Dave Frid: Excellent experience. Usually I hate anything to do with the federal government but this agency was amazing. Showed up for 11:30 appointment, no line at all, entire process of showing documents and paying took about 7 minutes. Was told to come at 3 pm to pick up the passport. Showed up just after 3 and was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes with my new passport in hand. Would def recommend the Boston agency if you need a new passport urgently.

Derya Cico (dcico94): I’m writing this review because I want to give others some peace of mind. The whole process of getting my passport in time for my trip was extremely stressful for me and I couldn’t get a straight answer anywhere. Here’s some advice from my recent experience:The Boston Agency in particular is more than efficient and pleasant. The hotline is not a reflection of this office, but the entire national passport system. If you can’t get in touch with the hotline, there is a government-appointed passport officer at the information desk in Boston for those who want to walk-in and ask a question.Nobody will give you any information on the hotline until you are 14 days away from travel, so don’t even try. Everyone calling the line has a sob story, and this is a government agency. There’s certain protocol they have to follow, and because of that, nobody will bend the rules for you. It is what it is. Once you call at the 2 week mark, they will help you. My word of advice is to hit dial at 7:59 before the lines open up, otherwise you’ll be stuck on hold or hung up on.Once I got my appointment, I showed up on time, with all proper documentation, and I had 4 different agents helping me, each one friendlier than the last. They made sure I got my passport before departure time. As long as you follow all the rules, and do as they say, there is no reason you won’t get what you need.

After rebooking & calling within the timeframe given once again, there were no available appointments within 1000 miles. The supervisor I spoke to showed ZERO empathy. I explained having to spend money on making changes and now I have to cancel the vacation again. I was told there was an appointment available in Puerto Rico. Seriously?! How am I supposed to get to Puerto Rico with two small children for one day just to travel back home and go to my destination. I feel so helpless. This agency is terrible. They told me to call within 21 days, I DID! Then they told me they changed the timeframe to call to 14 days. I call & no appointments available. Terrible.

Getting the appointment is the hardest part but once you’re there **with all your documents with no issues and nothing missing, all hard copy** then you’re all set. Scott Wurcer: The very best service I would not go anywhere else. They coached my wife on a visa for China and prevented what would have been a disaster for us. They expedited my passport renewal in 6 days without the usual supporting paperwork.

Because of the excellent service, I used A Briggs again, this summer, for processing my Chinese Z visa. Again, low-stress and efficient.

A bit more expensive than other VISA / Passport expediters, but, you get what you pay for and this was well worth it.
Socrates Deligeorges: I found the Briggs staff to be helpful and knowledgeable and for the most part delivered as promised. I was a little unhappy with my Indian visa process, there was no mention of the arbitrary way in which the India service can take your application fees with full and complete documentation and then issue you which ever visa they choose without explanation. While I was charged full price for a 5 year business visa, I was issued a limited 1 year visa without explanation and no refund of fees, which were significant. A colleague applied through a different service with the identical paperwork and was issued the multi-entry 5 year, I'm assuming it is the consulate that is the issue.

They were very clear explaining the application process and what the expected processing time would be. If you need a visa expedited, I highly recommend them!

The lady I went to when I had to go re-do the application was extremely helpful, nice and apologetic, but the first experience was absolutely unacceptable.

Nick “eXalt Truth” Pulmano: Delivered my priority express package to the wrong location, forged signature and claimed c19 policy is still in effect. Filed a report with the 1800 number and manager at this location calls me and asks what happened. Almost as if she didn't even bother to read the report. Then asks to put me on hold while she tries to find out where package was scanned. 20 minutes later and still on hold. Thank god I put extra insurance on it.
lee smith: I’ve had PO Boxes for decades because it just gives me reassurance that I don’t have to worry about anything happening to packages being left in front of my home and with that being said I have NEVER experienced anything like the “service” at the Roxbury post office! If you get a notification from any carrier that your package has been delivered to your box at this post office, do not even think of going to collect it for at LEAST four business days and that also includes when USPS is the carrier. They have six bays in the retail area for absolutely nothing because there will never be more than two employees at the windows so there is always a long wait unless people are buying stamps or money orders. I just opened a PO Box there only just a few months ago because it’s one of the few and rare post offices close by where there is parking but I will be finding smaller less “busy” post office because that’s always their excuse when you go there days after a package has been delivered and there is no pick up notification in your mailbox, they will say that they are backed up and are still processing mail and packages, just terrible service and some of the men who work the windows have the worst attitudes ever. Once my mailbox was filled with somebody else’s mail, not PO Box mail but mail addressed to a street address that was not Roxbury Street, how does that even happen?!

I asked politely how am I suppose to send a package without writing a address that requires a pen? Wendy Dyer: Horrible. The state dept has stopped all third party entities from processing 24-48 hour passports. Ridiculous!!!!!!!! My sister has a cruise booked. She has spent thousands of dollars on and can't get any help.
Hai Cao: The staff at the Social Security office was helpful during my visit. However, the security checkpoint on Causeway St was rude and unprofessional. I did not expect to be yelled at the top of someone's lung at 10 in the morning.

Rexx Music: Security very rude and nonproffesionalI was by myself with my 23 pound 7 month old, and was asked to pick him up out of the stroller, remove the contents from the stroller, then fold it up and place it on the scanning station, all while holding my child and when I asked for assistance he said if I can't do it that I was not allowed to proceed, luckily a superior officer who happens to be a Nubian such as myself was able to intervine and allow me through with a simple search of the stroller and it's contents which because I have frequented this building in the past I have seen done when women enter with a stroller.
Chris Madan: It's a federal building, not too much to add to that. The staff I talked to were really helpful though!
