Clothware: what do users think?
Jenny Andrus: My all-around favorite women's clothing store and that includes both Cambridge and San Francisco. I stop by every time I am in the area visiting my daughter. There is a small but well curated selection of clothes. I've bought some favorite items here. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that there now is an online order option, so I don't have to wait to shop in person, although stopping by is always a pleasure.
Sabrina Cassidy: Got a rude call from this store looking for someone I do not know. And this call just ruined my day. Thanks.
Callum McPherson: Great Selection! Loved the shopping experience and the space as well. The music selection is top notch too.

Patagonia: what do users think?
Lily Harris: The staff were super friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for
Jiyun Moon: Excellent customer service!
Tim Knight: Very happy, helpful and kind staff. Thank you.
G F: Staff is super friendly and helpful. I needed to have my jeans repaired/replaced. I was shown my options and was able to get a new pair. Customer service was amazing!
Matthew Gregg: Did not have what I was looking for in men shorts but the staff was helpful with cold weather tips. Enjoy the summer everyone ☀️
Lanna Krik: Coworkers were very lovely and very helpful
Leah Klein: Great location for patagonia Store. Fabulous quality outdoorsy clothes, gear and books.
Dee T.: The staff and level of customer service cannot be compared with other retail stores. My son received a jacket over the holidays - something happend and the stiching started coming undone. I brought it into the store for repair - in the past I was told they do some instore - it's possible it was a pre-Covid thing? The staff member insisted on replacing the jacket because their repairs are about 15 weeks out - She located one in Montana, took our old jacket and have a new one coming 2 business days later. Incredible service! We always buy Patagonia, and this is why!
Thomas Ulmer: Incredibly nice and competent service
Peter: As always. Great brand, very expensive, very good quality, and very good service. It's a big store with lots of selection.
Dave Ekrem: How can you not love Patagonia? It's pretty cool that they're offering recycled clothing now (I guess that's called used clothing, too). Anyway, I brought a nano puff hoodie in for repair last week, thinking it would be the usual rigmarole where I'd drop it off and leave it with them for 6 weeks. I was kind of bummed about that because the summer backpack was coming up and it's my favorite layer for warmth. They fixed the zipper in the store while I waited! I did not anticipate that and it was really great.
Caroline Butler-Rahman: Excellent staff, selection, and customer service! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend more!!
Jo McCarthy: The staff here always go the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Excellent management. Clean store with organized covid protocol.
Bill Prindle: I really love Patagonia products and their policies. But I drove to the Cambridge, MA store today and wasn’t allowed in. Curbside pick-up only. How can I buy a pair of gloves - or anything else - without trying them on? I appreciate we are in a crisis, but this is an idiotic way to conduct business. UPDATE: Patagonia allows in-store shopping by appointment. Better policy.
Gary Shea: During walk-in shopping, I was helped thoroughly with great attention
Kimberly Rowan: The staff are so nice and helpful here!
Ben Gross: I cannot speak highly enough of this store and the Patagonia product. The clothes and other items for sale are of extremely good quality, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The employees and the brand stand 100 percent behind the products they sell, and - from my experience - you can rest assured you will get satisfaction and value from whatever you purchase. I had a wonderful experience at this store and I will now be a Patagonia customer for life. I highly recommend the product and the store!
Jason Hire: Awesome new store. Though they do not carry everything employees are super helpful and very knowledgeable.
fishlikey “Salty discussed” oio: Lifetime warranty is marketing trap when you are treated like a crook if you try to swap a jacket under warranty.
John Le: I was pretty disappointed that this Patagonia store wouldn't honor the iron clad guarantee. Patagonia online happily accepted my merchandise back. This store has a lot of merchandise with plenty of sizes and colors. I wouldn't hesitate to buy something new here, but I wouldn't rely on this store to honor the iron clad guarantee or warranty.
Kim Houghton: Fab service and staff!

The Garment District: what do users think?
Simon Gorelkin: Best emotions!
Sammie Annie: So the first floor is absolutely disgusting. the 2 dollar per pound genuinely left my mouth wide open. the clothes are all over the floor and people are just stepping all over them? and then deciding they want to buy them? so gross and dirty my skin started crawling.the second floor however was a lot more acceptable. things were actually on racks. i found a cool vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price. it was missing a button though so ? but it’s from the 80s so whatever. i guess i’ll just find someone who knows how to sew. i would return for the second floor but god NOT the first floor.
Sarah Daigle: This place is amazing, nough said.
