First we got our feet checked and as I suspected my left foot and right foot had different probations. My left running shoe wore out much quicker than right! Second I got the right shoes!! 1080 or 860!! We were helped by many, including Ben (Penn alum!) And Calvin. Sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman who measured my feet. HE WAS THE BEST! Delay no more and go get your feet tested. NB got it right! Watch out Nike! You are boring now.

Key Patterson: I went to this store to exchange a gift that was purchased online, that I had been told by text/talking to customer service that I couldn't do via telephone or in person. Since I've been a New Balance customer for 20+ years I highly doubted that I wouldn't be able to do the exchange in store with my packing slip in hand. Text/talking to customer services solution was for me to either keep the unwanted items or return them and have the purchase go back to my relatives credit card which I didn't want. When I walked into the store I was greeted warmly by Monty. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to help me. He helped me pick out new items in store and when all of the items were not in stock in the size I needed in his store he hopped online and ordered the correct size and had it delivered to my home. He also returned the items to a gift card and made the new purchases with the gift card just in case something went wrong with the shipping(which it did not the item arrived the next day!) So I wouldn't have another negative experience with talking/texting customer service. Monty went above and beyond in my humble opinion and he deserves a raise or at least employee of the month!

Check out the second floor indoor balcony over Boylston St. for a cool view and the video wall going up the stairs! Also, they train their employees really well. They're super welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. They must be treated well by their employer. It was refreshing! Check it out!

Went this morning and the help buttons didn't seem to be working. Found an associate who didn't have the key but radioed for someone to come with a key. Ten minutes later, nobody showed up. Disappointing to say the least.

It’s too bad stores adopt these antiquated policies when online shops are much easier for returns. I will not shop at a physical Clarke’s again. Much easier to get it through Zappos and not have some sales lady give you a hard time when you want to upgrade your boots.

The first one was put on hold forever (10 mins+) and never heard back. The next two calls got picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. This is super rude. I totally understand that they are busy. They can just leave ignore the calls in the first place. So, I didn't have to wait for them.Anyhow, due to its prime location, I will probably shop here again.

I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

Joel Shor: Related to company policy. Left an item in the changing room, I tried calling. The number on their website went to an international call center. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color.My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.

Theresa Poon: Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

Luke Golden: Horrible customer service. I am a manager for a company that prides itself on customer service and this stores employees made me realize how much bad employees can effect a business. The staff member who assisted me was hostile and obviously didn’t care. He brought me out the completely wrong shoe in the wrong size and just dropped them in front of me and walked off. He was extremely rude when I asked for help. So I decided to go to another store where the employees were friendly and helpful. I witnessed the employee doing this to every customer. Never coming here again or recommending it.
Tanya McKeever: If I could give this place a million negative stars I would. I never leave reviews however, I felt the need to here. The young man trying to wait on people was as rude as they come. I asked about a certain shoe and he said nothing on that wall will fit you. Wait don’t you need to know what size shoe I wear? Then I asked for another shoe is a certain size and he had the nerve to rudely ask is that the size you are wearing now? I think I know what size I want. I would never give this shop my business and will be calling in a complaint to corporate. This man lost you a lot of money that day because it was packed in there and everyone walked out because of him.
David Elizondo: Staff was impolite and offensive. Came in at 5:40 knowing that they were closing for the day at 6pm, and needed to choose a pair of running shoes along with shorts and a jersey. They were unwilling to help and rushing me out. Even one of the members said: “you have two minutes…”, I couldn’t believe it. I was set to spend 200+ on my running gear and was totally discouraged to make my purchase. Walked out the door and took my business elsewhere. Outraged.

The thin and black-skin young staff told me he doesn’t have 9.5 but he might have a pair in 10, then I told him I might still want to try. Then he was quite rude and start criticising me about why I could fit a 10 - a few times when I am trying. And, when I tried the left one and feels gd so I asked to try the other one too, he becomes not friendly again and said “then I have to lace it up for you” (don’t really know why he said so TBH). End up I still bought the shoes I want but it might be the last pair of new balance shoes I will get.*** I am not racist here I am just talking about service standard here ***

One of the staff was so rude to me that I decided to leave in the middle of trying shoes I was interested in. He was very aggressive for no reason and specifically toward me. I'll try to come back and avoid him.

Then my wife tried on a pair of display shoes by ourselves, and one staff , called KJ, jump to us and blamed us for trying display shoes, and ‘educated us’ of their store rules. He also pointed out how customers feel if they purchased a pair of shoes that was tried on by other customers. It is very interesting, and I am curious if new balance sell customer display shoes or all their stock shoes were never be tried on? You are not only showed us how unprofessional yourself, but also how bad of new balance evaluate their salesman. I highly recommend the new balance flagstore though. Five weeks later and I have still not received my shoes. Every time I call they say that they will check and see what has happened and call me back. I’ve called 6 times and no ones has called me back. I will be contacting AMEX to get my money returned.
