Cheryl Fillebrown: Best massage of my life! Kami was incredible.
Anna Azevedo: Thought I would try the healing center with the Groupon I purchased. Made an appointment for Sunday morning and on Saturday night I got a text that said “can you confirm that you will be here for your 10:00 appt because I have another customer waiting for your slot.”That text did not make me happy. And I responded by saying, “yes I am confirming but I think it’s very rude to tell one customer that another customer is waiting for their slot.”The Texter apologized for her rudeness and I again confirmed that I would be there and I asked her to confirm the details of my appointment, which she did.Luckily, the actual appointment went very well. Nicole was my masseuse and I was very pleased with her services although she did try to sell me a package. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and I will probably go back. I did leave a generous tip as I really liked the massage.
Zane Wolf: I've had two deep tissue massages from NHC, the first two years ago and the second today. I try to only get massages when I can't solve the issues myself. The first one was probably the best massage I've ever had in my life. My masseuse really knew what she was doing and since I'm anatomically inclined, she was describing which muscles were tight and the insertion points she was targeting to help alleviate those knots, and she went DEEP. It was nirvana to finally get some relief.The massage today is why I rated two stars. My masseuse moved my skin around and was focused on upselling cupping. She found all the problematic areas in my back, commented on them explicitly and pointed out how tight they were, and then she did very little to actually target those areas after I explicitly asked her to go hard on them. I asked her to skip my legs and just go really deep on my back, and she revisited the shoulders for another few minutes, moving skin around a bit harder, before moving on to the legs. I left more tight than I went in out of sheer frustration. Night and day between the two visits.

Shaun Cullen: Natural Healing Center is fantastic & their staff is great! It is very clean & sanitary, yet still very comfortable. Even the massage table was heated (perfect in this cold weather). I went with my girlfriend (who got Nichole) and said she was absolutely great! I got Suki and she was truly outstanding as well! Suki was very nice, explained everything she did, asked what specific problem areas I had, and what pressure levels were good. You could definitely tell she was very knowledgeable & experienced in regards to massage/the human muscle structure. This lead to a very positive & helpul experience overall. They offered us both some upgraded massage options such as cupping & hot stone, etc. but they certainly did not try to force them on us at all. Both my girlfriend & I will most assuredly be back to see Nichole & Suki again for sure! Highly recommend giving this place a try for yourself!
Meghan Caldwell: I told the woman at the top that I have sensitive skin, and when I told her my face was burning she told me that was normal. She left the room multiple times and when I left everything was fine until the next day and for days my face has been peeling and breaking out in hives. Would never go back here and would not recommend to a friend to go here.

haley: I confirmed my massage appointment on day before and when I arrived for my scheduled appt I was notified the therapist called out. This would not have been a problem if I had been notified ahead of time, but instead I drove 20 minutes to be told there was nothing they could do. they did nothing to make up for the fact that I wasted my time. I have a massage envy next to my house but wanted to support small business. I also wanted to note rices are different on Groupon and on companies website than they are in store.

Karen Caiazzo: I can’t say enough about Sonja’s abilities as a healer and a guide. Her training is extensive, and time with her always feels outer-worldly to me. I have had the great pleasure of being on her table for healing massage over the years. Her skills as a massage therapist are unmatched, and her power as a Reiki healer can be tangibly felt. As her client, Sonja has helped me with pain in my foot, my shoulder, and my hip, all from different injuries and at different times in my life. Recently, I was able to come in for a guided meditation and chakra alignment. I was incredibly moved (and even a bit shocked) by the power and astuteness of Sonja’s insights as to my mental, emotional, and physical states. Her intuition helped me see my life from a different angle. Her suggestions and guidance have helped me find some solace in my own journey. Her perspective is so valuable, her wisdom feels ancient, her touch is responsive, and her vibration has helped me to raise my level and better realize my truth.

Cesar: Management is not attentive to customers. I tried getting in contact with managers multiple times through the desk workers or over the phone and they were never available--honestly, I sensed disorganization. The ambiance in the massage rooms is good.

Deliberate work, meaning he was mindful of problem areas or knots and tended to them until I found relief. I also told him which areas I wanted to focus on and he delivered exactly what I needed and more, meaning, I asked for a focus on shoulders so he approached the shoulders but also shoulder blades, range of motion, neck, etc. it was clear he was thinking holistically about what might be causing me problems.Already booked a follow up. I think I found my new person!
Stephanie Joseph: Unfortunately this massage envy is super unorganized. A therapist left to take time off for herself which is GREAT and happens! However my much needed appointment that was scheduled far in advance was cancelled. The receptionist that called to inform me was really cool and kind. I wish i knew her name because they’re not all this kind. Some of them are really rude. I was also told that someone would call me back to schedule in for that particular day with another therapist and when i called back the next receptionist had no idea what to do or what was going on. Which is super frustrating. I’m a member and i don’t think i’ll be going back here.

