A A: Reviews on the google seems like deceptive as well.They are cheaters, still waiting on the refund for my ticket, due to covid flight got cancelled, giving me run around, go to airline or somebody else. I booked through you guys you should at least give me some kind of refund rather than run around.This is another review similar to mine posted by somebody on different site.They're great until a flight is canceled and you're owed money. They're not worth the trouble when there are so many good travel agencies in the Boston area.

Gino Bevins: The only time I’ll fly into this airport again is if Boston is my final destination. The views of downtown Boston when taking off and landing are beautiful and the workers inside the airport are very friendly. Other than that, beyond disappointed. I had a 3 hour layover here and was expecting better. For a city as big as Boston that services destinations all over the country and world, I am shocked with the condition.Every restroom I went into was dirty and when walking in the terminal the terminal smelled horrible. Kind of like mildew and sewage. Terminals B, C and E are all connected and there is no transit service within the airport such as a train or small bus to easily move passengers. The only bus service is from Terminal A to Terminal E only. I walked around Terminal B and into C to kill some time during my layover and was exhausted (that’s my fault I guess). But Heaven forbid if someone had a flight that arrived at gate B1 and they needed to get to the other side of the terminal, they would be walking forever.Finally, about an hour before getting on my flight I sat down and ate pizza at an Italian restaurant near gate A9. As I was eating I saw at least 3 mice running along the side of empty booths and going underneath empty tables. Server at the restaurant seen that I saw the mice and told me that they see tons of mice that run around every single day. Thankfully the server at the restaurant told me that the airport is working with a licensed pest control unit. But still, that plus the messy restrooms, terrible smelling terminals, give me an overall dirty feeling about this airport. Hopefully the airport once the construction is complete can do more to improve the airport. Very displeased.

Siew Loke: Took a domestic flight from LA to Logan. Short walk to luggage claim. Taxi service a bit inconvenient as have to take a lift back upstairs. Nevertheless a quick in and out despite the walking about.

Chanda Sanders: Boston Logan Airport has a very streamlined security process. You still need to arrive early just in case there are any problems.

JP: Signs for parking garages are not clear, drove around entire airport several times before finally spotting a member of staff & asking for help. Food offerings in terminal B very poor.
