Jeet Trivedi: I recently visited Regina Pizzeria and ordered the Vegetarian Primavera pizza. While the flavors were good and the crust was pretty good, I found it to be quite salty for my taste. Overall, I thought the pizza was okay, but not very extraordinary. There was a long wait of almost an hour since the place is quite small, but the service was good and pretty fast. The servers were nice and friendly, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was quite charming with vintage vibes, resembling old bars shown in movies. All in all, I would recommend Regina Pizzeria to those looking for a classic pizzeria experience, but the Vegetarian Primavera pizza may not be for everyone due to the level of saltiness

T Vic: It has honestly been a while since I have been to Regina's but I recently moved and have not found anything remotely close to how good this place is. Quite simply it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Sure there is the occasional line that you have to wait in but doesn't that make it all the more better when you finally get into the cozy little restaurant have have some amazing pizza and a pitcher of beer? The Giambotta is my go-to. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Shrimp Scampi & Spinach. I have not had everything on the menu but I have a hard time believing it wouldn't all be good.

Brendon Da Silva: We went be cause it was supposed to be a really good and famous pizza place, but we got served plastic/paper plates which I guess isn’t a big deal but half cooked pizza? I love pizza and realizing that the dough was raw and the pizza was lighter than usual in color it was a big let down. Maybe if the pizza was cooked through the pizza would have been worthy of the places fame, but I can’t eat raw dough. From that experience I feel the place is running off the glory it used to be.

James Belmore: Located in the Quincy Market, Regina is by far the superior pizza downtown. They sell all sorts of pizzas from pepperoni, sausage to just cheese. however I would recommend the large cheese and mushroom.It tends to get busy, so if you are ordering a whole pie, or many, it makes sense to call ahead. They also sell by the slice. Cash, credit, debit and discover are their payment methods.

Gu Lin: I ordered one slice for gourmet pizza and one slice for pepperoni pizza. They are both good. Crust is chewy, thin yet can hold the fillings. Cherry tomato gives the pizza moisture and works well with the cheese. Pepperoni pizza is a bit greasy but acceptable. The only complain is that $10 for two slices is a bit overpriced.

Ngoc Nguyen: Young girl working that day did not tell me what types of pizza they had when I asked, she just scowled and silently waved at all the pizzas on display. There were no signs, no label to let me know what exactly I was looking at. So that was really stupid. She then completely ignored us and helped a different customer. Honestly, I don’t know what her problem was, we did not take long deciding, we had an older gentleman help us instead and were able to get our pizza slice. Pizza was decent but the girl should be fired for her rude customer service.

Raymond Ng: My wife my 2 daughters and I came in for late lunch. The guests at the time were few and the welcome was poor. No greeting and forgot things that we had asked for on multiple occasions. Dallas could do better. We still tipped 25% because we really enjoyed the food. I wish the gratuity could be given to the chef. The food will keep us coming back, but perhaps for carry out.

There are some good Greek joints two and one of them is Andrea’s in Winchester.But, Regina pizzeria has some unique things about it as well such as pizza with artichokes like the Clásico.I think they’re great but I’m taking off one star because they’re a bit pricey. It’s almost $20 after tax for a small Clásico pizza.
