Skip Frary: I buy gasoline often here. The pumps are clean, they offer a squeegee and cleaning solution to clean windows and have great prices. They also have a loyalty program and reduced prices if you link your loyalty card to debit your bank account. It is also relatively safe to pull into and pull out of, unlike some other fuel stations in my area. Some are an accident waiting to happen. I don’t usually frequent the convenience store but after reading some of these negative reviews about the store, I just wanted to do a positive review about the self service fuel operation. There are always more pumps occupied than unoccupied, so I’m sure that I’m not the only one who appreciates this station. I’ve been buying fuel here since they built the place about fifteen years ago. The new tanks, pumps and top tier fuel have never given me a problem.
Michael Maly: The clerk had no idea how to use lottery machine and was very unprofessional, so she called the manager who was rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this place

Bruce Nichols: I forgot my business phone in the bathroom at this particular circle K on highland avenue in salem mass and I called my phone and this guy Jon answers it and is willing to give it to Heather the young woman working the register. Needless to say I was able to trust the man jon and the employee Heather and I recieved my phone back. Thank you Heather for being a stand up employee

Matt Monaco: I accidentally put a SMALL regular coffee into a SMALL espresso cup and as I was trying to find the correct cover the employees were extremely rude. I said screw It I’ll just pay for the small espresso, they told me I had to pay for a medium I noticed it after I swiped my card. There explanation was that because I put regular coffee into a espresso cup they had to charge me for a medium. As I was leaving one of the employees rudely said pick the correct cup next time. It made no sense to me and I feel like I couldn’t be the only one based on there logical thinking. A Small is still a small so I should’ve been charged for a small espresso not a medium espresso. Bad for business I go there everyday, not anymore

Bald Bull: I have been going probably 2-3 times weekly for almost 15 years until a couple months ago. Been through many many employees and managers. The current staff and management are by far the worst. Customer service is horrendous and they overcharge every time I try to get their food deals. I am steps away from the store 5 days a week and I actually get in my car and drive half a mile down the road to speedy because this Mobil circle k sucks so bad now
Joe McCay: As of 3/11/2020, the service has gone downhill since the new management took over. The price of a 20oz coke went up 2.09 before taxes & bottle charge. Plus they advertise prices and charge the more expensive price. The penny candy display advertised $2.49 on the display sign, but they tried to charge me the $3.99 on the bag! Avoid this store!

Bella OneLove: WARNING!!! WARNING !!! check the expiration dates on all the products being sold in this Circle K store a ham and cheese wedge sandwich was purchased there from Rimana foods in Norwood Ma and it was already expired!!! Instead of removing it off the shelf they take it upon themselves to place several different labels of expiration dates in the store and keep it in the store putting the Health and Safety of many men women and children who go there at RISK of getting SICK due to FOOD POISONING and when the cashier was questioned about the different expired labeling his attitude was Oh Well ??
Nancy MacIntyre: Easy and convenient cheap gas too just went back today this afternoon and they had they most polite, informative, and courteous kid (mikey I think his name was) behind the counter. More people like him should be working everywhere. He was so happy to help, I was taken back by it, not to bbn use to that in most stores. Thank you management for putting the right people in there
