Melody Cao: This ramen was amazing!!! I got the Spicy Miso ramen and it was delicious! It had so much flavour, the noodles were cooked to perfection, had no waiting time to get seated, food came quickly, presentation was great, and left feeling very full and satisfied! Usually ramen places give very little noodles and a lot of broth, but this one had great proportions and gave quite a bit of noodles, enough to make me full (which is rare). Overall, great ramen place to eat. Def would go again. Seating area is extremely limited though so there will probably be a line next time we go.
Z W: Unfortunately not worth a visit anymore. Used to be my favorite restaurant but a lot has changed since my last visit. All the menu prices have increased by about 30%, and the food has taken a big drop in quality. Katsu curry was $14.50 and the curry had zero vegetables, not even onions. Served with a huge mound of rice but barely enough curry to just dip the pork in. Char shiu in the ramen was overcooked, dry and tough. Broth was tasteless. It's such a shame, I miss how good the food used to be.
A moyao: チップ高い ラーメンと餃子まずい 行くことをお勧めしない
Liguo Su: Taste is good. Portion is standard to good. Coz I haven’t been to Hokkaido i couldn’t tell. Compared to other pork based soup it’s not very salty and presents chicken broth flavor. The noodle is machine made apparently but not bad. I will repeat.
Amrit Singh: Tamporo next door is 100x better
Emoney Flex: Not bad. Pretty authentic ramen, but the miso broth could be richer. A staple of Sapporo ramen is a thick and rich broth, so there is definitely room for improvement. Noodles were perfectly cooked and customer service was 10/10.

cat: I think they are here for over a decade and that tells everything. Ramen quality decreased a little over time, but still much better than most of the places in Boston.
Matt Dunne: I just FaceTimed with my friends who visited your establishment today. One of them was not that impressed, and commented that your eggs were grey around the yolk. I have seen this happen in the kitchen before, and can occur when eggs are overcooked due to a reaction between iron and sulphur from the egg. To please my friend in the future (who does want to return for your spicy miso ramen!) I recommend not over cooking your eggs. I also look forward to trying your ramen out too…but I might think twice about ordering it with an egg! 😅

Angelina Mainetti: Best food you'll have in your life. It is far from where I live but from time to time I allow myself a couple hours to make the trip there and back. The ramen is absolutely amazing! I wish they'd open more stores all over.Parking: Parking isn't too expensive since it's at the university.
JP: Been coming here for exactly 10 years! (Back when a bowl was $9) They haven’t changed and I love it. Spicy miso ramen is my favorite but also Sweet and Sour & House Ramen are amazing too. I hope they stay here forever. I haven’t found another ramen spot like this.

