Mahmoud Elhashash: Wonderful team of workers and staff. Anthony, Liz, and Rolanda are all amazing. Forklift and truck drivers are very helpful. They deliver perfectly on time and also load your own truck if you want. Best bricks, stone, and granite. I purchased all my TLC needs to build a beautiful 3 townhouses from them. They are only tough on returns , so be carful to get exactly what you need. I strongly recommend them for any job you have, small or big.

Mike Bucca: Spent a lot of money there on Techo-Bloc wall I was building.I came up a little shot on the amount of blocks that I needed. I actually needed three more blocks to finish the wall and they told me they couldn't sell me (3) I had to buy (8) in order to get the (3). They may have a good reason for that, but as far as I'm concerned it doesn't make sense for any customer to do business there with that policy. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that comes up a little short sometimes on ordering block.

Ashinavalon: Watch out for excessive delivery fees. Apparently their policy is free delivery within 10 miles. I'm 10.8 miles away from them. I'm fine with paying a little something for the .8 miles. But was shocked when I saw the bill and it was $50. Really, $50 for .8 miles? That just left a bad feeling in my mouth. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Babu Rathinam: Charging 20$ for Fuel surcharge to deliver 0.4 miles seems too much, when it is advertised delivery is free. At the same time another vendor delivering from 4 miles didn't have fuel charge and free delivery. This could have been prorated by distance, thats all. Ty.

I was so pleased with the product, the delivery and especially the friendliness of the staff that I ordered more soil this year for yard repair. Going forward I will use and recommend Dr Mulch for soil and any other landscaping products. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!
James Talbott: Great company to do business with. I called at 4:50 pm on a Friday, he sent the delivery out for me that evening despite essentially being done for the day. Friendly driver, perfect delivery. What other reviewers have called a "salty" attitude I simply call someone with an actual personality, which I welcome. Mulch was high quality, price very reasonable.

I confirmed a 3rd time saying that I had something first thing but would be available by 10. He said no problem.The driver called at 9 to make delivery. I was told to check in with the office to reschedule with the office. Dr Mulch went on a rant saying he was not coming back today and if I didn't like it too bad. I brought up what he said when he booked the appointment and he hung up. Good luck dealing with this nitwit.

Heather Mulvey: We have had used Mass Mulch in the past for firewood and mulch deliveries and have always been satisfied.We had a delivery of mulch delivered this morning while our grandson was over. I asked the driver if he would mind if I brought our grandson out to watch because he loves trucks and that his birthday is actually tomorrow. The driver, James said of course and that he would actually let our grandson press the button to lift the dump truck and lower it. Our grandson was thrilled. James took the time with him and even wished him a "Happy Birthday" and tooted his horn when he left. He made our grandson's day. He couldn't wait to tell the rest of the family about it. It was a great experience. The order was made yesterday and the delivery was here first thing this morning. So happy with the quality of mulch and we will definitely be using Mass Mulch again.

John Heavey, Jr.: Picked up 2 yards of “seasoned” firewood Fromm mass mulch. Definitely the bottom of pile given the amount of bark and ground material that was loaded into in my truck. Vast majority of the logs are heavy, sizzle when burned and not fully seasoned. Lesson learned, just make make sure your not getting wood from the bottom of the pile.

Mark White: Have been using Mass Mulch since purchasing my current home 6 years ago, finally getting around to a review. Really like the online ordering system they utilize. Have ordered mulch (every season), aggregate materials, sand and soil for various projects over the years. Product is always consistent and turnaround times on deliveries are always pretty quick (24-48 hours in my experiences). Deliveries have always been left where we wanted them as well. Highly recommend for any yard material needs.

Marlon De laia: lack of commitment to the customer, I placed an order for material they went to my house in a big truck and the truck could not get the material down, I asked them to leave it at the entrance of the garage so that I would take the material inside, no they will do that they will return with the material I had a big loss because I had to pay the workers without them working due to the lack of material, and then they did not contact me to inform the new delivery date I had to contact them to find out and even so the employees they are unprepared and do not ask any questions about the client. do not buy from this company.
Joseph Kelley: Ordered seasoned firewood over the past two years. Easy to order and delivery is seamless. Seasoned firewood has recently had much lower moisture content than promised.
Noreen O'Shea: Ordered seasoned firewood 12/21, fourteen months ago. It has been properly stacked outside, brought inside days to weeks before it needs to be used and still doesn’t light, charred and very Smokey. Used firestarters, kindling and packaged wood from the supermarket to get it going. Nothing works.Called to see if they had any other suggestions or if they had been having a problem. Spoke with Chris, wood manager, very rude, abrupt and argumentative. Very poor customer service.

Neal Perlstein: We went in to try and match paver stones that our contractor couldn't find. The previous contractor had given us the wrong manufacturer and style. We showed up one morning with a sample of what we had and showed Wes the stone we were trying to match. Without hesitation, he identified the manufacturer and style and assisted us in finding and gathering the last remnants they had in stock. Later on that day I called to see if they had any more available and he said he had found another pallet and would set it aside for us. I can't believe how helpful he was and highly recommend him to anybody looking for great knowledgeable customer service.

Soaking wet wood not seasoned , smoked the house up. Not useable until it dries out ! Pieces so large they could have been split 3 more times. I couldn’t even lift them! The guy on the phone was very nice and attempted to help and gave us some dry wood and starter sticks ! Nightmare ! Get kiln dried or nothing at all ! Pray they place it here you want it ! Ugh
Sara Teague: Ordered a cord of “seasoned” wood about 2 weeks ago. Rotted and soaked to the core. I can’t imagine what it’s doing to our stove, it’s useless. We’re the house in the middle of the smoke storm trying in vain to keep ourselves warm with this slop. See photos for evidence of the sizzle.