Jean Roman: Good place to bargain hunt for clothes or thrift shop!
Monica Renaud: This place is vintage, thrift, costume and one of a kind pieces all at once. It is well organized. Am sure I'll find a new treasure the next time I visit!
Wynter Aiguier: Love walking around and looking at the different stuff
Holly Buehlmann: Great Spot to thrift if you are looking for higher end stuff. It's definitely a lot more expensive than a goodwill or savers.
Ann Thomson: Love ❤️ this place!!!!!! A must go all bargain shoppers!!!
Richard Cadet: Great staff
Bryn Weiler: Wide selection of fairly priced and high quality vintage/used clothing. By the pound is the best as well!
Robin Beaulieu: Second time I visited here, & always leave myself short on time to really go through the 'pick a pile' section. It takes a semi-work out to really 'dig-out' a gem but they ARE to be had, you just have to scout them out. Special shout out to Charlotte at the checkout, she was so kool in sharing some additional info. regarding thrift salvage in the area, & a unique spirit :) Wow to the vintage offerings, & the costume departments too. I walked away w/ two tailored pants, a lrg tee-shirt, & a sports bra all for $4. What a deal!
Claire Navis: best thrift store in Boston, also was recommended from a local
Edward Mostone: Friendly staff
Colleen Childs: Lots of wonderful stuff
Michael and Steve: Great variety of clothing to choose from. Reasonably priced.
bianca bello: I had high hopes and remember it being nicer and more affordable when I lived here years ago, but the prices now (fast fashion tops for $14-$20) and the…sewage?…smell made me never want to return :(
ulises palafox: Me encanta este lugar, nunca sabes lo que puedes encontrar
Anna Woods: I wanted to like this place and I tried really hard it’s just a little overpriced for what it is I recommend goodwill unless you want to dig through the hellacious clothing mound
Andrew Schmitz: Amazing Inventory...Fabulous customer service!! They are wonderful!!
Noelia G.: Beautiful & elegant vintage pieces. I loved my purchase here.
Nick Belsten: Fun shopping experience! Love the selection and the funky pink decor

Anthropologie: what do users think?
Marie Josee Lamothe: Spacious, well merchandised, friendly staff
paula gaete: Great clothes
Tekie Anday: Very welcoming customer service.
Mon Liu: Its a nice store but location was kinda unexpectedly hard to find.. away from the regular streets of Harvard, in a place I never recall to have walked on. I had confusion when in the store and asked directions within, the attendant there gave me so much confusion 😐 I got stuck on the ground level didnt know where to go, theres was no elevator as instructed. I had to wait for someone to find me and give me some hands on help to guide me out of this maze.
Ajinkya Parwekar: Very polite and helpful staff. The lady at the counter went extra mile to wrap a gift for me.
Mafalda Gomes: Very cool 😎 and charming.
J W: pretty cool store with split level floors. expensive but good sale selections. other than clothing they have household items and interesting stationery. good place to get a gift
Socheata Huy: Absolutely horrid service. Someone working there had the audacity to tell me they were closing soon; I was aware & in fact in a hurry to buy a gift. They have multiple people working yet only one person at check out. One woman was taking so long returning multiple orders. I didn’t have time to wait for all of that and will no longer spend money here.
Lise Simons: Ok
J O: Lovely store and location at harvard square. Great pieces. Store is mutilevel with beautiful things and small seating area. Pleasant shopping experience
Tammy Martin: The sales lady was nice. It was too expensive
Dipesh Nepal: Here's a catch, if you bought an item that is 50% off you can't return it. We recently purchased a bunch of stuff online during black Friday week, all online and we kept some and wanted to return some. So we went to store and return bunch of items and there was one that we could not. The lady on counter said it was the final sale. I said well okay, I wasn't aware of that at the time. So I came back and checked my order, and I can actually make a return receipt for exchange, but now I have to pay the shipping fee. I completely get it and it fine but "You have to tell us on our cart items that are final sale" and also on receipts", for me it's felt it wasn't ethical for Anthropologie to hide things with their customers.
Michael Powers: Too snobby attitude. Too bad, it is great looking store.
Marie-B CDA: My daughters who are in their 30' loved it. I do not fancy the material of most clothes. I do not find it elegant or refined: too thick, looks cheap...Oh, well...different folks for different strokes!
Stephen G: Ok if you like expensive clothing designed for young women.
Pizzles Tech Time: Whoever does the design of the window displays needs a raise! When I walked by it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen... I was thinking the person who does these displays must be a genius. It really made me feel something.
