Emily: If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacist aren’t helpful at all. They never have the prescriptions ready when I come for them even a day after the doctor has sent them. They always have to order medications and never have them in stock. WORST PHARMACY EVERRRR!

Ken: This dump hasn’t changed since the last time I was here! I moved over year ago , moved back to area. This store hasn’t changed one bit. The manager should be fired! Never any wipes in lobby! Never enough registers open, most of the help is hanging around service desk talking. Plain and simple this place is a joke!!!

Lisa Crites: I just wanted to take a moment to recognize a pharmacist (I’m so sorry, I’m not sure of your name). I am from out of town and had an emergency that required my doctor to call in a prescription at a pharmacy I don’t use. I stopped in early and she got my account set up to expedite the process while we waited for the prescription to come through. I ended up leaving and calling in several times to check on the status as I was desperate. The store closed at 3 and it hadn’t come through. I was stressed and In pain. At 3:18 (after they closed) she called me and told me they had overlooked it due to it being called in not faxed. She stayed late (until about 3:45) to fill the prescription and allow me to pick it up. I am so grateful for her because that prescription saved my vacation.

Taylor Tracy: This pharmacy charges a little bit more on some of my medications than the one where I work, but it's extremely convenient to do my grocery shopping and pick up my prescriptions at the same time. The staff are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable which is great. You can checkout a few items from the store when you pick up your prescriptions, too, which can help beat long lines during the store's busy hours. If your prescription isn't ready yet, the staff are up front about how long of a wait it'll be, and they usually tell you it'll be longer than it actually be. There aren't many places to sit, there's a bench around the corner but it's hit or miss if people are already sitting on it. I usually just browse the aisles or do some shopping if I need to do some.

Not all of us are from MA and getting a new ID takes time.Ironically enough, the next time I went the guy didn't even card me. If you're going to have ridiculously strict policies in place that prevent people OF AGE to purchase alcohol, at least keep it consistent.

Erin Sexton: Not a helpful pharmacy. Would love for the pharmacy team go through training for resourcefulness when a patient has a problem that needs to be resolved. They hit a wall and throw their hands up and feel that is an appropriate solution instead of seeing the problem through. Patient should ALWAYS come first and there should not be a back and forth with the medical team that is trying to care of patients. Please remember that when your team is filling prescriptions and run into a snag.

Scott Tootill: Although they have a decent selection and easy to navigate the store, it takes longer to check out than it does to complete your shopping. The customer service is absolutely the worst. They hold you hostage attempting to check out. Now that Market Basket is open, I'll be taking my business to them. It's a little out of the way but they have far better customer service as well as selection and price. All registers are open and get you out quickly. Stop & Shop could learn from them.

Blanca Ruiz: The pharmacist was so rude on the phone. And they take weeks for a refill to get done. I used to go to Walgreens but moved and don’t know the area and saw they had a pharmacy. Found out there is a Walgreens near by so did the transfer and they were fast and polite and over all the best customer service. Stop and shop should learn from Walgreens how to run a real pharmacy and give the optimal customer service experience.

JUSTINA GILLIAM: There have been times when the temporary/fill-in pharmacy techs seem a little clueless but the pharmacists and full-time techs are incredibly helpful. They recognize my family and often start to pull out our prescriptions before we verify our names and dates of birth. Whenever I've needed a suggestion or had them reach out to a doctor to obtain a refill, they've done so without issue. I use this pharmacy whenever my insurance doesn't require us to use their mail order option.

Aafaque Akhter: I wish I could give 0 stars as an option. Dana (the supervisor), would not assist me in allowing a patient to receive their medication a few days early to avoid a potential relapse.

Narjes: I was a regular customer in this grocery store for more than a year. They offer a good variety of options and the staff are helpful when asked. I have found things in here that I wouldn't easily find elsewhere like mediterranean products; Lebanese olive oil, and other goods. Fresh produce was good as well. The place gets very busy on weekends and after working hours on weekdays, but generally not very busy during the day. Recommend shopping in here!

By a short older female Hispanic supervisor named Angela.She falsely accused me of attempting to shoplift a $2.00 package of baby wipes and a $1.19 box of tissues?!She had the audacity to ask me:" Are you going to pay for those?!" She asked me this with other customers present and listening and laughing at me!!"Angela" regularly harasses me and even told me when I asked about an out-of-stock item: "Go away, shop somewhere else, I don't even like you!" What kind of customer service is this?! This kind of diatribe against customers at Stop and Shop has got to go!!!I guess as an African American, my business and my contribution to your company's profit margins DON'T SEEM TO MATTER! When I shop at the Harvard Street Stop and Shop location in Brookline, MA. I am warmly greeted by friendly Stop and Shop employees, NEVER watched or falsely accuse of stealing or ever disrespected by any of your staff! This is all about consistency!No matter what Stop and Shop store I patronize, I should be treated the same! With respect and dignity! The same quality service should be Rule, not the Exception!!I should not be falsely accused of creating "shrink" and disrespected and told to go shop somewhere else and shop!! I am a manager with a major investment bank, in wire and mortgage fraud. The notion that I shop at your store and spend on average about $700- $800 per month, but cannot afford to pay for any items in my shopping cart at the point of sale, makes no sense whatsoever!!"Abraham" another Stop and Shop supervisor, was present on one occasion when I reported a woman who attempted to steal hundreds of dollars of shampoo and conditioner, from your store! Because I reported her activity, Abraham was able to recover all the stolen merchandise and tell this woman to leave the store and not return.All I did was ask for change. While I was trying to explain the situation to Jasmine the manager on duty, Sonya, again laughed in my face and yelled at me! Telling me to be quiet and go home! Nothing's going to happen!I felt mistreated, disrespected, and humiliated! Sonya flatly refused to apologize to me! She just giggled at me and said: "Have a good night!" She accused me of stealing in front of other customers and employees. I believe Sonya thinks, she is not subject to the rules, and your company guidelines or code of conduct from your human resources department, I believe she thinks the rules don't apply to her, just other Stop and Shop employees!This is unacceptable and unbelievable behavior in a retail environment! I want an apology and an explanation for this flagrant verbal abuse and disrespect towards me! This has got to stop! I am illegally and unfairly being watched, subjected, and "targeted" with horrible treatment in this location, by your employee Sonya!We are all experiencing a global pandemic with COVID-19 and the birth of the (BLM) movement for African Americans being disrespected and unlawfully being racially profiled! This is the time when Stop and Shop should "embrace" the Stop and Shop core values, for all customers that patronizes your establishment and foster an environment of respect and inclusion. Instead of harassing and humiliating loyal customers that have supported Stop and Shop for years, even during a regional employee strike! I deserve better treatment than this!P.S.I have been shopping at Stop and Shop for over 11 years, I even crossed the picket lines when the Stop & Shop strike began on April 11, 2019, when approximately 31,000 workers, represented by United Food and Commercial Workers, walked off the job and began picketing Stop & Shop locations across Massachusetts. I continued to support your company. Speaking with your head store manager, "Frank ", I will continue to support your company, regardless of your rank and file walking off the job!

William Goolsby: Very good store, very well organized. The staff there helps you find what you're looking for. I also like the Pharmacy. I got my 5th Covid shot , Shingles shots, Hepatitis A & B vaccines and always go there for my flu shot They give out 10-15% off on your next purchase coupons. The people who give the shots are always so nice to me and my wife. It's also very convenient for us. It's within walking distance, but my wife loves driving her car.

I don't know where/when they get their produce, but it feels like they wait until everyone else is done and they get the left overs. The only reason I go in there is for last minute convenience. There's no other competition close by to keep then honest.
