Berline Berrouet: I was a custoner yesterday at the Central square location.I witness a worker claim he was the manager told a young black woman that she could used the bathroom, he said no because she didnt buy anything then another customer gave her the number .The worker that cliam he was the manger turn around and said he was goin to call the cops on her for harassment but she did not do such things.The code didnt work in the mans door after he told her the woman was out of order when its clearly was not. He was very nasty to her and for that reason I will not be returning to that location.

Christopher Norman Brenes Lee: Easily the worst Chipotle I've been to. App let me place an order, it was well past their opening time, but they wouldn't open up. An employee was sitting at one of the tables at the front of the store, texting on his phone, completely ignoring us while we (a lot of other customers were trying to pick up their orders too) waited by the door and tried to ask him what was going on. I waited for 20 minutes, dude was still ignoring us and no one else would come out, then finally walked away.This was around August 2022.

Raphael Bonamy: Worst chipotle in Boston! Please train your staff and make sure they know how to wrap a burrito. I was in a rush and thought chipotle would be the quickest option for a meal. The lady who assisted me was very stingy with the portions and by the time it came to wrapping it, she tried to fold it in half and a third of my rice and many other fillings went flying out, and she didn’t bother to add more to make up for this. She just tried to cover it by quickly folding it and handed it to me while I was paying. I noticed but was in a hurry that I didn’t have time to ask for a replacement. Samuel Wilwerding: I walked to this location from a nearby hotel, about a mile away. The app would not process my pick-up order that I tried to place on the way. No problem, right? Just stand in line, maybe a few extra minutes? No. When I get there, the restaurant is filthy, the line is blocked off with chairs—apparently, they’re only processing online orders—none of the employees are up at the front making anything, and six or seven customers are standing around waiting for their carry-out orders. So, after a long day, I had to walk to another restaurant over a mile away to get some dinner. Total fail, and sort of turns me off to ever ordering from a Chipotle again.

Those working behind the counter seemed to be quite bothered that we were there needing to order. Just getting them to stop their conversation so we could be served was a challenge. Communication about what was to go on the salads we wanted was poor. The orders we eventually placed ended up being more of some kind of bowl and not even close to a salad. One of the orders ended up with no salad greens. But the process was so frustrating and we were in such a hurry that we just accepted it so we could move on. Inside the restaurant garbage was overflowing, counters were dirty, and over all it was a mess. The upside is we did get something to eat quickly and we don’t have to go back.
issa aep !!: Absolutely not. I don’t know why this place or any other chipotle think it’s okay to portion mobile order small when the price is absolutely insane. I ordered a bowl and they couldn’t even give me the decency of getting the food hot. They gave me the wrong topping and the app is refusing to give me my refund I’m never ordering from this place again. I advise you to go in person so you can call them out.

Abi Enes: This is the worst Chipotle location in Boston.I've had numerous horrible experiences here, but I'm limiting myself to only writing about today's experience.They only were accepting mobile orders, and had no sign up to tell anyone this. I watched person after person come in trying to order normally, the staff ignored them, each finally asked asked "are you closed?", trying to figure out why they were being ignored and no one was taking in person orders. Then the staff muttered that theyre only taking online orders. One staff member even said "If you do a mobile order it'll go to the bottom of the list and it'll take a very long time. Just go to the sweet green across the street." LOLThere was a worker that was preparing food in the back with gloves on, but then was using their mobile phone to text, then going back to handling the food. My total was $15.35 and that seemed high but I assumed prices just increased. The cashier was in a hurry and rude so I didn’t press it. After leaving I added the same meal to the app and it is listed at $11.61 with tax. I was over charged by $3.74. Won’t be back ever again now. Contacted the store and customer service and haven’t gotten a reply.Double check the total regardless of how busy they are because they will rip you off.