Chris Bozer: Wonderful store with a great selection. My wife was able to get some hair accessories that she loved!Fair warning though, this place is quite expensive. A set of hair scrunches will cost you about $20. Be prepared when you come in for this.
JEAN YVES RIVOIRE: De beaux vêtements, chers !

Mint Julep: what do users think?
Leah Klein: Such a cute shop with carefully curated fun and fabulous clothes. I love seeing what they get in season by season.
RoadTrip NewEngland: Great little Harvard Square Boutique. Located on Church Street
Niloofar Ojani: Such a pretty store with lots of accessory options. I was able to find fashionable scarves here. Friendly staff, and quaint setting.💛
Anto Catanzaro: I found the most wonderful corset top here and the staff were nice. Definitely pricey (think $100 - $300 for clothing, $30 - $60 for accessories, at full price), but there’s stuff on sale for quite cheap. And hey, if you have a couple hundred bucks to spend, you can definitely get adorable, high quality clothes here.
Purvi Patel: The owners are incredibly helpful. Lovely dresses fairly priced and so unique. So happy with my gorgeous yellow dress!!! Thank you Stephanie and Brooke!!!
Esther Ye: This boutique shop is located within Harvard Square and has a great selection of cute fashionable merchandise, including jewelry, clothing, bags, and more.
Dan Janerico: ~ Marvelous Clothing Store , More So For Females ~
Joseph Nickerson: Cute place. Nice and friendly staff
Diane Beck: This shop has clothes on trend for very good prices. Each of their shop people are helpful and give great suggestions. They have a selection which is good for a wide range of ages. Always a fun place to shop.
carter vincent: Wonderful selection and staff.
Alessandro V.: Cute women's boutique with unique offerings. My wife loves the place.
Justin Aronstein: Great dresses! Very expensive though, this is a good place to go for a fancy event, wedding, prom, etc. Almost all short dresses, has lots of good accessories that are not too expensive. The people who work there are very helpful and supportive for the shopping experience.
Lexie Koss: Everything in here is adorable and will make you feel happy that you are a girl while sad that you are not super rich. It can be a little pricey, but with some careful browsing, you can usually uncover a few outfit options under $100. Visit for all of your wedding guest/holiday party/aren't-you-sad-you-dumped-me? fashion needs.
caitlin: This is a great dress shop. You are sure to find something beautiful and unique i.e. insure someone else dosent have the same dress at wedding, dance, etc. The people that work here are super nice and helpful. They usually have some good sales going on which helps since some of their stuff is a little pricey. The only problem I have found is limited sizes. I have been disappointed a number of times finding the perfect dress not in my size. They do have their brookline location which helps but sad for sale items.

The Andover Shop: what do users think?
Steve Hill: Old school elegance, sales and service. What a pleasure.
Jesse Gjeltema: Great place! I can really tell they take time in making sure they hire ONLY the best!!
Louis Zhang: Absolutely recommend this exquisite shop to anyone looking for bespoke men’s clothing from England, Italy and North America’s finest craftsmen to tailor your classic taste. Professional and first class customer service is provided too.
Alex: The Sales manager (J) seems incapable of measuring for a vest at the Andover location. After being brutally rejected from applying to this store by the owners (TM and his father), I returned to get a vest made in Andover. Conveniently, the only try on they had was a 44 for shoulder measurement. This is one whole shoulder size up from me as I know all of my vest measurements. The owners probed me for my client list and a tailor for their Harvard Square location. I offered them a tailor and they still haven't called her after three months . Avoid this place at all costs. Money is only green to them if you have more than 100 million in the bank.
Ted Mader: Great classic menswear selection in Boston. Alden boots & Made in England jackets.
Anthony Collier: Excellent customer service. I was helped by Jake who is a stand up guy.
Kyle Carney: I called the Andover shop in Cambridge and spoke with Jacob Shields who went out of his way to try to track down a particular women's wool coat. He followed up tirelessly calling the wholesaler, figuring out the best size, and then tracking it down. Ultimately the coat i was looking for is no longer available but he even checked online with other stores in the area to see if he could find it. Over the top customer service. An exemplary employee at a quality business.
Philip Ballentine: Excellent place to buy men's wear, with many locally made shirts, suits, ties, etc. Knowledgeable and professional service.
Andrew J. Correia: Larry Mahoney is a pleasure to do business with. This shop is first class in every way.
