Cambridge Flooring & Remodeling: what do users think?
Amelia Gray: So happy with my experience! Found great options in the showroom (there were beautiful wools, which is what I went looking for, but in the end settled on a really fun polypropylene). Install was scheduled quickly after I made my decision, and the team did a great job, and were also super friendly and courteous.
Dmitry Ostrovsky: Perfect service, good prices, friendly staff, attention to details, highly recommended.
Emily Pitre: They were attentive and gave me a great discount on a remnant! Highly recommend
Kieth St.Clair: had them make custom runners for the stairs and matching area rugs for the living and dining areas. The look is perfect and the install was done without a flaw.
G K: This place is a gem! Joe is very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I had an entire room and my stairs carpeted. The price was very reasonable. The installers were on time, professional and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Cambridge Rug Co!
bea nash: great service... delivered my rug the next day first thing in the am!
Diana Sim: Joe is knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very patient through all of my questions and answered them honestly. There was never any pressure to buy and he's been really easy to work with! The pricing is also very reasonable.
Maureen Reid-Cunningham: This small store has a large selection of carpets. Joe (the owner?) was knowledgable and patient, not intrusive at all. I recommend it highly.

Longleaf Lumber, Inc.: what do users think?
Liam Bulkley: Great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. The stock was substantial but due to their sourcing method it's going to be variable.I'd expect they will nearly always have various pine, maple, oaks and hemlock.
M T: Amazing staff that was able to help match the antique floors in my house with gorgeous matching reclaimed floors! It came out better than I could have imagined!
Doris Romero: Great service! Found just what I was looking for!
Mary Honan: What a great place! Fabulous experience searching for reclaimed wood for shelves and a mantel. So great and easy to work with! A great find.
Trent Downey: Cool space, helpful staff, beautiful (and plentiful) wood.
Mark Nawrocki: These guys are good and have the goods.
William Barabino: You want reclaimed wood anything. You go to long 🍁 🍃 🍂 leaf lumber. Awesome selection of all the speciality pieces that you could possible want for reclaimed wood. The customer service is awesome. They are experienced and knowledgeable and more than willing to accommodate the novice purchaser with guidance and assistance. Five stars.
Ariana Bain: Amazing place - beautiful reclaimed lumber and super helpful staff!

