Kevin Hendricks: John was able to accommodate an inspection two days after booking, showed up early to get a head start on examining and photographing the exterior house/yard, and was incredibly attentive in his communication and in answering questions before, during, and after the inspection. The walk-through was about 3 hours and we got a 106 page report the next day! John's pre-purchase inspection gave us confidence we knew what we were getting when buying our new home, and the report gave us a short, mid, and long term roadmap of repairs and maintenance tips we'll be referencing for the next several years.
