She made me a 26” custom color (ginger) wig with bangs in one week! They cut the bangs perfectly on my head to make sure it fit properly and put a band in the wig to help keep it secure! Love this place and highly recommend their shop! During my visits I’ve seen some beautiful installs on other customers. High quality products and great staff! Can’t beat this shop!

As recommended, I ended up dropping the wig off a day prior to my Appt. The reviews are accurate that everyone is nice and professional. Very approachable hair stylists.However I gave 2 stars because nothing was done to my wig in preparation for the install. They didn’t pluck the hairline, wash it...nothing. Dropping it off the day before was unnecessary. They did offer to give me some baby hairs, but I didn’t want them. I did get the wig flat ironed, but I do wish there was more to the service. I don’t think glueing the wig down and trimming the lace amounts to $150.

Kee Bee: Had 3 bundles of Brazilian deep wave installed earlier this week. My natural hair wasn't blending too well, but Nikki and Nikki (I don't know if they both spell it the same) blow dried, flatironed, and curled my leave out to blend it in. The two ladies are high spirited with a great sense of humor. Nikki #2 did an amazing job! She doesn't braid super tight to where your eyes look Chinese, and she sewed the bundles in so quick I was for sure they would come loose. But nope. They're still secured and I can't even tell I have cornrows under the tracks. I straightened my deep wave yesterday and the hair still looks beautiful and bouncy with VERY minimal shedding when I comb/brush it. The quality of hair is great and it's real human hair! I dont understand a couple of these other reviews stating otherwise. I do wish that they were a full service salon so that they can have a more intimate relationship with the customer's hair. When I find someone I'm comfortable with, I only want that person to work on my hair throughout the entire process from wash to style. But now that they know what's up with my hair, I'm ok with washing it at home before I get my sew ins.Highly recommend and they gained a client for life!

Missidi: almost every day I buy target and today I went shopping and they were closing and I went to look at a shampoo and they took my car and it disappeared, only ONE MINUTE had passed nobody knew where I was and they didn't let me buy anything again and they kicked me out of there I almost called security, because I just told him that I wanted to take a good look if my car was there, they just made me feel like I was a liar to Li and my husband. I'm super disappointed. Nothing like this had ever happened to me. The truth is that I should throw them out. street to more than one I had been making my purchase for 25 minutes and they have treated me in the worst way.

Erik Haigh: It’s a fine Target. Well stocked, friendly and accommodating staff. I have but one complaint: at least 75% of the shopping carts at this location bump, jingle, jump, drag, scream, or clank. Walking around the store is like being in production of STOMP. Nearly every time I shop I have to test multiple carts to find the least offensive one. If I don’t, I’m doomed to push around a cart with a dead wheel that slaps the tile floor precisely every 6 seconds. Sometimes a cart will appear fine, only to begin its song once the cart is half-full and beyond abandonment. Countless times I have aborted or curtailed shopping because I just couldn’t stomach dragging a loud, clapping cart with a dead wheel across the store.Now I ask you: Can’t a multi-billion dollar corporation shell out for a couple of new carts?

Alice E: This is a perfect salon if you have type 1-3 hair. For my Type 4c, I left with dry, tangled, undefined curls. When I do my wash and Go at home it’s moisturized and defined. I went for a deva cut and wash and go. My stylist spent a lot of time on my hair but didn’t know how to treat my curls. I guess for $120 I expected the best wash and go better than what I can do. My hair was detangled when I came in as per the instructions for the appointment and I left more tangles. Overall staff is friendly and accommodating. The salon is beautiful. But I think they should realize the limitations in managing 4c hair.

Demitra Michaelidis: I really wanted to love it here, but I got one of the worst haircuts in my life here. The shape is terrible, and nothing like any of the photos I showed the stylist. I asked for layers and face framing. I have two layers that are not blended at all. Also a little frustrating that they double book. My cut was super rushed but they had no problem keeping me under the dryer for over an hour.

Oyku C.: I waited for almost 2 months for my haircut here with Peabo. I wanted a drastic change for myself which was to get curly bangs. When I left the salon, I really had a ton of bangs. Although I didn't think it suited my face, I was happy that I finally tried it.My hair is very very thin and I have a hair loss issue so you can imagine volume is a huge deal to me. Peabo listened to me and then took all of my volume away with his cut. I only realized this after I washed my hair of the rigid styling I was given. Unfortunately he cut all of the top layer of hair to a bang shortness including the back of my hair while the bottom layer of my hair which was around my shoulder blades looked so flat without the support of my top layer, unnaturally flat (no flowing layers, no transition), just a single layer of hair. From the long single layer, I had 2 longer pieces that made me look like I was always wearing uneven extensions. What is equally worse is that he cut the front bangs deeply on each side and the next layer being the long single layer, there was no transition from the side bang to my normal lenght, it looked like a staircase. I was never able to let my hair loose because of this.I looked at my hair every morning and night feeling sad at what I lost. It has been 7 months or so, I went to a hair cut, not with any hope of fixing this, but at least to get a trim at my long layer. The hair stylist was horrified by my cut. He pointed out how Peabo used special cutting technique to give layers to each strand and he did this to an extreme with my already thin hair which made me have uneven curl pattern especially around the bang area where he used this technique heavily. I did also notice before that my hair wasn't curling beautifully as usual but I thought a single cut couldn't possibly cause that. I was wrong. My hair stylist explained how we can correct this completely in 1.5-2 years.I really wish I could rate this salon -1. Writing this review was hard but I wanted inform others who might share similar concerns to mine.Final note: Peabo also put in my clip-on extensions because I brought them for a cut which actually cost me quite a bit to cut a couple of these clip-ons. They even wanted to charge me more to install the extensions and I was thinking what?? You just clip them on! After I refused, Peabo simply put them on and didn't charge me.

