The officers assigned were professional and qualified. They actually were retired fireman. Very friendly outgoing and understandijg to our needs and situation. They stayed later than expected and waited for us to arrive in the AM.Qealao used New England Security again for a security guard services detail at a commercial property. The officers assigned was very active professional demeanor and the dispatcher on the phone was very helpful. Tyler Motes: This company has a contract with my apartment complex, normally the guards are too busy playing on their phones or just don’t show up in general, to actually help.My complex is definitely getting ripped off by employing them, out of the last 2 weeks, we’ve maybe had security here 5 days for their full shifts. The guards also tend to disappear when their boss or other shift patrol completes their rounds. The guards refuse to follow most of the rules the complex and tenant council have asked them to comply to and routinely let anyone into the building without proper procedures.If you’re thinking of hiring them, I’ll give you the advice from someone who is supposed to be protected by them, don’t bother! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

They hardly do anything but sit in their cars then they let people into a gated community and into places that they should not be in without asking for proper identification allowing another person’s things to be stolen. But mind your business and worry about who coming in your home. They are not worry about that hallways. Also when u call the company phone they have a lady who don't kno nothing about the job answering phone. They must pay her $10hr. But for real this place and their worker are a waste of time. I faced retaliation from my boss at the site, because nothing is kept confidential. I went through hell. They don't care about their employees.