ProSource of Boston: what do users think?
Alina Manea: We bought a rug from ProSource which was delivered back in July 2022. Since we have put it in place, the rug has been shedding like crazy - we have to vacuum-clean it every couple of days. We've made several attempts over the past six months to find a solution with ProSource without success. We have spent over 2000 USD on this rug, and it is worst quality than the 200-300 USD rugs that we have bought on Wayfair. Despicable customer service experience - the company is sourcing cheap, low-quality, products from developing countries and selling them at US market prices pocketing undeserved profits.
Suzanne S: I am extremely pleased with the excellent service that ProSource in Woburn provided for my recent purchase of wide plank engineered hardwood flooring. I had a good installer lined up to install a floating floor on top of an old original terrazzo floor in my condo, but was overwhelmed with selecting a product because the small samples the installer had weren't big enough to see what a whole floor would look like, and he only had a few samples on hand. In addition, due to pandemic-related supply chain disruptions I learned that many products were on back order and there was a big price variation in the first few options I looked at. The installer's distributor didn't have a huge selection either, but I had seen a link to the ProSource showroom and knew it was nearby, so just drove around the corner and was lucky to meet up with Paul Coutoumas. Paul not only showed me many more options at a range of prices but also thoroughly explained the extras like the underlayment, transition pieces, timing for delivery, etc. When I told him I wanted a high-end look and quality product but at a reasonable mid-range price, he steered me right to a couple of great options – well known, quality manufacturers with a range of products at a range of prices that I found very reasonable. Paul loaned me a couple of large sample boards to take home. I made a couple of showroom visits, and each time, even if he was very busy with others, Paul made time for me. We also had a few email exchanges and phone conversations and he was always easy to reach or to quickly get back to me if he was tied up. I put in an order pretty quickly and there was a little back and forth after the installer told me more specifically what to order, and Paul was again extremely fast to respond and adjust. Amazingly, the flooring arrived within just a few days and my gorgeous new floors were installed not long after. In other words, Paul was just fantastic - so friendly, helpful, and extremely generous with his time educating me about the various options. Thanks to him and ProSource I was able to make an informed choice and select the perfect product for my needs and my budget, and I absolutely love the gorgeous result. I plan to return soon to Pro Source for bedroom carpet, bathroom flooring, and probably tile as well. I’d never want to go anywhere else after this excellent experience, and very highly recommend them.
patti pellegrino: From start to finish amazing service and attention to detail. Each order carefully checked before ordering and after
Demetra Santos: The Woburn staff is excellent. Attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Selection massive. Great experience!
William Rafferty: I'm the owner of Rafferty Boy's Custom Home Design LLC. I deal exclusively with ProSource Wholesale for my interior projects. Just started going to the Woburn/Boston location.Met with Laurie today for the first time and she rocks. Had a bunch of questions afterwards on upcoming jobs and she was right on top of it. Looking forward to working with her in the future. Also they carry very high quality materials at affordable pricing which is what my clients count on from my company.
J V: I had a great experience with ProSource. I ordered tile for my bathroom floor and kitchen backsplash. It took a little longer for my floor tile to come in due to COVID-related delays, but the backsplash arrived early. Brian was upfront with me about delays and having experienced delays with everything else I ordered for my remodel, I expected it. This was my first time remodeling on my own and Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. ProSource has the best price I could find for the Thassos marble tile I ordered and I absolutely love it!
S M: Where should I start? A nightmare experience for 2 boxes of Crossville tiles I ordered a month ago and was supposed to receive within 10 days. Never received the tiles, until I received them! They send me generic (copy version) of the Made in US tiles. The tiles I received were not Crossville tiles at all, and they were made in Argentina! I returned them right away in their parking lot and the account manager was resisting to refund my money. The only thing they were really good at was charging my card 100% before any order was placed ! After that, they didn’t even answer my emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card although I received a text that I would get my refund. Once refund is received, dispute will be cancelled!
Claudia Zeien: Very rude salespeople. I was very clear on what I was looking for. The first salesperson looked for 5 minutes and walked away. I searched for 1/2 hour to find the right item. Then went to front desk where 3 salespeople, sitting at their computers, turned their backs on me. Needless to say, I will purchase elsewhere.
Deb L: Nice selection of quality products and reputable name brands (flooring, tile, cabinets, rugs). I was excited to see Dash and Albert there which is a great rug brand. Their tile offerings ranged in every price point, and they had some nice pieces in the showroom to give you ideas. The displays are neat with modern choices. Two members of the team helped me and were knowledgeable and friendly.
Melanie DiGregorio: Great selection in the showroom, and the staff is fantastic - very knowledgeable and responsive.
Donna Larkin: Mark was wonderful with getting pricing for me, referring me to contractors to install the carpet I purchased and just overall being kind and helpful in every way! :)
Gary Freeman: Customer service was great, large selection, contractor referral required.
Jean LaPoint: Very helpful and experienced staff. I purchased flooring from them and I'm going back for a kitchen design.
Jeff Coutu: Very helpful, extremely attentive and friendly sales staff. I'd highly recommend to anyone!
Vin Carvalho: Very confrontational sales staff. Small selection

ProSource of Boston South: what do users think?
Lise Bradford: The people we dealt with were perfectlyNice and helpful. However the cabinets we bought (Wolf wood shaker style) are garbage and I don’t understand why we weren’t advised of their terrible quality. We let our contact at Prosource know and he said it must have been the installation. However it is clear after living with these cabinets for less than a year that they are truly awful. Don’t seem to be realWood and they chip like crazy and the paint flakes off like nail polish. So please be advised if you shop here you’ll need to do your homework and don’t expect any accountability.
Adam Durrett: Helpful and friendly
Michael Gregorio: Wayne in warehouse always on point. I've taken many pallets full of stock and its always right and always wrapped tight.
Gerald Fine: My experience could not have been any better. From the experienced and incredibly knowledgable staff to the extensive choice and selection of products, ProSource is my absolutely and only SOURCE. I think their choice of a business name is most appropriate. They are both PROS and the very best SOURCE.
Jill Griffin: Horrible return policy. Big box stores have better return policies.
Alexandra Dobrowolski: I worked with Garrett Shepard and Margo Wilson-Atkinson on gut renovating my house and I could not be happier with their incredible service and how the project turned out. The renovation took almost a full year and they were so helpful every step of the way. From picking out tile, flooring, cabinets, vanities, countertops, hardware etc. to re-designing an entirely new kitchen layout, they absolutely killed it and I am so grateful for their help and expertise. Not only did they provide their in-house services, they helped me purchase and coordinate services with other vendors they have relationships with as well (for example, countertops and fireplace stone). This was my first project so I didn't know exactly what I was doing, but they were both there to answer my millions of questions (in an extremely timely manner), meet with me multiple times and help with design choices (both of them have amazing taste and I trust their opinions completely). I am a real estate agent so I've helped clients with renovations before, but I've never worked with anyone as all-around incredible as Garrett and Margo. I referred one of my clients to them for a kitchen renovation and she had the same A+ experience as I did and is so beyond happy with their expertise and how her beautiful new kitchen came out. They made the whole process seamless and I can't wait to work with them again in the future!
James Lowenstern: Excellent product and service.