James Ferguson: Not for me @$1500 a suit, but I tried a couple of suit jackets and the cut was truly bizarre, looked like they were flared out for a woman with oversized hips (I'm a standard size 42L). Off the peg hung way better. Weird
Oramel Skinner: The best service and care you could hope to have or receive
Matthew Schofield: A wonderful, old world men's shop.Go check it out!
Kitty G: Fine quality bespoke clothing, exquisite imported sweaters and socks, on site tailors to measure the customer.
Cory Peterson: +amazing quality materials+experienced staff+best place to find a unique bow tie in greater Boston
Jeff Slater: The Andover Shop is a classic with a wonderful, rich history. Be sure to appreciate it deeply if you go.
s solomon: As one addicted to traditional men's clothing, I've shopped an Andover/Cambridge for many years. The shop is tiny and cluttered and the employees and selections are quirky, but the place is a gem. More modern versions of the shop were once fairly plentiful, particularly in East Coast cities/towns. Most have disappeared because of changes in the economy and the move to more casual clothing styles. This is a survivor.
carter vincent: The quality and advice just doesn't get any better, anywhere.
Peter Cox: Trad. Best in the business.
Simon Tran: Crap. The websites said you're able to return items within 30 days of purchase but they didn't let me.
Michael Stanley: It's a treasure. It's an experienced staff. It's not a place to miss.

Susanna: what do users think?
robin graves: super clothes. lovely service
Maurice Karpman: Small women's clothing shop with a nicely curated collection of clothes cut and sized for real people.
Kathleen O'Connell: Come to Susanna if you’re looking for the best women’s clothing store in Cambridge. It’s about a half-mile from Harvard Square and even closer to Porter Square. This charming boutique offers a great selection of contemporary/stylish/comfortable-but-casually-elegant tops, jackets, sweaters, skirts, pants dresses and accessories, including terrific jewelry. The service, both in-person and online, is superb. Owner Amy and everyone else are always helpful and give you whatever level of attention you need--they’ll shop with you or you can look around without any pressure to buy. There’s even a compact collection of adorable baby clothes—very convenient for moms, grandmothers, and anyone heading to a baby shower!FYI: Susanna’s is an easy walk from the Red Line’s Porter Square stop. And there’s metered parking on Mass Ave.
Carolyn Fuller: For the first time, I ordered all my clothes online. I was so nervous but the items came and were perfect! They look GREAT and they brought my new clothes to my door - no charge!
Randye Friedrichs: Love this store. Whenever I am up on Cambridge this is always on my list. Love the people, love the clothing, love the jewelry. Love it all
gabrielle stapleton roach: Susanna Cambridge is a great little boutique on Mass Ave with lots of style. There is always something new to try, the vibe is fun, functional and creative. The owner is very helpful and respectful, generally gives me space to make my choices. Whether you wander in or shop online the service is always great.
Sylvia Hammerman: always have found great clothes here, and now, during the closure for the pandemic, the scarves at rock bottom prices were a nice way to support this shop and add a little flare to my zoom sessions
Lisa Marino-Molchanova: Clothing is exclusively for the tiniest of the tiny. A family member regularly buys her clothes here and I often tag along, but the employees act like I'm completely invisible the entire time. They'll say hello, but immediately rush to her to "assist" and completely ignore me. Once it's a mistake, repeatedly it's intentional. Mind you, I'm dressed well, always well groomed, and my jewelry probably costs more than their entire inventory, but the judgmental attitude and behavior will keep me away and will definitely keep me from referring anyone to the store. Also, their clothes aren't unique. Boring and overpriced? Yes.
Susan Doll: Great stuff at fat prices. I go anyway.
Jo Keith: Unique finds. Great customer service. Good quality.
Susan Silberman: Coming here for decades, one of the best independent shops in Cambridge for interesting off-mainstream stuff
Elizabeth Stapleton Hill: So much fun. Helpful staff is not in your face with upsales but will help you find what you want. Great place for basics or that special gift for a loved one.
Stephen Bauer-Balel: I came by recently looking for some birthday gift clothing for my wife, and once again I was able to find some things that she loved, as did all you notice! She often gets lots of compliments. So, thank you so much! I’ve been coming to Susanna’s for a good while now, and have never been disappointed. My wife enjoys nice clothing but hates shopping for some reason, so it’s come to be my doing clothing shopping for her and Susanna's is my number one place. We’ve never been disappointed, and have never had to return anything..
Catherine Luther: Lovely store. Fabulous staff. Good place to find something special!!
