Mike Krasinski: Honestly, I was quite surprised at how good the pizza was and the price point being so reasonable, especially being where it's located. Options were essentially endless on what kind of pizza you want. Food came out really quick and was nice and hot (pay attention to how hot before taking a bite). The only thing odd was they close the bathrooms 30 mins before they close, which if you want to wash your hands or well use the bathroom they won't let you. I'm not quite sure what that's all about but if you're open... Either way I would definitely go back.

Service was terrible, people came off as if they don’t even want to work there willingly and they’re just wanting to get paid for being there. Woman making our pizza went to turn around to her co-workers talking and laughing, while we were trying to customize our pizza. It was our first time, so we didn’t know how it went. How rude can someone be? To turn on us just because we don’t know what is what? Literally nobody at the register. Asked 2x for someone to help us pay, had people claim they don’t know how to use the register. Woman came by and we explained what we ordered, etc… said to us, “Ok, so what is it that you want?” we said we wanted to pay and she said, “Okay you could’ve just said that” under her breath. Is that how you handle customers? You go in the back, you talk to co-workers and you cannot even do your job? Sad part is that we found hair in our food. Knowing it’s not ours because it’s a thin piece of hair, not our color and damaged … Literally disgusting to find. Ruined my appetite and did not finish my food, trashed. How can you charge people almost $80 for horrible service, horrible food, and overall an entire bad experience. Recommend going to any other local pizza place, or anywhere for the matter that is worth your money. Don’t bother going somewhere that comes off like a fast food joint, especially this location.

Nia Werin: This location is awful. They never answer the phone. They get your order completely wrong. Even when your order has the correct ingredients they don’t put enough of said ingredients. I’ve actually worked for the company in the past so I personally know how the pizzas are supposed to be prepared. Below I attached a picture showing how bad they recently messed up my order. I ordered on door dash and I basically ordered a spicy mother clucker with no pickled onions. As you can see that isn’t what I got. I had the same order redelivered and they got all the ingredients right and added tomato sauce. I truly believe whoever made my pizza purposely messed up. You don’t get an order wrong twice. This isn’t a case of not having the right ingredients because an extra ingredient that I’m allergic to was added. I would love to personally speak with Iverson if he is still the regional manager or even Pam. They might as well fire whoever is running this location and hire new staff. Do better

Melanie Santiago: I've ordered a few pizzas from here and they are unique every time. My favorite is selfie with bacon and ricotta. The pizzas are thin but the sauces and toppings make them feel very filling. Love their salads as well! The fresh basil brings it home for me. Great place!

Holly Rocco: There always seems to be an issue with the delivery when we order lately. This time, we ordered with an estimated delivery time of 9:40. When no one came we called to see what was happening with the order and the person on the phone sounded clueless and they clearly hadn’t even secured a driver. Then when they finally got a driver it said it would be over 20 minutes to get it to us (we live down the street). When we asked if we could just pick our order up instead they gave us a hard time about the store closing (when their mistake caused the delay). Incredibly frustrating especially since we’re so close to the location. The person on the phone wouldn’t even confirm if our delivery fee/tip could be refunded if we came to pick the order up ourselves

Michael Thomas: Raising a family of four in Boston, pizza and salad is always a good option for a hearty quick meal. For over the past twenty-five years, we've ordered pizza and salad from at least 12 different pizza shops, over time.Upper Crust remains one of our all time favorites because of the thin crust. Their crust stays firm for a reasonable period of time; and the toppings are generous. The salads are always fresh and well-balance with flavored.The Tremont Street location in Boston is efficient, and the chefs appreciate the gratitude from customers. Our experience is similar at other UP restaurants, too.

Jeet Trivedi: I recently visited Regina Pizzeria and ordered the Vegetarian Primavera pizza. While the flavors were good and the crust was pretty good, I found it to be quite salty for my taste. Overall, I thought the pizza was okay, but not very extraordinary. There was a long wait of almost an hour since the place is quite small, but the service was good and pretty fast. The servers were nice and friendly, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was quite charming with vintage vibes, resembling old bars shown in movies. All in all, I would recommend Regina Pizzeria to those looking for a classic pizzeria experience, but the Vegetarian Primavera pizza may not be for everyone due to the level of saltiness
T Vic: It has honestly been a while since I have been to Regina's but I recently moved and have not found anything remotely close to how good this place is. Quite simply it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Sure there is the occasional line that you have to wait in but doesn't that make it all the more better when you finally get into the cozy little restaurant have have some amazing pizza and a pitcher of beer? The Giambotta is my go-to. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Shrimp Scampi & Spinach. I have not had everything on the menu but I have a hard time believing it wouldn't all be good.

