asked the owner few questions about the inventory and how it is priced. He seemed to be annoyed with those right away for some reason, so I just left him alone and kept walking around. BTW, I cannot say that the prices were super great, some seemed to be higher than bricklink or other major retailers of new sets . I saw some sets selling there that were interesting to me and was pretty much ready to spend some money on those, hoping to lower down my out of pocket spending by doing the trades. I asked who was available to look at my trades - and two of the employees looked those up and actually gave me what I consider a pretty fair estimate, but the owner has suddenly stepped in at the last moment and basically lowered down every single trade value, on top of that he has completely refused to take some of the sets at all (from what was refused out of retired sets - one older Star Wars set was complete, but missing minifigs, one Star Wars set was complete, but missing 2 minifigs out of 4, one complete ninjago set with missing 1 minifig out of 2, apparently the owner only wanted to take in new sealed in the box sets). I felt very disappointed at that point and kind of mad with the way it has happened. My wife saw that too, and we have just both decided that we don`t want to buy anything major from this store just because of the owners attitude. In addition to that I should say that I have 2 similar used lego stores in my area, where I have never had a similar situation and haven`t faced with such approach with me as a customer in those stores. The next day I stopped by another used lego store in a different state on the way home and they had no problems to accept those trades proposing a fair estimate. Also, I asked the owner if the bulk legos pieces that are sold there are washed and cleaned - the answer was yes, however when I looked closer - there was a lot of hair, dirt and different litter inside. For example, there is a smaller store in Boston area not too far away, in Norwood that we have visited a day before - that store had the bulk pieces really clean and shiny. At this point I think I don`t want to come back to Boston Brick Co store if I`ll be in the area in the future. Very disappointed with my first visit.
Alphonse Lustrino: I got the opportunity to go here after visiting Boston. I have been to several Lego Resale stores in the New England area and this one did not disappoint. The staff was exceptional, and so friendly. I got to learn all about the store and not to mention the large selection of lego. I found sets I never thought I would get to see in person. The Prices were super fair as well, forget Bricklink and come get the personal touch this store has!
