Joseph Teller: I went to the Boston TechCollective in Somerville on the recommendation of a friend on Google+ when I was having major overheating issues on my 3 year old Asus laptop.They ran diagnostics and gave me a flat price ($100) based on the presumption the machine's Thermal Paste/Grease was the culprit and did a complete cleaning of the system and replacement of the Thermal Paste/Grease with a quick 2 day turn around on the work.They kept to their word on keeping me informed, in case it turned out to be part failure or other problem beyond the initial diagnosis and charged me exactly what the stated flat price would be. Well worth it, as it saved the machine from having to be replaced.Excellent work, fast turn around, and professional behavior at every step. I highly recommend them.
