al milton: The customer service is the worst I’ve seen. After ordering two mango bobas. I was given two passion fruit. When I told the guy it was wrong he told me that I couldn’t exchange for the correct one. I normally don’t loose my cool but the way he said it so rude. I lost it and went off on him. Finally he exchanged it after back and forth for ten minutes. He’s lucky I didn’t jump over the counter. Very poor service

I kindly let him know that the pearls were missing and he rudely took the glass and put the pearls in it then he told us that we should go to our country and he told us natives the service is lousy and totally racist this was in cambridge mallIt seems disrespectful to me since we were only visiting Boston for 15 days. I can't believe that to this day there are still those kinds of people and I do not recommend this site at all

alemgared: I’ve ordered the chai milk tea with bubbles a few times and it was good each time. My children ordered the dirty brown sugar milk tea with oreo topping and loved it. I always order it standard with regular sugar and ice. Very good and not too sweet, just right. I don’t really like overly sweet drinks so this was perfect.
swetase: When I ordered, I was told they ran out of pearls and to come back in 10 minutes. When I went back in 10 minutes , I was told that they have to keep that batch of pearls for a big order they received online . Terrible service.
Kellie Kane: This location is excellent! I would ignore the negative reviews since one should keep in mind that many of the clientele in that mall are nothing but hood trash or just local scum. I have always gotten great service here. Imagine that one cheapskate talking about sharing one tea among 3 kids. He should be embarrassed

I feel that the employees in this store do not have basic courtesy in doing their business. It seems that they did not have the basic training before they started. Their responses to customers (at least for me) lack the basic politeness.

Melody Cao: Tapioca pearls are firm, chewy, and sweet! Definitely on the firmer side with a higher elastic modulus. Milk tea is pretty normal, nothing too special about it.

Kees Benkendorfer: Was craving bubble tea, got it here, and was tempted into ordering a personal serving of cake. Honestly both were far better than I expected. The bubble tea was among the best I’ve had in Boston. The cake was delicious — perfect ratio of icing to cake, not too sweet, very flavorful. I’ll be coming back

Salma Badr: This place deserves more attention! Best cakes I ever had in the United States so far! I'm a middle eastern and this is the closest taste and texture to what I grew up eating and identifying as a CAKE 😻, because American definition on a cake is an absolute joke 😹 the cake batter is so yummy infused with natural flavors that smells so good too! The colors and textures for the little cakes are so appealing, as much good as it tastes. I wish they had bigger size cakes. Their bubble tea is very delicious too! Best of luck for them and the kind team over there.
Briana Kan: Baked goods are fantastic! The salted egg yolk custard bun is similar to the ones you get at dim sum. Make sure the heat it up in the oven so the top is crispy and custard inside is gooey. Strawberry cream sponge cake is really good as well. The hojicha tiramisu has a perfect amount of hojicha flavor (I think hojicha by itself is not very strong flavored) and isn't too sweet - yum!! Mango Paradise smoothie-amazing!!

Ahmad Merhi: This is my favorite spot in Cambridge! My go to is the brown sugar bubble milk and it's always delicious. The pastries are so good and so tempting every time I come. Parking is super easy in the porter square plaza and let's me not have to worry about street parking. I just recently ordered a custom cake and it was so well done, really detailed and so nice looking I didn't want to cut into it. I recommend Little Bake to everyone I know as often as I can, it's quaint and feels like a hidden gem!

Michelle Dao: Please support this tiny and lovely local business that you can barely find/see.Little bake opened up when I lived in the area and every time I visit back there I pick up a cake for my partner or workmates.They are so sweet. There are always samples, they are listed on too good to go, they also make a lot in house so it smells utterly delicious every time you step in.Downside of their operations is that you may look forward to getting something on their wall but its not in the pastry case.Have tried and would recommend their matcha mango cake, lemon cream cake, grandmas lime cake, carrot cake. Their earl grey mouse cake was a little weird with the gelatine, but I wasn’t mad.I love their milk pudding with raspberry mouse. Will always look for that if it’s there.Still hoping for their rose lychee cake in the future.
