Kimberly Hayes: Attendant left me at the window waiting for 10-15 min at 530am while I watched him on his laptop and still I had to bang on the window a few times then said he couldn't add money to my cash app which I'm sure he just didn't want to so I chose to give him $20 in quarters rather than a 20 bill which he wasn't happy about. Will NEVER go back id rather pay the higher price for gas across the street than give them my business.

Kell Schneider: Cheapest gas around, which is why we go. However, air machine is not accurate/wasn’t working for me. Kept showing pressure was at 12-15 when it was at 30 (checked with my personal gauge), as well as prompting an error message. Ended up overpaying twice for air, just to drive down the street to Vibrant gas which had an air machine that functioned for half the price! Please fix the air machine at Speedway 😭

THE YILMAZ: If you guys can’t provide a restroom, you should not be in business. We come to this location and spend our money to buy gas, energy drinks but before that we always check whether restroom is available or not. I will let my budies who are uber and doordash drivers know that they should not use this location to buy anything and I will make sure they let others know as well.

Real.reviews: Use to operate properly until couple months ago the clerks basically run the place lock the doors whenever they please. Did it once said won’t be back until 1130 which never happens and when I called they picked up from the back and AGAIN today the clerk inside locked the doors during morning rush hour and would come to open it only when a customer knocked on the door. Gerardo Alarco: Just pumped gas and their 89 grade in pump 7 overflowed with gas. Cost me a lot more in spilled gas, ruined my shoes and pants and covered my girlfriend's car in gasoline. When I told the attendant and he acted like he didn't understand me until I understood that he couldn't care less about what happened. Be careful if you go there there is a big puddle of gas in front of pump 7. We were there at 7:30pm. No assistance, refund or empathy from staff.

The attendant at here wouldn't even let me try Samsung Pay at the register, which works virtually everywhere debit/credit cards are accepted.It has NOT failed me yet! I walked right inside the BP, and it looks like it uses the same exact payment processing machine as here at speedway, and guess what? It worked. Samsung Pay on my phone worked across the street. I'd bet $20 it would have worked here at Speedway. The guy was just rude about it. He's never tried it. So many people assume or think that it won't work because they can't accept Apple Pay or Android Pay/G-Pay. This is a totally different technology. Samsung Pay works virtually everywhere and he wouldn't let me try it.

Then the other worker,Anthony, came to us and explained everything, and said that after the storm, there could be a problem at the pump, so you could filled the gas, but payment didn't go through and apologized for inconvenience. The first guy, don't remember his name, still acting like it was our fault and we did something wrong and now taking his time.

The representative who answered the phone was absolutely unable to convey meaningful information verbally, and then hung up.By all means, I am extremely supportive of immigration. As someone who has lived abroad, I understand the difficulties and challenges of language acquisition. However... there's a minimum level of English competency one needs in order to be responsible for answering the phone, especially to convey something as basic as whether a gas station has an air pump and whether it currently works.

Either time I visited this location the restrooms were either out of toilet paper, the toilet seats were loose (almost to the point that it was unusable), or they were out of order altogether or there was feces or urine on them.Besides that, they seldom have anything healthy to drink besides sugared up garbage and an unhealthy selection of snacks.I only stop here now out of desperation.

I have been working next-door for almost 4 years we had a blizzard and someone stole our shovels. I went next-door to ask for the shovel, Just to borrow for 10 minutes so I could ensure customers would be able to get in and out of the business safely at the two entrances. No big deal I even offered to leave my license as reassurance that I would return the shovel. He flat out told me no and was extremely rude about it. I again showed him my name tag reassured him that I am the general manager and I wouldn’t leave my license ,, I just wanted to make sure the customers could get in and out safely. He had a nasty attitude and would not let me borrow the shovel. Again the behavior attitude in his tone was absolutely disgusting he completely lacks professionalism and customer service, Just basic human decency to lend somebody a hand. Disappointing, Almost like he got personal gratification from telling me no…. Not good

Jack Paleczny: Absolutely the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Pumps barely work, inside there are no snacks, only the same 4 vending machines that don’t take credit card and only have drinks. Skip this place.
