Jan Kroeze: YOU GET SCREWED HERE! Will never rent again. Did rent an excavator for a month. Paid all up front including delivery and pick up after a month. All dates set. They did not pick up same day but 3 days and charged me another $525 because I called why they did not pick up the next day. Crazy! 🤑

Joao Neto: I rented a TRACK MINI SKIDSTEE, with chains and trailer. Only one day. Just over $600 plus $110 return for cleaning. I found it too expensive. Return day I found the lack of communication and commitment of the receptionist to be terrible. Manager must train everyone to know how to deal with customers (recycle some if necessary) . We have a lot of store options, so I certainly won't return and I won't recommend. Tip: put person who speaks Portuguese, Spanish in the store. (What is the proportion of Americans and Latinos in the attendants? Use the methods of the great conquerors who founded this excellent company. I hope the manager sticks with that.
jarbas souza: It is just ridiculous how expensive is to rent a equipment with Sunbelt in Woburn. They charged me almost $800.00 for a small skid steer and a trailer used only for one day. The same equipment on Bobcat Worcester cost $950.00 a week.This is an absurd.

Bobby v: Rented compressor to blow out large system , delivered on time with wrong hoses, had to drive 2 hours to get right hose and adapter which was a stuggle to find, until the young guy came up with it, ok.. got job done.. they picked up couple days later.. then got billed for all hoses? .. which was their mistake.. had my manager call to correct bill, got a correction, but what about my time and fuel? They should credit a delivery charge which $175.00 each way!!!!for a pick up truck!! Buyer beware!, and check your bill! will look for another vendor next year.. a shame case planned to rent lifts and other equipment this year.

I own a small construction company and needed a bobcat last minute, so eventhough they were charging double what other guys charge, Herc rentals, and Home Depot, I went with them. Ordered a bobcat to be delivered at 8am, and it was.I was told to call to arrange pick up so I get no late fees. I used the machine for the day and called them to pick up the machine, cleaned it and at 3.41pm. They came the next day, picked it up, and charged my card another $500+ . I put less than 6 hrs of use. They are a bunch of thieves who have no idea how business works. This is bad!HERC RENTALS is by far the best.

Matthew Wheeler: Terrible experience with them. Customer service is lacking to say the least. Zero stars if I could have put it. I rented a machine for a week, called to have it picked up at the . They never came to get it and continued to charge my card. I put 20 hours on the machine in the week that I had it and it was their mistake for not coming to get it.Because they lost revenue with a machine sitting on a site, their default was to lie and tell the credit card company that I had not called and that they had called during the month it was at my house to check if I still wanted to keep it. This is not true and can be proven by call logs. Bottom line is dishonesty is not a desirable trait in any business and when you're wrong you need to step up to the plate and acknowledge it. I would not use this place or recommend it to anyone that asked me.
Matt Donnan: As a construction project manager I’ve worked with quite a few rental equipment companies, but Sunbelt and specifically their Woburn staff tops them all. Casey, Matthew and especially Brian have and continue to go above and beyond accommodating our constantly changing schedule and equipment needs.Their machines are always in top notch condition and their drivers are on point and knowledgeable. masti dhamal: Poor customer service.I called twice since this morning today and they have put me on hold for ever.The driver have left the scissor lift outside the warehouse when I arrived at 7.30 am and the delivery time was at 10 am.I have asked them to come and put the lift in the warehouse as I cannot drive it but there is no response.I cannot leave the scissor lift outside the warehouse overnight.Very disappointing with the service.

Linda Ward: I called Homewhiz because I was in need of having a circuit breaker repaired. They responded to my call and were at my house within an hour. As it turned out, I needed the whole circuit braker panel repaired inside as well as the ground , meter and all of the outdoor electrical repaired. They gave me two options and prices. One to repair the inside and one to repair both. They took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of both options. I will admit, I was very skeptical, as I had never dealt with this business before. But they were so knowlegable and proffesional, I decided to go with my gut feeling and have both done. I'm so glad I did. They explained every step of the process and showed me eexactly what they were doing. They were very upfront, showed up when they said they would and did everything that they said they would. Jim Krupa: In a world where a service call back is a major act of God...HomeWiz called back within 30 minutes of my initial call. They were very clear on their pricing policy for my issue (split air that was not cooling the way it should) and if I wanted to proceed. I was booked in for the following week. The owner and his son called saying they had an earlier opening on the sceduled day and were able to begin work two hours early. They carefully explained each step they were going through and why. They said they prefer to have the owners beside them so they can carefully explain what is happening. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend HomeWiz for any needed repairs.
