I brought it into the store for repair - in the past I was told they do some instore - it's possible it was a pre-Covid thing? The staff member insisted on replacing the jacket because their repairs are about 15 weeks out - She located one in Montana, took our old jacket and have a new one coming 2 business days later. Incredible service! We always buy Patagonia, and this is why!

Anyway, I brought a nano puff hoodie in for repair last week, thinking it would be the usual rigmarole where I'd drop it off and leave it with them for 6 weeks. I was kind of bummed about that because the summer backpack was coming up and it's my favorite layer for warmth. They fixed the zipper in the store while I waited! I did not anticipate that and it was really great.

How can I buy a pair of gloves - or anything else - without trying them on? I appreciate we are in a crisis, but this is an idiotic way to conduct business. UPDATE: Patagonia allows in-store shopping by appointment. Better policy.

Pro Driver: ☆UPDATE☆ as of 12/12/22. New loading dock location. You still stage on state street, you must now walk around to 810 main street to check in. Once they notify you to back in, you Turn left on Windsor st cutting thru the lot, you will not make the left with that electrical pole in the way. Turn left on main st and then turn on your 4-way blinkers. Someone might help in spotting you while you back in. Avoid this place at all cost. Yo the owner ops, not even worth the upcharge fee. Just avoid it.

Tonya Williams: Not easy at all. Pass on it not worth the difficulty during day hours. Traffic and people walking everywhere. Come in on Massachusetts south and make a left turn on State St (oneway ) and building on the left 300- 350 feet. The GPS will take you to the front 810 Main Street and you can't stop there and it's too tight to turn right. People are friendly and load pretty quick but remember it's not truck friendly

Norm Wade: This place is a Bear to find in the dark, and rush hour. Nice folks and pretty quick to load though.No overnight parking. From Massachusetts ave south, make a left on ( one way st )State st. Couple hundred feet on the left. only 3 docks that can be kinda tight. 3 stars was for the difficulty in finding it.

Go down the street to Coin-Op Laundry across from Dunkin Donuts. Yes you pay to dry your clothes. But a couple of of quarters is MUCH cheaper than a $20 bill on a prepaid gift card.

Chris Bozer: This is a great Gap location. Walking in you initially enter into the men’s section. They have 2 stories. On the top there is the women’s and kid sections. They usually have great deals in their clearance section and generally have some sales going on.There isn’t really a public bathroom in here so beware. Although if you ask they can take you to the employee bathroom.

Sam: SuperDry hoodies last for 5 years until they are worn to death. No other clothing company delivers heavy duty quality cotton garments like SD does. That's why they are expensive. I try and avoid the Cambridge store because I know I can't leave without buying something.
