krazy korok: Definitely recommend, a great place to get a gift for kids of many different ages with many different interests.

Emily Heikamp: I visited this store with the intention of supporting a local small business. My toddler loves books and we began looking through their collection, and he requested to read one. Halfway into the first book, I was informed by the staff that there is a “two story maximum.” Otherwise, he explained, people would just sit there reading books all day. What a terrible thing to happen! I will not be visiting this store again. The public library, and Amazon for that matter, do not care how many books you read.

Erik Eklund: You are always assured to find something of interesting here. It's my go to place for birthday gifts. The best part is that it's small local and knows and caters it's clientele.
Aaron Geisel: Great overall selection of toys and games! I appreciate that the store is organized in a gender neutral manner, especially the baby toys. Expect to pay a bit more here than at a "big box" store, but a few dollars is worth it to support a local business. The staff are not constantly nagging you, but they're not always chipper either. Good location, near restaurants and other stores.

Rene Rives: Claire’s is the standard bearer for first piercings (and most of your follow up jewelry needs) and this location far exceeded my expectations. My niece (to whom I am a legal guardian) got her ears pierced for her 16th birthday and I finally got my other ear pierced after getting my first one done at a different Claire’s 27 years ago.Nikole was essentially running the store by herself during busy holiday shopping time and she made us feel like the only customers in the shop as her last two piercings of the day. She was meticulous, warm, welcoming, authentic, and easy to talk to. Ask for her, specifically if you go to this location or the one in Lynnfield— you’ll walk out freshly decorated and in a really good mood from interacting with her. 10/10 recommend.

M.E. Ster-Molnar: My 10 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced and Claire’s was just the place for her. I don’t live in Boston and needed help getting there. It was a super hot day and navigating the city was a bit tricky. I called a couple of times for directions and questions. Rosa was working and helped me on the phone. When we arrived, my daughter was nervous but Rosa was so pleasant and helped her feel comfortable. She was meticulous with marking her ears before piercing and was super professional. We got a cleaning kit and my daughter feels so excited. Thanks for making this rite of passage a pleasant one.
Tori Peluso: I had an extremely negative experience. The website said the store closed at 9. When I showed up at 8 the doors were already closed and locked. I drove over 2 hours to pick up an order and the woman working was extremely rude. She saw me waiting outside the doors and refused to acknowledge me until I tried to push them open. She almost would not give me my order until I said I wasn’t going to make the trip back. Will never come to this location again.

She was the only person managing the store and did so well btw customers and people getting their piercings.She took her time finding the right location and matching both ears and was efficient without rushing through.

Erin H: Will never step foot in this place ever again. Was just taking my toddler out for a special gift and was told we have to put a mask on. NEWSFLASH: mask mandate has been lifted. And As of today there is .00003 chance of contracting covid. Also as of today there are about 200 positive covid cases in the entire state. If people want wear a mask - be my guest, i don’t care - but do not tell me, and my family in order to shop at your store I need to wear one. I would not bring my family into your store if I thought I was putting my children or anyone else’s children in danger. Also maybe you should spend this time and read some of Fauci’s emails - here’s the gist of it “masks are useless!” 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑
I Y: People ask to support local businesses but they fail to provide customer service that you get online. They posted wrong open hours and I ended up without a birthday gift for a 3 year old that I prepaid 2 weeks in advance. I ask them to do something, pickup somewhere else, leave toy at business next door, but no one really cared....just told me to come next day and they can't help.Aside from that, toy selection is nice but prices are pretty high. Next time I will purchase from Amazon.

Badr Tejado: Very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of toys including puzzles, outdoor toys. You can find toys for all ages here, including STEM/educational toys. There is also a wide variety of Lego sets with different price ranges, perfect for last minute birthday gifts. Finally, there is plenty of parking around.

It's also refreshing to see a brick and mortar toy store that doesn't share 90% of their stock with other stores (like seasonal mall pop ups). Highly recommend coming by, these places deserve your business more than the competition.