Nick D'Angelo: The OG Tonkotsu Pork Ramen was incredible and the portion sizes were perfect! Nice ambience and great drinks.Recommended dishes Original Tonkotsu Pork Ramen …More
Jessica Buster: Very quick service, patience and kindness with two messy kids doing hot pot for the first time. I asked them to cut our mochi in half in the kitchen, as we wanted to share, and they plated it up beautifully.
Craig K: Can't visit the museum without first stopping here for lunch.
Jerry Chou: Nice hot pot restaurant.
vargoal: Great hotpot and drink!
Nirvan Patel-Masini: Interior is beautiful and the aromatics from the hot pots were wonderful. I’m remorseful at not getting the hot pot. The bento box with steak was fine. Nothing particularly special nor outstanding. Everything cooked well, the steak dull, the sides (fried stuff) was pretty tasty. Don’t come here for bento boxes. Get the hot pot!!!!!
Hunter Lunardini: Excellent service. We got the bento box and tonkatsu ramen. Both were amazing. Highly recommend.
Erin Lucier: Great food at a reasonable price! The service was fantastic and everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for a date night or a group lunch.
Kevin Hsieh: Had ramen. It was good and was able to fit 7 people and a baby.
Nate Call: Just had a great dinner at the bar of Shabu & Mein. The bartender was amazing and interactive. He was patient with my questions and gave recommendations where asked. I went with the traditional ramen (though as I understand it, this ramen was less traditional with more of a modern twist), I've been trying to get some for years but never got a chance. It was delicious! Going to be coming again before I leave Boston.
Autumn Premen: Great drinks, delicious food, and exceptional service
Victoria Bartolome: Really good broth options here. Rib eye highly recommended! Veggie platters and tofu skin / bean curd skin are also good
S T: We love the hot pot. Went for the ayce on Wednesday. Extremely generous portions. Only one server on and she was killing it.
Alvin Tam: The ramen is amazing especially the pork cheeks!!! The service is a bit lacking. Slow and not very responsive...and that's when there was only 3 tables there including us, can't imagine when they are full
Liana: High quality and generous portions of ingredients. Vegetable and meat platters were fresh. The spicy mala and tonkotsu soup were really tasty!
Maria Mavrikaki: Very overpriced, but quality of food very poor. We had the special hot pot base broth ($12 for the broth), but taste wasn’t good, very spicy and hardly felt any meat taste (probably overly diluted). We also had ribeye (~$30) and it was..bad. Def never going back, they need to work more on their food (they can try something like Happy Lamb to see the difference).. real waste of money :/
Wise Guide: Super polite staff, but the service was very slow!I had very high expectations from this place! I love ramen, but the curry ramen here tasted very different from other curry ramens I’ve tasted before! It was like an Indian based curry rather than Thai based curry.I may go back here and try the hot pot or other food, but I don’t think I’ll try the ramen again!
Andrew Shiah: Awesome place to grab hot pot in Cambridge. The staff and service are fantastic and knowledgable, able to answer any questions for new and experienced hot pot diners. Food is also of great quality and they have a great variety of broths, meats, veggies, etc. Would recommend for anyone!
Lila Castillo: I loved the gluten free ramen. I keep going back for more.
Nir Melamoud: Ramen was great. dumpling in pork soup bowl is really good favorites dish so far, hot pot excellent, best soup is beef tomatobest veggie is taro, spinish is great, beef all good.spring rolls good a bit spicy

Dumpling House: what do users think?
Danny Cohen: My favorite Chinese food in Cambridge! I come here at least once a month just to get my soup dumpling fix.
Simi: Ordered a smorgasbord of delicious food on Saturday, we arrived early for dinner (about 5) and already it was getting busy! Jackie Owens: Great dumplings, but also a wide selection of other dishes makes this a wonderful stop if in Cambridge. I went at 3 pm, but service was excellent even in the middle of shift change. I went for the soup dumplings specifically, but would explore most of the menu if I had the chance. Utensils and hand sanitizer are organized and handy for each table.
정신영: We ordered cold jellyfish(해파리냉채), mini soup dumplings with pork(소룡포) and crispy duck.If you're expecting mini soup dumplings like in Din Tai Fung, I don't recommend it. The dumpling skin is thicker and the pork is less juicy. But the Cold jellyfish is delicious. I never thought I would be able to eat this in the US. I will visit here for cold jellyfish.Crispy duck was not what I imagined. What I expect was thinly sliced duck wrapped in wheat cakes with vegetables, that is Beijing duck. However, this duck is a roast duck. But the taste is good.Their name is Dumpling House, but unfortunately the dumplings are the worst.😅
Jim Manning: So lucky to have this in our neighborhood! Good food, but a couple of dishes were disappointing.
G Frye: Their food was great. I liked going there when I lived in Cambridge. When I returned years later, the dishes were more saucy and oily then I remembered. They were busy, but the service was fast. They were able to seat our big party without any wait time on a week night.

Anna D: The pho tai and green ice tea was just what i needed. warm, hearty, and flavorfull. friendly waitress as well
dEDa Deda: I wanted to give soup shack another shot after a lackluster experience at the Jamaica Plain location. The service at this Porter location was great and the place was clean. The Karage chicken was almost completely unseasoned. There was some chili powder on it but it was mild and flavorless. The pho itself had little flavor. They served the pho without sides so I had to ask for them. They brought out sprouts with one basil sprig and one lime slice, nothing else. I will say the beef was very tender and good quality. I didn't even eat the chicken it was so bad. Wouldn't go back

Sara Stiklickas: This place has delicious udon. I had the signature cold udon which was tasty and refreshing, and texture of the noodles was great—just the right amount of chewiness. The restaurant itself is very small and limits your table to around 20 minutes, so plan for a quick meal. And, if you finish the entire bowl, you’ll be congratulated!Recommended dishes Cold Niku Udon, Cold Spicy Udon …More

