VillenSQuad617: Very very upset first of all there phone is always off the hook probably cause they mess up so bad and don't want to hear the complaints on the phone. I was just there ordered 2 double whopper meals and the lady asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes and to add bacon on them which she charged me but I knew they would but I drive about 15 minutes to get home and both of my whoppers had bo cheese or bacon I knew I should of checked it but come on its not that hard it's on the slip definitely disappointed the manager needs to fix whatever they have going on there cause all I see is horrible reviews from what I just seen they better do something for me the next time I go there I'm not about to drive another 15 minutes to go back when I shouldn't have too in the first place 😡🤬

Estoy segura q era de 50 dólares porque no tenia mas efectivo solo ese billete que cargaba en mi billetera.. al momento q están preparando el producto, yo me retiro a llevar a mi nieta al baño.. la cajera le entrega las vueltas a mi hija.. más tarde cuando voy a pagar el parqueadero le pido las vueltas del billete a mi hija y ella solo me pasa 6 dólares y unas monedas, yo le digo q es más .. ella me dice que eso fue lo único que la señora le pasó le pido la factura y me dice q ella no le dio factura, me regreso y le hago el reclamo a la señora y ella muy grosera me contesta q yo le di un billete de 20 dólares, si yo no hubiera estado segura que mi billete era de 50 . No tengo porque hacer algo contrario cierto?Pero no ella se puso muy brava fue muy grosera le pedí que llamara al manager y me digo q ella era el manager 🤷🏻♀️.La calidad del producto excelente pero la atención pésima !! Malcolm Mayfield: I looked up the menu ahead of time and saw a "you way combo" so I ordered that to see if I could get back into Burger King... I also ordered another item, both while starting at the "featured" section of the menu. There were no nuggets in the bag although I said bbq sauce. When I returned, she told me I needed to give her a code at the time of purchase and bc I failed to do that there was nothing she could do. I only came here to literally try to get into Burger King again so I wanted to try it and for $6 it made sense. Without the nuggets, I would've went to Chiang Mai Thai next door, who practically gives away food. Nothing on the menu indicate the need for a code of for it to be online only. So I guess the customer service end it for burger king. Would've been a great comeback considering the food was spectacular in the moment.

Sarah Dirienzo: Update 12/19:Second time I've gotten a messed up mobile app order. First time I noticed it at the store and was told "we can't do anything about it, we made it according to the app". Second time, I checked one of my burgers which was made according to my order. After I left I found that the second one wasn't! Somehow they decided that of a two burger deal, the order mods only applied to one burger! To boot I didn't even receive a patty and I waited 10 minutes while people who ordered after me got their food. What's up with this BK?Original:The employees here give fast and accurate service which is always great with fast food. Place seems clean and the cashiers usually have a quick chat with me which is nice. They're very friendly! Sometimes though the line gets really backed up and they only have one person on register.

The burger king here has usually good services but the lady with the glasses yelled at a couple because she isn't getting orders right we both asked for meals and was also being rude to me I wouldn't have her as cashier if she just going to lash out at customers who weren't giving her attitude. Trust me the couple wasn't even rude it was just her.

Very uncomfortable for a quick lunch that I ate not to send back in fear of the worst. Some of the staff were in conversation about police and what they do to the food while I was sitting, could hear. Was very upset to even think about it.

Ricardo R: Bank statement showed I was charged four separate times for the same order. Two months later, restaurant management ignored the complaint when contacted by corporate and never bothered with a reply. Corporate says they then forwarded the complaint to regional management, who ALSO never replied.Avoid using electronic forms of payment here. Otherwise, if you're faced with the misfortune of having to request a refund for unauthorized/fraudulent charges, don't be surprised when you're deliberately stonewalled by management. At that point (since so-called customer service at Burger King is a joke,) you'll be better off getting your bank to intervene on your behalf to obtain a refund.edit: found out the identity of the irresponsible district manager for the Suffolk region, whose name is Radouane Marmoucha. He repeatedly and willfully ignored a legitimate complaint, even when contacted by corporate headquarters to do something about it. If this happens to you, be advised to file a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau, and with the Office of the Attorney General for MA. This type of unprofessional conduct should not be allowed to persist.

Jeez, things were getting too real; real fast.I waited for what felt like an eternity. It was probably only four minutes and I just felt the need to be dramatic. A little wait is a good sign though, it means it hasn't been sitting there waiting for you, wondering where you are. It's like you've arrived early. Being early is a good quality to have.We made it home safe. Me, the dog, and the double impossible whopper. 500 miles and 8.5 hours of driving from Rochester NY, to Connecticut (accidentally), to this Burger King in Reading, MA, and finally to my current legal residence, this burger has had me anxious since rt 90.I propped her up on the counter. I wanted to do it standing up. Unfolded the wrapper. God, she was gorgeousl. Thicker than I remembered the last time we did this.The taste was the same. The same taste I've known all these years prior. She's a whopper. She's always been a whopper. Take a big seeded bun, lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, ketchup, mayo, and literally any kind of protein and it's a whopper. Hell, you could put a couple soggy bar coasters in between those ingredients and it'd still taste enough like a whopper.I ate the whole thing. Don't even feel bad about doing it. I'd do it again too. Maybe tomorrow. The onion rings kind of suck though. Sorry. Zesty sauce is the new trendy aioli of 2023, I'm calling it now.

Sean Simonelli: I would put zero stars if possible. I ordered thru the bk app and I got charged twice on an order I placed once just for my order to be canceled. I decided I would call the location and all I got was a busy signal. I will never order from here again. Absolutely unacceptable.

James Feudo: Visited on 12/8. I'm a picky eater so I ordered my impossible whopper my way and they got it perfect on the first try. The woman working the front was also working the drive-through but managed both well. She helped my dad use the drink machine and let me know that I didn't put the lid on my drink all the way. She did this in a kind and helpful way. If I could, I'd rate her 7 stars.

Dinosaur Toy: Probably the worst BK I've seen in the Boston area, but admittedly there could be a worse location I've missed. The front crew doesn't listen to what is being ordered. The back crew takes 20 minutes to assemble a burger when nothing is going on and it is empty. Leaving half the order on a counter to get cold.The interior is decaying and there are broken pieces of wood leaning against tables and chairs.