Meredith Kelley: I had an amazing massage with Jonathan and a wonderful facial with Amelia. I had another facial scheduled in August. I am getting married soon and I got a “budget” of two facials and a massage as a wedding gift in preparation for the day. My budget was $300-$400, and I had it all planned out. However, I have decided to cancel the next facial and go elsewhere for the third. As I was checking out, there seemed to be a member of corporate there, who was pushing me to get the membership. I explained that I actually used to have the membership but I needed to cancel it due to financial struggles (I’m a teacher). They insisted that though the price has been raised to $75/month, it’s a good deal. I wasn’t doubting that I would save money then and there if I signed up for the membership, but these visits were a gift. I am also on an extremely tight budget as the wedding is very expensive and we just took on a mortgage. She told me that the person buying me the gift could just pay for a whole year, which is $900. That was certainly not an option. (You think they’d give a discount if you bought an entire year all at once, but I digress). She insisted until I told her “I’m sorry, I just can’t.” I then paid for my service and tipped my aesthetician. As I was about to leave, the manager continued about products, telling me that the results of my facial are pointless if I don’t maintain it with their $65 bottle of serum, and that they were 20% off. I again had to insist that it was not in the budget. I left feeling uncomfortable, feeling that I needed to resort to explaining my personal finances in order to get the pushy selling methods to stop. I worked in commission sales for years, and I understand the need for pushing for programs, incentives, and credit cards. However, my rule was “2 will do.” You ask twice in different ways, maybe offering incentives or deals, and if they say no, you stop trying. The first time I signed up for the membership, I was also pressured to do so, and I immediately regretted it upon leaving, knowing I could not afford it. I kept it for 2 years despite my services piling up and not being able to go monthly because I work multiple jobs. When my financial advisor told me I have to shave down my subscriptions, I had to forfeit all of the services I had paid toward, which stung. It should be made clear that the pushy selling was not by the front desk staff. The staff delivering massages and facials are also incredible. This seemed to be someone who was not often there, as she did state she wasn’t sure how to use the iPad because she’s not here very often. It seems I was just there on a day of a corporate visit. I will no longer be visiting Massage Envy and will find a small business to frequent.
Yasmina Estepe: Cearssa was amazing! Not too many good firm/deep masseuses left but she is the one! Got so many knotted and stuff points around my body that I didn’t even know impacted the rest of the pains and stiffness I felt. I had a massive headache from the stiffness in my neck and I walked out with no headache at all :)

Reina Morales: I can’t explain how wonderful it felt to go here and pamper myself. I went for a facial with Amelia and a 90 minute massage with Steven and it was an amazing experience. Amelia was so calming and understanding when it came to my skin. I have sensitive skin and she asked me questions about my skin to know what will work out for my skin the most. After the facial, my face felt so light, supple and it just glowed so much. I felt so beautiful, I couldn’t stop taking pictures. A facial with Amelia is a must for self care and I am already referring my friends and my hair stylist to her. The same with Steven, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I have also referred my friends to Steven. I truly felt like a new person after. I have a very tight lower back, and we did a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and he was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and he made sure to focus on my problem areas. My back had never felt so loose ever! I felt like a new person! It was such a relief to not have that tightness and pain anymore. After the massage and facial, I was so relaxed that I went home and slept and relaxed the rest of the day. It was the perfect gift to myself for my birthday, and I will continue to go at least monthly as a new self maintenance and care routine for myself from now on. If you’re thinking about doing this for yourself, I would say just do it. You will not regret it. One last thing, this location was so inviting and professional. Danielle in the front desk made me feel so welcomed and she was so very polite to me. I can’t wait to come back.

I bought 4 bottles of shower gel, but the staff gave me 3 shower gel and 1 body lotion. Due to labor day, i am unable to reach out to customer service until Tuesday. I have already back to Baltimore, and the nearest store is 5 miles away from my apartment. It is unreasonable to ask me paying extra $30-40 for taking uber to the store for exchange the wrong item, which is caused by staff’s mistake! Why should I suffer, not my mistake. Bad customer service.

Ilgin Nas: I have come to HATE shopping at this store because there is always some pricing issue at the register. First, they charged me the price of a 6pack of coke instead of a single coke. It took them 3 tries to understand what I was saying & fix it. Then today, I bought an Advil that was supposed to be $5 off, and it rang up at full price. When I asked Barry on the register why, he said I don’t know and I can’t fix it. All he had to do to confirm was to walk to the isle and check the price tag. Should I take pictures of everything I purchase now? He didn’t even think to call a manager and ask. So frustrating, every time. I hope some Walgreens person is reading this.