Paul Kei Matsuda: The house-made udon had nice firmness and consistency. The soup was also nice. The only problem with the food was that it wasn’t drained properly, and I tasted the water the noodles were sitting in before they were plated. Almost perfect. They had a policy of requiring the customers to place and pay for the order before lining up, but they allowed the couple before me to violate the rule even though I was there before them and followed the rule. So annoying. There wasn’t much of ambience, but that’s not what I wasn’t looking for.
Muling He: Best udon I’ve ever had
Li Pan: Nothing compares
Chungman Kim: Best udon ever
Qingyun Lu: Ordered takeout and food quality was still good when I got home. Udon texture was great. Would dine in for hot udon next time.Update: Back for the hot niku udon. Another great taste and experience. They did celebrate when you finish the dish. I would also recommend coming in a bit early than normal dinner time. There were a few seats at 5:40pm but as I left at 6:05pm there was a super long wait line.Update: Dine it for cold spicy udon with onsen egg. Great taste again.

gammeelovemusic: Go early to get a seat and experience the special vibe (you’ll know / hear when you’re there!). The udon is very chewy and flavorful, even for a take out!
Hiro Numa: Taste is very good. The problem is if you seated in 1st row, you will get the stain on your clothes from the people eating behind. You guys should push acrylic board or something to prevent this!!!!
Destiny: Our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. The broth was rich and flavorful. The staff will praise you afterward for eating your food well. You get either the “good job” or “perfect” depending on how much you have left in your bowl. If you dine in, expect to wait in a queue(the experience made it worth the wait).
Joao Pedro Otsuka Salgado: I adore their beverages and meals!
Angel Carboni: Perfect. The score I got for clearing my bowl and the score I give for Yume Ga Arukara!Today was my first time dining here with a friend. We were fortunate enough to come on a slow Monday early afternoon for lunch, so no massive wait as other reviews have stated. It's such a cute, literal hole in the wall vendor space. I enjoyed the simplicity of the seating with chopsticks & napkins at the ready. Very fun place to get a quick bite! Also, Ashley was very cheerful & nice while taking down and serving us our orders (:I've been to the sister location(?) Yume Wo Katare for ramen, so I was very happy to experience eating my favorite dish of cold noodles here at Arukara. I got the traditional cold niku udon with extra niku and the review pictures speak for themselves!I will be coming to visit more when my friend moves into the city or even before then on my own haha

Son Ngo: I have been here a couple of times already and this definitely is one of my favorite ramen shops in the city. The flavors have a good mix between traditional and unique taste. The Red Devil is definitely a thrill for spice lovers, while the Black Shoyu is subtly infused with a smokey flavor. Their appetizers are also delicious, especially the chicken karagee.
Sasha P: We ordered the black miso and shoyu soups as well as the spicy cucumber appetizer. A drink was also ordered but they didn't give it to us and we weren't charged for it. Cucumbers were fresh and we enjoyed that dish. The black miso noodle soup was all right. My shoyu noodle soup wasn't bad but the waiter forgot to substitute my corn fritter with extra veggies. Food wasn't remarkable
Christopher Hill: Not the friendliest of greetings. I almost felt like I was intruding when I walked in to make a carry out order.Asked for a menu, and was pointed to the sign on the door that instructs you to scan the QR code for the menu. I personally hate this new trend that all of these restaurants are going to with that.My order was ready on time, as promised. When I returned to pick it up, it was simply handed to me, and I walked off. There wasn’t even any gratitude for my business. The miso Ramen was pretty OK. It wasn’t remarkable, and it was unremarkable.

