Jill Manca: Alex was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. As a homeowner, I was looking for a home inspector who could tell me what to expect in planning for a renovation project. I am so glad that Alex was recommended by my neighbors. He did a three-hour walkthrough of the exterior/interior of my home: poking, prodding, and sizing-up everything from the roof to the foundation, the electrical system, furnace, hot water heater, insulation, structural issues, and even minor issues. One big question that I had was how to make my home more energy efficient in anticipation of installing heat pumps in the future--and he was able to give me some important pointers. Alex produced a full report and a summary report ranging from major deficiencies and safety issues to needed repairs and future repairs. We do not have much experience, but Tracey explained to us nicely in every detail. She asked whether we had a kid and explained all safety guidelines with that respect.