Esther's Daughter: A marvelous boutique located on Mass Ave between Harvard and Porter Squares. Lots of clothing--especially pretty tops-- mostly of the bohemian career / casual style. You'll also find plenty of accessories and even a nice display case of jewelry. Staff is friendly and helpful and more than willing to help you find the right look. Prices are fair but generally not cheap.
Robin Miller: Great staff is alwasy very helpful. Wonderful variety of merchandise. Convenient location

Tess: what do users think?
Mary-Kate McGeary: not only is this store overpriced and outdated but the owner tess is one of the most vile people i’ve ever met. she is a regular at my job in harvard sq and she harasses the staff every time she comes in. she is rude, vicious and has lied to get her way on multiple occasions. i can attest to her mistreatment that many people have left reviews for. she claims not to be fatphobic and then continues to be fatphobic in her review replies. she is not someone i would ever want to support, and you shouldn’t either!
Siri Caya: Love this store 😻
Lara Druyan: Tess was lovely and incredibly helpful. She has a fabulous eye both for unknown (to me, anyway) designers and for what works on her customers. Thank you!!
Rebecca Curran: Edit #2: I want my reply to the store to be at the top of my review. Because I've spent the entire evening trying to figure out why I would make up a story about being publicly humiliated and have come up short. "Family owned and operated" doesn't get you a free pass for being terrible. A simple "We're so sorry you had that experience! We will be looking into this" -- even if you had NO intention of following through -- would have sufficed. Businesses that respond the way Tess did only make stories like mine -- and the MANY other bad reviews over on Yelp -- even more believable. Bye 3My apologies to Mint Julep! I walked by this way for the first time since the worker at Tess told me I was too fat for their clothes in March and realized my review was for the wrong store. I’ve been avoiding it because, you know, 14 years of an eating disorder. I went in hoping to redeem both, with my bag from Anthropologie which I thought indicated I wanted to spend money on cute clothes. Was entirely ignored, which I guess was better than when I was here in the spring and the woman loudly repeated how fat I was. I’m not tiny but I wear a 0 at Anthropologie so I can only imagine what other people are treated in this store. Thanks for confirming that everyone who works here sucks ✌🏻Edit: Thanks for confirming that you're horribly rude. What would I get from lying about this?
Kellie Hawks: Cute clothes, was able to find what I wanted.
Samantha: I went in to briefly browse some dresses. At first the woman seemed nice and helpful, but she kept insisting I try on smalls when I know I am a bigger size and I had to awkwardly tell her that they won’t fit me. She picked out several dresses that weren’t my style and she didn’t really listen when I told her this. The “dressing room” is a small bathroom in the back and there is no full length mirror. I literally stood in a water jug to see my full body in the bathroom mirror. If you’re selling $600+ dresses, people are going to expect an actual dressing area. It was also super hot in the bathroom and no a/c in the store, so the try-on process was unpleasant. I asked if she could hold a few dresses because I was in a rush and needed to come back. She rudely said no, seemed to get angry and said “I have 3 stores” blah blah. I don’t understand what having 3 stores has to do with holding a dress. Again, if you have super expensive clothing, having a temporary hold policy is pretty normal. After I left the store I read the reviews of her rude and racist behavior and it seems like this woman has issues. And she clearly doesn’t care to address the many reviews calling her out. I won’t be back.
Denise Patnod Lic. Ac.: I found a beautiful pair of pants, 100% cotton, made in Italy. The material feels fabulous. I will tell my colleagues to shop at TESS’s.
Lydia: If you want to look chic and unique this is the place to go!
Devon Vrana: If I could give a store a negative 0, I would. The old hag that works in there is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She was so hateful, I thought she was kidding. Stay far away from this store. The clothes are ugly and way overpriced. The woman who works there is clinically unwell. Better yet, go in the store and harass her. It is like nothing you will ever experience.
Ethan Forrest: Had a rather uncomfortable and quite shocking experience in Tess this past week. Casually looking around with my girlfriend ,the sales associate asked my her to try on the Sweater she was looking at; to which we said we had just worked out and would be back later when we weren't so sweaty. We engaged in friendly conversation and the sales associate abruptly said to my fit and skinny girlfriend, "and now you're expecting a baby?" I have never once encountered someone who made an assumption about someones weight or body appearance let alone comments about being pregnant (or not) ESPECIALLY in a sales setting. We were speechless.
siobhan farina: I’ve never had a real movie moment til today when I got to live out my own Selena/Pretty Woman fantasy- except I’d never give this woman my money. I walked in with a friend of mine who asked to try on a dress and was met with “That’s $850”….. ok and?!? She insisted that yes, she was aware of the price point and would like to try it on….. to which she was met with “it won’t fit you”..I gave the woman a not so nice glance- but hey, don’t talk to people like that! She asked me if I had a problem like we were going to square up in the alley behind. Also the clothes are all made in China, all in the 100s of dollars for chintzy, unlined, low thread count feeling garbage.