Derrick Au: Nice place to eat for a quick bite. Karaage (fried chicken 5 pieces), Pork Chashu Don, and Shoyu ramen. Jennifer Liang: Delicious shoyu Ramen and Chicken Karaage!
Bernhard Paus Græsdal: The Veggie Tan-Tan Men is great!
Thu Nguyen: Good food and good service. Definitely busy/popular place.
Ting H: I love the presentation of the ramen! 👍The corn fritter, a piece of lotus root and even some flavor foam on the top, give the ramen a great enhancement. Signature miso ramen and shoyu ramen were good. Red spicy shio and black shio were very good. And the yuzu cold noodle was the best! It was not on the menu. I think it was seasonal special. When we ordered it, the waiter said it’s last bowl. The yuzu flavor was so refreshing. Nothing better than a cold noodle in the hot summer day! Oh I love they put both roast pork (thin cut) and pork belly (thick) on the ramen. Roast pork was so tender even it’s not fatty
R K: I am appalled by how unfriendly the staff is here, especially when their website is all about being a nice family run business.

Evan Bourgault: Always great food. Took a friend from Japan here, and said it tasted just like back home.
Dan Peluso: Extremely friendly staff, and they have some great ramen deals / apps. My main gripe is, compared to other Boston ramen shops Santouka is a bit disappointing. The noodles specifically are very soggy, and the meat you get is less than other ramen shops. Solid broth though - be sure to add sriracha to the chasu pork rice dish to really take a trip to flavor town.

Raleigh Tomlinson: Vegetarian ramen was a bit underwelming. It had one small peice of tofu and a few mushrooms, but I really prefer more vegetables or at least an equal amount to what would be served in a meat dish. It was good, but very heavyweight on carbs and salt with no veggies to compliment. Still giving 3 stars because the broth and noodles were very tasty.I personally did not enjoy the ambiance. As a single person, you sit elbow to elbow at a big table with others. Luckily i had headphones to drown out the sound of slurping noodles while i waited for my food.
EV: I used to love this ramen place but the quality and service has gone down. The broth was really greasy, the egg was not softboiled, and the arugula I got for my ramen came on the side and it was dirty (white residue) so I couldn't use much of it but still paid for itFood: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

One Ramen And Sushi: what do users think?
Grace Gong: Of all the ramen places in Boston, my family and most friends agree that this is one of the best (if not the best!). The ramen is inexpensive, and comes with egg, and many other ramen toppings for free unlike most other Ramen restaurants. They also serve great sushi here. You really can't go wrong. Only thing to note is that parking is sometimes hard to find.
Ivan F Magalhaes: I'm an app driver, this restaurant does not respect customers who buy through apps, they make food for customers inside the restaurant, and leave us waiting for more than an hour to give us ours. Then we delay customer deliveries because of the restaurant.
Bonnie Lee: Didn't eat. Left because the service was infuriating. Went and spent my money at Wasabi down the street. Cheaper, easier, faster and VERY accommodating!Service: 1/5 …More
Salvador Gomez: A hidden jewel of Ramen and sushi in Boston, just a small place, but an outstandingly good food place. From the gourmet Tuna Tataki that was delicious, to any ramen. I would recommend Spicy Sesame ramen, but all we had were a blast.Service is great.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Spicy Sesame Ramen, Sushi, Vegetable Miso Ramen …More
Skyler Smith: Wonderful sushi, very kind servers! I'd love to come again and try more!Recommended dishes Sushi, Roll …More
Leonard Giarrano: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Jaye Aster Broder: We really enjoyed the spicy sesame ramen and the beef ramen. The spicy ramen is flavorful but very mild in heat and moderate in salt. While the decor of the small restaurant is basic at best, the toppings on all the ramen truly made the dishes. It was not crowded when we went as two people but I would definitely recommend making a reservation if your party is larger or trying to eat at peak times. We didn’t have sushi but saw other tables with it and think you should skip the sushi because the ramen portions are very filling. The staff are friendly and maybe overly talkative. One Ramen Sushi is the third ramen restaurant I’ve visited and would say it’s my favorite so far.
Lydia Chew: Easily a new favorite! Everything I've tried here has been delicious, from the ramen to the sushi rolls. There's a great lunch deal too. The owner is super sweet and attentive, and service is exceptional.
Kaitlin: Recommended dishes Spicy Sesame RamenMore
Kristiyan Georgiev: Prepare to wait outside for at least 30min for the best ramen Boston has to offer. Everything is fresh made Infront of you. The pork slices are tasty, juicy and melt in your mouth. Authentic Japanese ramen experience.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Elizabeth Carolina Di Geronimo: The service and food are amazing! Super kind and always making sure that you have what you needFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Dana Giuliana: Been here once and was pleased. Very fast causal table service. Our ramen and and a few appetizers were great. Not amazing but very good. Limited drink menu and no alcohol.Recommended dishes Tonkotsu Ramen …More
Tom Manovitz: Such a fantastic place! The food, the service, the energy is just perfect.
Henry SooHoo: Popped in for lunch. The prices for lunch are particularly incredible: $10.5 for 2 rolls and $13.5 for 3 rolls. Ramen prices are $11-13.Ordered the tonkotsu ramen and 2 rolls (salmon avocado cucumber and yellowtail) and both tasted fresh. Was especially fond of the first roll. The ramen broth was really good and the char siu had good flavor if not quite melt in your mouth. Noodles could use a little more chew but acceptable.Every person gets a house salad as a starter. Lunch specials come with a miso soup that helped warm us up.
Jonathan Proctor: Decent food, good prices, excellent service. Not gonna blow you away but solid.
Alanna: I love everything from them! Great place to be alone or with friends. Ramen, soup, everything is delicious! Good price, nothing expensive, service is great, they are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back. It worthy the drive!
Kevin Do: Very delicious sushi and ramen with little to no wait. One of the good sushi that's on the cheaper side as well!

