Amanda Hughes: Lynne Greene interiors has decked out our home with both light touch and huge, motorized custom window treatments. We purchased these at least 10 years ago. I don't know when I have ever used a company that stands behind their product so well. They are polite and respectful, never making me feel like a pest when something goes wrong. (Yes, motors and such break down after many years.) Even after all this time, they are still very fair in their repair fees...which were fully covered in the first few years. They are appreciative of their clients, typically have a quick response time, almost always able to answer the phone immediately, and able to address your needs in a timely manner. This is a company you never have to worry about being there when you need them. I don't always get to write a glowing review, but this company certainly has earned one. We are fairly new to Massachusetts, and consequently, we aren’t terribly familiar with the companies in this area. When we moved here, however, we heard from a new neighbor that Innuwindow does an excellent job on window treatments. We called and made an appointment for a drapery specialist to visit our new home, and we were very pleased with their work. When it became obvious that the move had caused the bench some stress, we weren’t sure where to turn as we considered Innuwindow to be a drapery store. Barbara Saltzstein: Custom drapes ordered in July 2021.Drapes finally ready December 2021.The woman making the drapes asked me endlessly the same questions. I got a call December 22 that the install was ready to be done. I was then charged for the above the installation was to take 3 hours and he did not want to wear a mask. Given the pandemic that was inappropriate and windows could not be opened. I clearly asked the owner to find out what the hardware was as I found a handyman and designer who could have installed as the pandemic receded. The owner never got back to me and I have made recent call’s attempting installation. While she apologized and the drapes are to be installed, my credit card was used for months by this business. Altogether a mess despite the pandemic.
