Christine Chao: Beautiful interior but brunch was quite pricey for the amount of food and quality of food that was served. The mushroom crepe was filled with onion ends and did not have much flavor. The potatoes were good though.
Peter Ph: Well appointed and not too tightly packed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good, though given there is "French" food on the menu, it's a shame the food isn't more authentic - very Americanized. The duck vol au vent was good. The biggest drawback is that it is very noisy when busy. If you like shouting to your dinner companions over the table, this is the place for you. If you want a relaxed dinner, maybe this isn't the place for you. Of course, the restaurant doesn't want customers to relax, as it is much more profitable to maintain high turnover.

Chelsea Shin: It is a decent french place, but don’t keep your expectation high. We had a few dishes, but nothing really stood out. I may try this place again, but I will prioritize other restaurants over this one. Also, the atmosphere is kinda off, it is by the hotel lobby and it feels like a hotel restaurant not in a good way.
Aarti Choudhary: Talking about food- food was really good (vegetarian). Staff was friendly except the one who brought us at table. Another server was friendly, polite but was not able to explain whether the meat is cooked or not. Consistency of food are different. Sweet dishes are good. But I m not satisfied with food and the lady who took us at our table.
Simran Malik: The food was good, but even when we ordered the same dish the consistency was different. We had to wait even after an early reservation, the rest of the staff was friendly but one lady was making un polite faces while taking us to our seats. We experienced hostile behavior when we asked her about the dish which wasn’t fully cooked.We went there to celebrate my friend’s birthday and was extremely disheartened after the experience.Though the place was beautiful and some dishes were really good, I don’t think the experience was something friendly towards us.

Christabel Barry: If you are a woman who wants to enjoy a drink in peace DO NOT GO HERE. My friend and I reserved seats at the bar. It was a busy Friday night but the entire time we were harassed by a drunk man who hovered over our seats and wouldn’t leave us alone after being told several times to step back.The bartenders were too busy to intervene but they did see it playing out and did nothing. Do not recommend this as a safe space for women or queer people.

Ashley Proietti: Colette hosted our engagement party. The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration perfect! Everyone loved the food and had a great time. Not to mention the decor is stunning, the perfect background for celebratory pics! Would highly recommend.

Lauren Marshall: Despite the average food/drink selection, my friends and I used to come here since they reopened because it was always empty and we could reliably get a table. In general, ok, service is always a bit tense/weird but whatever.Recently, however, we made a reservation for a table in the evening around 9pm and were denied a table for our group because we weren’t each ordering a full meal (we told them we were planning on sharing some food). Waitress had a very hostile & argumentative attitude, it was weird.None of us plan on going back- sucks, we would have liked to support a local business that doesn’t seem to get much footfall
Alejandro Nuñez-Jimenez: Excellent beer and a unique vibe. Beat Brew Hall reopened recently. The beer selection was not extensive but carefully chosen. There is a great vibe, with good music, dimmed lights, and a cool vintage-ish feel. Very big space and counter, ideal for larger groups. Prices are a bit on the higher side for a bar, especially for food.Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options.Wheelchair accessibility: Low accessibility. Several stair flights with no elevator in sight.

Veronica Alejandro: Came for dinner and to watch a friend sing here. Loved the vibe of this place. Kinda sucked that they wouldn’t seat you until the entire party arrived because we all know that one person who is always late. As a hostess myself I’d think you’d want to hurry up and get people sat so you could turn the table faster but whatever. However the food and dessert was unique and yummy and the show was amazing!

Diego Fernandez: Misleading menu. I was very disappointed with the proportion of the size between the taco vs bowl. Waitress made it seem like it was a similar plate and in the end I overpaid for two tiny tacos, while my friend got a huge bowl. They should write their menus more clear at least, or otherwise it seems they’re being dishonest. Manager didn’t seem to care when I explained.

Carly Marchioni: I sat at the bar here for an hour alone before my friends came for our reservation (Valentine's day - reservations should always be made for v-day, if you want to eat). I listened and watched the servers and bartenders while I sipped on a few glasses of beer (very welcome suggestion from one of the servers - Battery Street Kineo, which was really good - hoppy and cloudy, but still lighter and had a nice clean finish - could drink that all night). They obviously care about their jobs and were looking to make the customer's experience a good one.Our server was excellent. The fries are incredible. We will definitely return!
N D: My experience with bbh is complicated.. I understand its a bit pricey, but I understand the reason because it's a upper class establishment All the staff were great and bartenders knew their stuff. performances were great; but there was an owner or part of the security team. That seems a bit racist. This man was an older gentleman who picked on the few black Patrons to make sure that they had an uncomfortable time in the establishment while making sure they felt unwelcomed.

Brendan Cooney: $6 for a 4 once pour?! I thought it was a taster when my friend ordered it. Avg $13 for a 10 ounce pour? Cmon. To top it off when we paid the bill our party of 9 had the gratuity automatically added, it was a joy when the waiter showed us the tip button on his fancy iPad when paying. We told him, thanks but the tip was included. Should have reported him to management but that wouldn't have mattered. Worst place I have ever been in Boston. Will never return.