Sapporo Ramen at HMart: what do users think?
Michelle Sun: unpalatable ramen!too salty! The soup can not be drink!Waste of money! And the food is different from its picture!Food: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Pack 50 Milk Street: Super salty ramen.

T. Z: I don’t even want to comment further. I really want my money back!
Clara Q: Was looking for comfort food and came across this Ramen / Sushi shop conveniently located inside HMart. Service was great, very attentive. There was a good variety of choices. Tables were clean. A little pricey for quality of food but I am accustomed to ramen from Yume Wo Katare and have different expectations.
波士顿太太: Awful and expensive. Don’t waste your money
Hue Rachel: I ordered ramen before at least 4 people. After waiting 30 minutes, the staffs gave the food to people who ordered later than me. The ramen was not even hot and the egg is cold. Don’t know why it took them so long. Terrible experience. I would give 0 star if it was an option.
Ruenom: Came here for dinnerDine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More
Daniel Nash: *edit* I haven't ordered from here in a while because they have consistently missed large parts of my order. Decided to give them another chance and am immediately disappointed to find once again large portions of my order missing. I will never order from here again it's incredible how a restaurant can perform so poorly, so consistently. But I will no longer foolishly go along.Food is okay but about half of my order is missing about half of the time I order delivery. Every time I call I'm assured that all of the food was prepared and the order was completed. There is no accountability. No issues when ordering on site, but don't ever count on your full order showing up.
Ayon Ibrahim: Pretty average as ramen goes. A bit too oily.
equinox P: The worst service and the worst food. This restaurant hurts HMart's reputation and it should not be allowed to stay.
Morissa: The veggie and tofu ramen is flavorless.
StawBury: The bowls and serving size are soo smol uwu. My tea cup is larger than them. So sad. Can we play despesito?
Brendan Horton: Allergy warning: it's not labelled on the menu, but all of their broths have shrimp in them. To my knowledge, it's not common for ramen to have shrimp as part of the stock and it really took me off guard.
Lyra Lan: Ramen is decent
David Le: Average ramen. Cha-su? (pork) were thick, nothing special. The soup was little weird.
DanThuy Chu: Very decent option for food court ramen. Their bowls are about $11 and made pretty quickly. I've had their house ramen as well as their black sesame one, which was pretty tasty. While the broth doesn't have as much depth as other places that aren't "fast casual," I think it was still satisfying for a food court.
BQ X: Not the same as sapporo ramen in Lesley University.
Alex Zhu: It’s a ramen joint within walking distance from work—a source of life in the dead of winter.
Christiana Smyrilli: Very average food. The veggy ramen is okay-ish. I added an egg for the protein (as all the other options are with pork and i am.not a big fan).
Will Wen: The meal was 19 dollars( spicy moso ramen), I got extra noodles on the sideThe noodle is so soThe only flavor I can taste is spicy...Got 5 pieces of meat, I asked for extra. Regular has only 2
