Jay Love: This guy was rude to an elderly lady all because she wanted to cash her scratch tickets. I heard him say if you come in the store buy something don’t just come to cash your scratch tickets, then the lady proceeded to ask for 2 $10 instead of a full $20 and he went to the register angrily and literally threw the 2 $10 bills at her. The lady asked what did I do for you to treat me like this and he said “ahhh leave” . The lady was shooking up. He’s bad for business and has no customer service skills at all!

All containers bone dry and the wipers filthy.I get it; this is the city and stuff costs more. But in Winter being able to keep the glass clean is important and this station just doesn't seem to care. This is a low-cost, high value thing to do and if you have to be told, you're probably in the wrong business.

Ann: Brought my old rattling car in for an inspection. They showed me that my timing belt was cracked and there was an oil leak. There was no pressure and they were very nice and fixed it all right then. The rattle is finally gone and my car runs like a top.
Jillian Casey: I just got an inspection here today. Everyone that worked here was really friendly and welcoming. The inspection was fast and efficient. The man who I spoke with after my inspection was super helpful. He explained that my car may need a new battery soon, but was not pushy about me getting it done that day or at their location. He gave me tips on the best battery to get and gave me options for where I could get it. He politely answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back to get my battery replaced and for future inspections :)

Olivia Manzi: The only consistent thing about this gas station is that nothing works well. At least half of the pumps are broken on any given day.They also upcharge on inspection stickers, stating that they have to 'change a lightbulb' and giving you the higher bill without letting you dispute it. From other reviews here, it's clear that this happens regularly.

Abdullah Sahin: Make sure that they don't double charge you. I am still dealing with their mess. Alse double check for your receipt. When you get a gas, you might not pay for gas but snacks. They charged .03 cent gas $30 snacks. It should be other way around. Now, my credit card company believes that I bought $30 of snacks and 3 cents of gas.

From Karen, a veteran Pharmacist who I have known since I went to her at the Brighton CVS, to the new faces and friendly managers that literally help you with every need - this is truly a unique place. Almost a boutique experience for a CVS, with a great stock of groceries, pharmacy items, essentials, and also high end organic and Whole Foods level of nutritional Supplements but for a better price (think CBD lotion, Collagen Peptides protein, Energy Snacks, Organic meals, keto protein, MCT oil, protein bars, natural products, etc... And Yes, they have cleaning and sanitizing supplies to help against covid-19.Cleaning supplies and essentials:yes they have TP and Kleenex and Paper towels and Disinfectants and wipes, as well as hand sanitizer (name brand!), Face shields, masks, surgical masks, kid masks, and two entire sections dedicated to Pandemic essentials. Gloves, gowns, etc. All NAME BRANDS - very impressive.Not to mention the great deals, easy checkout (contactless or with a friendly helping hand), and NO LINES - they always have someone ready to assist. And now they are offering the Covid-19 Vaccine at this location!..Overall my favorite pharmacy in the Boston area, including suburbs, Brookline, Brighton, Fenway, Downtown Crossing, Watertown, etc.Stop in to check it out on your walk on Cambridge Street, or utilize their FREE parking for customers.

Ussy lay: I live in Brookline but I prefer shopping from this CVS as they always have a best customer service. Last time I was there Sachin helped me in the search of product. He is very professional, kind and quick. He doesn't only answer all of my question but also told me about new promotions in the store definitely made for the great experience!

I have been fighting with my credit card company for months to get rid of hundreds of dollars of charges for a card I never signed up for because of a promotion that was pushed on me that was told as "100% free, you will never be charged ever". This has happened TWICE to me here. The service absolutely horrendous and they are just trying to meet corporate benchmarks and trap innocent customers. Will never be returning

Emma Miertschin: This pharmacy is always closed. I have a break in classes from 1-2 and can never get there before 1:30 when they close for lunch. I have carepass, but my prescriptions aren’t available for delivery. Unfortunately inconvenient.

Bounced around several times (each time on hold for 20+ minutes), staff was not able to help at all, and eventually the the call dropped. No way to schedule unless I went via their website and consented to all sorts of text messages to my phone. Shameful. Get it together CVS.

The staff were pretty friendly and helpful when it came to locating things in the building. There are no public bathrooms or trash cans. It is close to the subway station.

C S: This "24 hour" CVS is currently closed due to staffing issues.
Gent Dew: I have honestly never had an experience in a CVS, or any store actually, that was as wonderful as the experience I had yesterday at this CVS. I bought a greendot card that didn't work and David helped me figure out how to handle the situation so perfectly that I honestly could have cried. He was so wonderful and patient with me and I will never ever forget that experience of how helped I was in a situation where I felt so helpless. The entire staff was incredible and all trying to help me. A wonderful experience of American warmth and togetherness that I will never forget!!
Christine Noto: Got a text that the Rx was ready. Went to pick it up and the pharmacist George was mumbling so I couldn’t hear him. Waited 10 minutes at the counter and they couldn’t even find the Rx. The line grew by 6 people while I waited and they had 7 waiting pharmacy calls. Terrible.

I talk with the pharmacist on charge next day he was so arrogant.I say I went to cvs in Watertown and the pharmacy setups my appointment very polite and compassionate( they was very busy day ) this people works only for pay check so sad .