I love pizza and realizing that the dough was raw and the pizza was lighter than usual in color it was a big let down. Maybe if the pizza was cooked through the pizza would have been worthy of the places fame, but I can’t eat raw dough. From that experience I feel the place is running off the glory it used to be.

pmw: I was really blown away by the flavor and variety of Blazes pizza. First, they make them right in front of you, sort of like, watching a Subway grinder being made. You can select one of their signature pizzas off the menu or build your own and pick out the selection of fresh ingredients displayed right in front of you. They have a high heat oven with an open front that provides a fast bake and a delicious and crispy singe to the crust that melts in your mouth. Katherine Murphy: They should have some way to look at the menu before you turn the corner. We got to the order side and a preparer rolled her eyes at us for not knowing what we wanted. It was hard to know how things work when there's a line out the door and no information prior to speaking to someone. There's very little communication between staff and I had to go back twice for missing items and we only ordered 3 things. I like the concept but it could use some updating with their process.

Rares Precob: Last time I order from Upper Crust. The pizza either comes burnt or undercooked and twice my delivery has not shown up at my door and I have to call the store for a refund or a new delivery. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone so the new pizza or refund arrives DAYS later. After receiving a pizza crumpled up and completely smashed in the box tonight I won’t be ordering from here again.

Jared Domínguez: Used to be good. Now they repeatedly mess up my orders and despite having to allergen safe options listed on their menu, they get my girlfriend sick because of cross contamination. They used to be super considerate about allergens, so this is disappointing. The last straw was then missing something from my most recent order, saying they'll refund and days later still nothing... called them, and they told me they couldn't refund my credit card but promised to drop off cash at my home, which seems super sketchy and is not guaranteeable.

Kelly Wilson: This restaurant is a staple for employees of Greentown Labs across the street. Tonight, we had an event where we found ourselves needing more food. Not only did Veggie Crust make our pizzas extremely fast, but they offered to carry them over even though we selected pick-up. Amazing! Thanks, Veggie Crust!

I had a masala dosa and it was crispy with right level of spice but it was served room temp (not hot). The service was quick but host was dull. South Indian coffee was ordinary. This was the BOMB!💥Such a depth of flavor, relatively quick service, and one of the few places that absolutely nails texture. Crunchy, salty, sweet, umami, spicy, creamy, fresh, bruhhh.The menu is almost comically large. It’d take me forever to try all of the options. Not a complaint 😉. Prices range depending on your appetite. Expect the prices of this area.

Gerson Goncalves: First time going here and I admit it was a bit slow but later we were told they were short I think 3 people. I am still impressed because the guy behind the counter was still handling everything professionally. He was calm and moving fast. There was no yelling at all, they worked as a team should moving those orders quickly. We are still going back to this pizza place. I have to try that s'more dessert next time we go.

Lori LeDuc-Smith: Used to be very good with decent service. It was not when we went last week. The place was nearly empty. We were the only people in line. Took 15 minutes to be waited on. Then, they boxed up and gave my husband's pizza to someone else. The pizza was good enough. It used to be excellent. We will probably find a new option for a quick dinner before ashow at the Paradise.
Keith Smith: I hardly ever leave a bad review, but honestly the service here was absolutely terrible. When we went in it took about 5 minutes to even acknowledge we were there, it was not busy when we went in, but apparently taking care of customers is a secondary concern of theirs. My wife's pizza came out right away, somehow even though I ordered first it took ten minutes for mine to come out. The place was filthy with overflowing trash. There are a lot of other pizza places in the area that are way better.
Lindsy Voelker: I personally work in food service and this was the worst service I have ever received. For context, my boyfriend and I walked in and we were the only two in line the whole time we were there. There was no pile up of online orders or any obvious current rush. We weren't acknowledged at all and stood there for about 8 minutes until someone asked if we had ordered. Our orders were written down but then the employee walked away and we were ignored for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile the staff was milling around doing other things extremely slowly, or making orders that weren't even taken for anyone they seemed to be for themselves or for friends that were sitting down waiting for them. My order was finally prepared, and I went up to the register to pay for me and my boyfriend after telling them we were ordering together. They took another 7 minutes after I paid to even start preparing my boyfriend's pizza. As he finished ordering the employee at the oven said my name and served me the wrong pizza. I informed him it wasn't mine and he didn't say anything he just took the pizza back and ignored me. My boyfriend and I went to sit down, I got my pizza and a few minutes later he got his. When his name was called he went up and said "order for (his name)?" and the employee who had called his name looked at him, went on his phone for a minute, and then went back to cutting my boyfriend's pizza and serving it to him. No one was in any way welcoming and we were blatantly ignored so many times. There was absolutely no reason for the service to be this horrible. The bathroom was also disgusting: toilet paper out, two loose rolls on the handrail, scraps all over the floor, dirty toilet seat, and an empty and broken soap dispenser.
