Michelle Murray: Good Window Works was courteous. Unfortunately, they mis-sized the glass replacement they did in a storm window so it broke when it was installed by a professional. They were also unable to figure out how to install the storm window and because it was in a tenant's bedroom, I needed them in and out quickly so ended up having them leave the storm window behind and hired someone else to install it later. Because the glass that GWW had put in the storm was too big, it broke when it was installed and needed to be replaced again. They get 2 stars because they were courteous and seemed to know what they were talking about when they came to do the estimate. As far as performance, I ended up paying them not to to the job correctly and then paying someone else to do it correctly so I cannot recommend them.Service:Window repair

Saw their van on the street, called, made an appointment, a very knowledgeable estimator came and did a very thorough walkthrough, explained everything, provided estimate right away. The house that we moved into had over a dozen of windows that wouldn't open or wouldn't shut. It was so bad that one of the windows almost fell out when opening. So, we were bracing for $20-30K new windows expenditure. These guys fixed all of the issues, including bunch of rotting wood for 10% of that! All windows work great now, they even painted them. Our salesperson was good during the buying process and was responsive throughout the installation process.We ran into a problem when the bay window we ordered was not exactly the size we expected. The person who measured our windows assured us that the bay window we were buying was going to match the depth size of our kitchen window which is what we wanted. It didn’t. The management team did not offer any solutions other than to say that is the size of the window. Now I have water leak problem with the window and requested for repair service on Dec1 2020 and today, Feb 4 2021 no one has shown up. They initially said they would come on 23rd of Dec then this sales lady called and said she couldn't make it. So I said why sales person would come for water leaking problem and she said she thought it was unlocking problem after all the photos and description Igave her. So she took photos and left. And then I heard nothing. I called and emailed and texted. Nothing done. I am still waiting with towels under my window and will update here when they finally come and at least look at my place.UPDATE.Today Feb. 9th. The workers came and sealed the window. We have some unusual woodwork in our condo and he was great about taking care of that.
