Meybelin Guadron: So me and my sister went there and she was gonna paid with the card supposedly and she did supposedly it didn’t went thru but when she went inside her bank account they discounted her 24 dollars like 3x and before we knew that….. we payed cash and they didn’t give us a refund in total we had to pay like 94 dollars just for 2 large taros and 1 small mango yougurt I think 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😪I’m not gonna lie this was my fav place and I went there all the way from East Boston but I’m disappointed now I don’t think I’ll go there again 😭

Ash “By Ash”: I give this place for a star because despite the drink being acceptable I do not like the design of the cups because unlike the ordinary bubble tea cups that have a plastic vacuum covering it there is no plastic coverage and it is very difficult to carry because you cannot just leave it in your bag as it can spill other than that the service is good and the drink is tasty but I would definitely would like to see a change in the design of their cups

al milton: The customer service is the worst I’ve seen. After ordering two mango bobas. I was given two passion fruit. When I told the guy it was wrong he told me that I couldn’t exchange for the correct one. I normally don’t loose my cool but the way he said it so rude. I lost it and went off on him. Finally he exchanged it after back and forth for ten minutes. He’s lucky I didn’t jump over the counter. Very poor service

I always order it standard with regular sugar and ice. Very good and not too sweet, just right. I don’t really like overly sweet drinks so this was perfect.

Kees Benkendorfer: Was craving bubble tea, got it here, and was tempted into ordering a personal serving of cake. Honestly both were far better than I expected. The bubble tea was among the best I’ve had in Boston. The cake was delicious — perfect ratio of icing to cake, not too sweet, very flavorful. I’ll be coming back

Salma Badr: This place deserves more attention! Best cakes I ever had in the United States so far! I'm a middle eastern and this is the closest taste and texture to what I grew up eating and identifying as a CAKE 😻, because American definition on a cake is an absolute joke 😹 the cake batter is so yummy infused with natural flavors that smells so good too! The colors and textures for the little cakes are so appealing, as much good as it tastes. I wish they had bigger size cakes. Their bubble tea is very delicious too! Best of luck for them and the kind team over there.
Briana Kan: Baked goods are fantastic! The salted egg yolk custard bun is similar to the ones you get at dim sum. Make sure the heat it up in the oven so the top is crispy and custard inside is gooey. Strawberry cream sponge cake is really good as well. The hojicha tiramisu has a perfect amount of hojicha flavor (I think hojicha by itself is not very strong flavored) and isn't too sweet - yum!! Mango Paradise smoothie-amazing!!

Ahmad Merhi: This is my favorite spot in Cambridge! My go to is the brown sugar bubble milk and it's always delicious. The pastries are so good and so tempting every time I come. Parking is super easy in the porter square plaza and let's me not have to worry about street parking. I just recently ordered a custom cake and it was so well done, really detailed and so nice looking I didn't want to cut into it. I recommend Little Bake to everyone I know as often as I can, it's quaint and feels like a hidden gem!

There are always samples, they are listed on too good to go, they also make a lot in house so it smells utterly delicious every time you step in.Downside of their operations is that you may look forward to getting something on their wall but its not in the pastry case.Have tried and would recommend their matcha mango cake, lemon cream cake, grandmas lime cake, carrot cake. Their earl grey mouse cake was a little weird with the gelatine, but I wasn’t mad.I love their milk pudding with raspberry mouse. Will always look for that if it’s there.Still hoping for their rose lychee cake in the future.

Ordering is really convenient because they have a screen you can do it on instead of having to wait in line. They do desserts too but I haven't had one.Parking: You'd have to park directly on the street. Wheelchair accessibility: The screen you order on is designed for someone standing, but you could still order by going up to the counter. Based on how the tables and chairs are arranged, it might be a little hard to find a place at a table where you can stay and eat in or wait for an order with friends while using a wheelchair without blocking the way to the counter or having to rearrange table + chairs. It's a little cramped.

Waynie: Quality has been steadily declining. Ordered two milk teas on the app today, not sure if they made it ages ahead of the scheduled pick up time but there was no ice whatsoever in either of them with a big gap at the top of the cup.The tea itself lacked any sort of real flavor and the bubbles are actually hard/stale and way too chewy. Officially won't be coming back. There are much better options for bubble tea in the area (Gong Cha, Ten One Tea etc)

Aly Cat: No vegan boba option. Not a big deal except the staff had no idea and recommended the very non vegan option as vegan. Would love to see a vegan boba option here.
Vedaant Kuchhal: I've come here multiple times by now, and each time the boba hasn't tasted good, even compared to other Kung Fu Teas in Boston. Usually it's just too sweet, or the flavors are out of balance.
