Jennifer Huang: We had issue before but the owner of this place is very nice and willing to work with us to resolve the issue to our very satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place because of my positive and pleasant experience with this owner, who is very kind, helpful and keeping his word. I could also mention that their recycle policy for glass bottles is 4 Cent per bottle regardless the bottles are packed in the box or not. This is different from other places I have been to for recycling. Make sure you are clear about the recycling policy before you go recycling, especially for the glass bottles.

Ryan Hart: Very friendly staff who let you bag counted plastic bottles and cans before you head there (just don’t short-change them!). Still have to sort glass bottles and only get 4 cents/bottle, but totally worth the time you save precounting the other stuff!

Omar Bensaid: Closed every day of the week and weekend.Today May 29th 2020 at 2:30 PM a lady originally from Tibet walked into the E&C BOTTLES AND CANS RETURN and she she had the wrong kinds of cans because they were from New Hampshire the guy that works at the store told her they were not accepted so I gave her some of my cans and wanted her to make some money but he obviously didn't like that and told me not to give it to her and I told him I said it was okay that I was doing it for good deeds and then another gentleman walked in with two full bags of cans and he handed it to her show the guy got more upset and when the lady got paid she was trying to count the amount of money she was handed and was asking the guy if it was the correct amount and just because of her asking that question the guy told her she was causing problems but I told him he should not be talkin to her that way because she was an old lady and she was in her late sixties and I told him that you could be his own mother and he told me to mind my own business and after that and it was my turn to hand in my bottles I had 198 bottles she refused to look at me and turned his back I kept calling him and he did not want to look behind look back and he was ignoring my call for a good 5 minutes so the lady of course walked away and took the money and she accepted and she said I don't want to cause any problems she left so I want the people to know how they treat some people I wasn't like every other customer and Mortgage in Glendora and we have to count all the cans and bottles in small cardboard cases and it takes a long time to count everything if you have a lot but they do make some other customers walk through the back door without Counting that bottles and cans they just hand them a full bag and they asked him how many cans and bottles they have and they believe them for their word. I think it's a discrimination because you cannot privilege some customers and this believe others you should treat all the customers equally especially that lady that was treated as shoe as if she was causing any problems the only reason why they got upset at her is because someone came and gave her so many cans and I gave her some of my cans so someone has to report these people

Tommy Pham: This place is great for recycling any kind of bottles or cans that you bring in. They are always friendly, helpful & accommodating, and have become my go-to place to recycle our collection once a month.I've tried LOTS of recycling centers over the years with my always jumbled mish-mash of bottles, plastic, and aluminum soda and beer cans, and If you want honesty & efficiency, and to be treated with respect, I haven't come across a better recycler than here.

Alastair Battson: Highly recommend. Great super simple place to take your refundable deposit cans and bottles. No questions asked, they take everything. I brought mine in trash bags as that is all I had at home. The store is well set up for efficiency. They have trays you can use to unload you cans into. Then they pay by the tray in cash. Awesome. No more faffing around with a machine that refuses to scan a bar code....The two staff were wearing masks. The lady was wearing a face shield. Can't ask for more than that.

Sidney Ryan: Awesome place to go for can/bottle redemption! The overseer/cash handler is the nicest guy & is always helpful! I've gone there 3x & noticed their peak hours are at lunchtime, around 11am/12pm, so it gets a little busy & packed, but usually dies down again less than 30min after the craze.

Rhonda: The Peabody Redemption Center has always been my go to place for bringing back my bottles and cans in bulk and each and every time I am treated with the utmost respect and kindness and that is why I continue to go back...Today I had a wonderful man named Jack help me with bringing in the 10 trash bags filled with recycling which was very convenient!!It may not be the cleanest place around but they get the job done!! Theresa Gray: Counting bottles and bringing them in clear bags is the easiest and fastest way to go in and out. The people are very nice and I always find parking.

wayne 07jk: Don't suggest this place if you come in and have a huge number of cans and bottles as they can be very difficult and almost seems like they don't believe how many you have have brought several thousand cans and bottles the last few times going here and each time its like they don't believe the number brought in. They eventually take your count of what you have but make it difficult I recommend only bringing in maybe a hundred or two at a time as they tend to believe smaller quantities

Chris Daigle: 5 stars because the people who work there are always great!I swung by this place yesterday, 6/4/20, and there was a big sign before driving in the back that said "NO BOTTLES" and the door had a big "CLOSED" sign on it, but there were a lot of people working there, way more than usual. So they're either closing for good, or they're just catching up from the past 3 months before reopening.

Molly Macone (Molz): Whenever I call they don’t answer but I get a busy signal for them. I’m trying to reach out to them if they are open so I can do my bottle deposits. They are usually nice and sometimes answer the calls but they aren’t today for some reason. Totally makes me feel upset!
