The store manager was very helpful in recommending me batteries and he even installed it for me when I went in an hour later. Which was above and beyond. Sadly I don't know much about cars (I know, I should...) but he made the experience easy and quick.

Nathan B: Went in because my battery was dead. The first employee helped my find a replacement right away. I asked if the had any tools for sale since I just needed a 10mm socket/wrench to do the job and I had to do it there in the parking lot. They instead just let me borrow one and while he was getting the tool another employee just jumped in and finished the transaction for the battery without being asked. After I finished the replacement, my old battery was dangerously hot but luckily they were experienced enough to handle the situation safely and took it all in stride, which was nice since I felt super bad for just dumping this dangerously reacting old battery on them. They even let me use their bathroom to wash my hands before I left without me even asking. 10/10 super nice and thoughtful employees.

Anna: Best customer service I have received in a long time. I went into get a bottle of power steering fluid because my car sounded terrible. King rang me up, and when I asked if he could put the fluid in my car for me, he assisted me with no problem at all. When I go to other auto suppliers they are very reluctant to help me or refuse to help me at all. He walked all the way out to my car for me, and even went back into the store to get a funnel so that he could put the fluid in better. He did all this with a smile and no problem at all, I can't say enough good things about him. It's little things like that that go a long way and keep customers coming back. Thanks so much King.

owner pc: Auto parts stores not just an auto parts store in my opinion it's about the people that's behind the counter. That's what makes the difference. The man that will help me when I was at the store was very knowledgeable about an auto compared to most people just behind the counter and that made the big difference.

Arnaldo Rivera: I love cars but I can't stand what has become of auto parts stores. Every time I go to one it's disappointing. They NEVER have what I need and the employees know very little to nothing . You give them all of your vehicle information and they then turn the computer and say which one?. I asked a manager if he knew any garage or mechanic that can turn or cut my drums and rotors and his response was why would you wanna cut your drums or rotors. And then was told you do know if you put them on the car they will turn fine. I was dieing laughing. I explained what it was and he said he has never heard of such a service. Tried to get brake shoes and kept getting the wrong ones and when I went to complain his response was well you can easily pick the ones you want and my response was that's your job to give me the correct ones for my vehicle. If it's going to be a crapshoot I might as well order them on line and pay way less for taking the same risk.

Mike T: I was a manager at AutoZone for many years as far back when it was called adap American discount Auto parts that's when auto parts stores sold Auto parts now they sell Doritos and Hershey bars you walk into AutoZone and they want to charge you literally $29.99 for a windshield wiper you can go to Job lots or Walmart and get the same exact wiper for $5 sorry but I have an issue with that
Steven Kwong: Worst store... Supposed to apply coupon... Manager is horrible and I willing to help! Avoid this store as they know nothing about customer service. Today is 9/2 at 6:15 PM .. shame on this managerQuick update... AutoZone reached out... Gave the usual we want to make it right and it has been a couple if weeks and no response to my email reply. Can't say I am surprised. 🤷🏻♂️

William Villamil Ortega: Carlos and Mat were extremely professional and helpful by changing tailgates bulbs of my Kia Forte. They normally do not get involved in that if tools are required, but they understood my situation and saw my lack of experience and helped me to avoid expensive service with the dealership.