Judith Fabian: Tess carries exquisite women’s clothing from Italian and US designers. Her boutique in Harvard Square has a minimalist aesthetic. Tess’s long time career in high end investment clothing allows her to curate the perfect pieces for her customers.Tess is my main source to add a few pieces to my wardrobe each season. I am still proudly wearing pieces that I purchased from Tess decades ago.
Sofia Ivanka: I liked a piece, but the attitude of the saleswoman there was DEPLORABLE. Asking me if the dress I had chosen was “actually my size” and demanding I tell her my size to try it on was such a shocking experience for me. Please DO NOT GO unless you want to leave in bad mood.
Katya Luke: They were not open on time!! We came 10:30,, doors were shut😡😡😡
Gary Mitchiner: Everything we ever bought here for my wife was the utmost in timeless style and quality. Love this store and shopping experience. Can't wait to go back! Gary & Ellen, Chicago
ym k: When I read the reviews, I noticed that there was a stark contrast of 4s, 5s, and 1s. Since I have an experience in shopping in Tess myself, I decided to contribute. Many of these high-rated reviews are written by Caucasians, and unfortunately, this experience is often not the same for people of color. My mother and I, who are Asians, have really enjoyed the quality and uniqueness of Tess clothing and have purchased their high-priced items. However, it is very clear to us that, every time we enter the store, that we are racially profiled. When we first visited the store, the clerk looked us up and down and practically followed us around the store, monitoring our every move—although she treated a white lady in a completely different and cordial manner. She treats us nicely now that she sees us as regular customers, but before our frequent visits, she acted very rude and passive aggressive. My mother really likes the store, but we both agree that its staff completely lacks respect and effort at equal treatment. Even out of the prospect of selling, the shop attendant should treating everyone equally. "Tess" clearly doesn't realize that customer service is essential to selling any item. We will be shopping in another Tess store where we can't see the shop attendant.
Karen Gardner: Hovering salespeople with a lot of attitude. Owner is obviously catering to the wrong audience, price point wise. If you want to sell to the one percent, it's best if you can identify them and understand their shopping preferences.
Maureen Brosnan: All my favorite clothes are from Tess. Love the sweaters, slacks, shirts, dresses. Tess is great at offering suggestions on what will look good. Great service.
Xiaolin Zhuo: Today (11/24/2015) at Tess I had the most horrifying shopping experience in my entire life. There was only one salesperson at the store (and based on the reviews posted on Yelp, she must be Tess, the owner). With her assistance, I tried on two coats. I didn't buy them, put them down, and continued looking around in the store. Suddenly the salesperson came over and asked me where one of the coats I tried on was. I didn't need a change room to try the coats on, and I just put them on while standing in the shopping area in the store. I didn't remember exactly where the coats were after I put them down, and I suggested that maybe the coat was on the chair, or she put one coat back on the model. She immediately became very impatient and rude and basically was accusing me of stealing the coat. After a few intense minutes, I said, you can search my bag, I didn't take it. Suddenly she said I can go. There was another male customer in the store, and he intervened and asked if anything is missing. I said to the salesperson, I want to be helpful here, is everything okay, are you sure I can go. She said again that I can go, as if nothing has happened. The coat I tried on was labeled $800-900, and I can understand the salesperson must be worried if she can't find it. I'm willing to help her locate the coat, but she simply accused me of stealing in a rude way, and a moment later she let me go. If she let me go because she eventually found the clothes and realized she had mistakenly accused me, at least she should have apologized to me (and she didn't).I am an Asian female under age 30. Reading another Yelp review, it seems that other young Asian women had also had disturbing experience at this store.
Judy Morrison: Fabulous designer clothing primarily Italian. Certainly on the pricey side. the folks who work there are attentive and cna help you put togheter the right outfit.if you hit it right you can get a great deal at their salesbottomline - you will walk out looking great!
Nancy Turner: The clothing is lovely and such fine quality. However, the overall atmosphereis intimidating and the prices are outrageous. Snooty attitude.