John Wendeborn: I love Chipotle, but this particular place is really hit or miss.On some days they have everything, load up your bowl to the brim, and are friendly. Other days (most days I might add), they are out of everything (chips, napkins, ingredients, forks), barely fill up the bowl, and are just a bit curt. Seriously though, they never have chips.I come here all the time because it's close and is ultimately a passable Chipotle, but it's consistently the worst Chipotle that I frequent (among 3-4 others in Boston).2.5 stars seems more appropriate, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt and round up to 3. It is Chipotle, so even if a few things are missing, it's always tasty.
Conor O Brien: Very disappointing experience. Went here with my partner, we usually love chipotles food, so we were excited to try out this one. We first had to wait 10 minutes with 1 person ahead of us (note: there was 7 people behind the counter). When it was finally our turn to order, the guy didn’t even say anything he just stared at us. They were out of chicken and it was going to be a 14 minute wait (it was 2PM). The girl at the till didn’t speak at all she just waited for me to look at the card machine and pay. When I did pay she walked off without saying anything and I had to ask a colleague for the receipt. I also asked was there any straws for my drink and she just blurted out “nah”, no apologies or anything, no offer to check the back store. Coming from Ireland, we strongly value not only customer service, but just being nice in general as it costs nothing. They definitely need to get their act together and we will not be back.
Grace Kearns: If I could leave a -5 star review I would. Customer service is non existent here, you just get grunted at. They were out of half the ingredients and utensils. The few food items they do have are cooked awfully/cold/stale. This place is a joke.
C McC: This is the worst Chipotle. They have consistently made my order wrong for the past 3 years. I know every time I order through the app or DoorDash for this location that my order will be wrong. They never give you the right toppings and sometimes they even give you other people orders… oh and in a rush? DONT EVEN BOTHER. Note your pick up time then add 30 minutes no matter what day or time because it will never be ready at the time it says it will. I wish this wasn’t my closest chipotle. The only reason I still eat here is my brand loyalty.

She basically tossed half of my lunch away because my burrito was half the size of a normal Chipotle. I asked her to make me another burrito since she clearly tossed half my lunch away, but she responded that she put all the food I had ordered into a new tortilla. I had to pay in full!

Steve Sutter: I used to go here all the time. I liked their salads and the dressing. This particluar one is badly run. I have been there at least 6 times and they make my salad and then I get to the end and they have no dressing. All they have to do is make it there but they never do. And when I ask about it all I get was the classic "I just work here". So forget this location even though I have found the service wanting in a few other locations as well.

Tristan Bagala: I walked into the restaurant and read on the counter that there was cash only or online ordering. Since I was there to order a side of meat, I had no problem with this, I would just pay cash since online ordering was not an option. The young man behind the counter pointed at the sign and said "Can you read?" I nodded and smiled and continued to wait. He then gestured again to the sign and I took a step back. When he walked up to me, he said "I told you to read the sign." I said that I heard him the first time and that I was only looking to know how much my order would be so I could get exact change from my car. He then mocked me and explained while miming how Chipotle worked and asked me if I understood how to order from here. I was incredibly embarrassed as this made a scene for everyone else in the restaurant.

Does not seem to be understaffed (6 people in the kitchen), but nobody notices or cares that all the chicken on the grill is already burned. Drinking fountains out of order, tables dirty. Ryan Mac: I have never received a warm burrito or bowl, everything is cold even when I pick it up immediately after assembly. It's almost impressive how they do it consistently. I don't know what it is about Chipotle franchises but they are frequently mismanaged, the one in Newton is a mess as well.
Maxim Gebauer: The food was good but the service wasn’t. I had a burrito bowl and it was very good for being made so fast. The only problem is that the service is terrible. I tried ordering on the app and waited for the time it said my order would be ready. Once it was time I went to pickup the order that said it was done on the app. But when I walked and looked for my order it wasn’t ready and then I waited about ten minutes and finally it was ready. That is the sole reason I rate this place three stars. I recommend this place to people who are craving Mexican food and need it quick

Richard Patterson: I have visited many Chipotles, but this one is by far the greatest. The service is always quick, the portions are fantastic, and my order is always made exactly as I ordered it. I order occasionally each week because I work nearby. The staff is quite friendly. They keep a tidy and encouraging environment while being incredibly effective.

Two guys came in line behind me then they finally took my order.