Emily Castillo: I’ve been to several curly hair salons in MA the past 6 years and have found that Mikayla at Anita Kurl has given me the BEST cut and style ever for my 3C hair! Despite being in Boston Anita Kurl Is more affordable than some of these newer curly hair salons outside of the city that don’t even compare and charge almost 200$ for a cut. I feel like i truly did get my value and money’s worth here with this amazing hair cut and the amazing vibes at the Salon! I actually left feeling great and beautiful after my haircut! I’ll definitely be coming back and referring my other curly girls. Highly recommend making the trip here if you don’t live in Boston.

I’m being a responsible person letting them know my family tested positive for COVID and will need to reschedule my afternoon appt and they want to charge me half and won’t apply it to my next appt. This is no way to do business and a really bad customer experience. Save your money and go to a different curl bar that values your business and money. I was a loyal customer but looks like I need to find a new place for my little one to get his curly cut. The tone was rude and condescending too.If you’re going to call people to confirm they’re credit card you can also remind them about the 24 hour cancellation policy. Sounds like you’re only worried about money.

The “stylist” asked me how I wanted my hair, if I wanted it super straight or natural looking and I said straight. She put so much product on my hair (my natural hair is straight/wavy)it looked super oily and dirty, it wouldn’t move. My ends looked awful, you know when you get your haircuts that the ends look super healthy, you couldn’t see the difference and super uneven.I don’t recommend this salon at all, because I had the basics done and it was a disaster so imagine getting more done. Super overpriced as well.Oh I forgot my forehead was full of hair dye after, I looked that I had gotten my hair done in a very cheap neighborhood.

He also taught me how to style my hair to bring out the natural pattern (loose/wavy curls). When I asked the person over the phone given the wait time is there anyway to place my order (happy to pay ahead) so you don’t physically in the store for one hour waiting on six latex balloons she said no and couldn’t care less-what about people with injuries or disabilities?! Or a life? Get with it party city!

I would not go here if you like to deal with rude little children who are working. They won’t help you here, everyone who works here is still in highschool or freshly out. Have no idea what their doing.

Timur Rustamov: They really have some crazy stuff there as well as more traditional items that you would expect to see in a party shop. Really a little bit of everything, with good space organization (each aisle has a theme/color scheme).
Georgia Kondylis: I came in very close to closing on a Friday night and the manager, James, still greeted me enthusiastically and kindly! He absolutely rocks and made my shopping experience memorable. Highly recommend this location solely because of James’s amazing service

The store manager, Steve, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me to fulfill a particular balloon needed for a very special work celebration! Personally picked up the balloons from another location to be sure I would have them for this event!!! Just amazing and needs proper recognition for this amazing customer service! Again so appreciated and could not be more great full for him even considering going to this length for a customer!!

Tristan Bagala: The store was a bit of a mess- in absolute disarray. They also closed 15 minutes early and locked out some potential customers tonight.
Xf Yin: We went there on Friday to get things bought for my son’s Sunday birthday party. The man on checkout kindly offered to let us pick up the balloons on Sunday morning so we would have nice and big balloons for the party. However when I went there around 11am on Sunday, they were so busy with other orders and I waited for 10 minutes for no one helping. The young girl who’s preparing the balloons told me they have more than 300 balloons ahead they don’t have time to get mine ready. I don’t understand why they put online orders even before the order placed a couple days ago in store. If I know the situation earlier I would not choose picking up at all. I ended up taking the balloons home and blew them all by ourselves. It’s such disappointing experience. Hope they have more stuffs on weekends and have some kinder stuffs as well.
Ellen S: Good location, parking is huge. The place is big. But! It needs to increase an assortment definitely and the place needs to be better organized. Most personnel is very nice and attentive without annoyance. Young people work there and it's fun to interact with them. What's strange is that girls didn't give you a sec. of their attention. As the matter of fact after observing who is available I chose a young guy because of his facial expression,when girls wouldn't look me in the eye and acted like I'm not standing right in front of them waiting to get helped.

Mr CST: We drove there to get invitations and found out they no longer sell them...a party store for party's don't sell invitations anymore. Get them on line they tell us....so the store is only good for balloons, paper goods, plastic knife spoons and forks and candy...😥😥

Jennelyn Letriz: The worst customer service.I placed a ballooon order weeks ago - paid for. I received 2 email confirming my order. I go to pick up my order and they can’t find my balloons, when they finally find them they aren’t blown up and to top it off the manager told me they ran out of helium. She asked how soon I needed the balloons and didn’t even know when they would have helium. Terrible! Balloons are a very important part of any event and they should know that if they have an order scheduled for pick up - they should reach out to the customers letting them know there is a delay! Just terrible service .
