Vasyl Pikhunyk: If you’re truck driver-don’t come here for deliveries!!!!!!!! The receiver guy is very rude and doesn’t help you out with any questions!!! He is the guy on the huge forklift. The other guys are fine. You must to unload your 53 feet trailer with pallet jack!!! He’s saying what it’s your responsibility…when you’ll ask him to write-driver assist….he never do that!!! It’s unprofessional guy!!!
Peter salvucci: Worst run dealer I’ve ever seen first bought a brand new F650 and brake and clutch had put body on , pto had loud grinding noise every time it went in, brought back 3 times, finally persuaded them to replace pto after 3 times. Then bought a brand new diesel Denali pickup , dealer send to b&c to put plow on, they put truck side on and said I’d have the plow side in one week. 4 weeks later I went up to get plow and Jeff tried to tell me he gave control with truck side. Had to call dealer to have him tell Jeff that there was no controller when the truck was picked up, so he finally gave me one and the plow after 4 weeks.
RON DALFONSO: Big shout out to Jeff at Salem brake and clutch I had some personal issues going on and they help me up out by picking my truck up at the dealership delivering it back these guys are awesome if you need a plow or any other work go see Jeff at Salem break and clutch

Ryan O'Neil: Took my plow here with a blown hydraulic line. In the middle of a snow storm!! Employees were helpful and kind. Had to wait a little bit because I did not have an appointment. First come first serve. But they had me fixed up and pushing snow within 2 hours. So, I can't complain!!! Great place for all your plow needs!!

James Lockwood: Spent about 2 months this summer rebuilding and painting a 2001 Isuzu NPR flat bed and went to Salami's for all the parts. Pedro in the parts department was patient, funny, super talented at locating everything I needed. Then, after I put it all together, Christopher, the service manager, took it in and gave it a thorough once over and replaced major brake parts, and fixed an AC problem, diagnosed and fixed running light and other electrical issues. Pretty quick, affordable, and trustworthy. They not only repair Isuzus but all manufacturers of diesel trucks. They are very popular and busy but always make the time, and really go above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone needing heavy duty truck repairs. Saving up to buy a new one from them!

scott bailey: Overheated leaving after purchase, brought right back, they worked on it and said I was all set but later had no heat. Then learned they just hacksawed off the top and put back in. Only 2 batteries in the 3 battery holder and they were both bad had to replace, right rear tail light was out due to wiring being cut during backup alarm installation, selector switch for heat vent, floor, defrost, ac was not working. Chris the owner told me to bring it to a reputable place near me and he will pay for the repairs. Awaiting parts will let you know how it all turns out

abdi mohamed: This dealer killed me I bought a water pump and I drove to 220 miles to get that part and they put wrong part out side for me. I couldn’t tell if it was wrong or not when I came back to my truck after driving 500 miles using rent car we found out that they gave us wrong part .they gave us housing instead of water pump. My truck was torn apart in a driveway think that when I come back we just throwing the part in.

BOSNA EXPRESS: Was quoted $650 for a slave cylinder, had parts on speaker in front of 3 of my mechanics so I had them order it for next day. Next day sent someone to pick it up and was charged $950. I paid it but when questioned was told that impossible that is below our cost. I had same unit quoted at Dario Diesel for $850 which I canceled thought I was getting a better deals turns out NOT. No need to reach out, I paid it but will never be back!! Have nice day

Johann Perez: Wasted 3 of my revenue days to diagnose and change a set of fuel filters. Asked them to please call me as soon as the truck was done and they did not, instead sent me an email communication that had not even been updated and conveyed zero relevant information. When I brought this to their attention they did not offer a solution, or apology let alone gesture repentance. Will probably never come back to this location as I felt they had zero consideration for the value of my time; they came across as passively arrogant, too big to care because I only have one truck and they have "40" as a service desk clerk put it. Not on my clock if I can help it.

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF PARTS PEOPLE WHO KNOW THEIR JOB, MOST DON'T HAVE A CLUE, ONE CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND IF YOU CAN MANAGE THE LANGUAGE BARRIER SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING. SAVE YOUR TIME, CALL OR DRIVE TO TRI-STATE IN SHREWSBUSY, THEY'RE BETTER STOCKED AND THE STAFF ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE SELLING
Sweetpadre: Parts department is good. They have a lot of items in stock and can get you pretty much anything in short order. Service department is quite another story. The heavy set woman running the show there appears to be all about power and domination. You may want to reconsider servicing your trucks elsewhere If you care about the bottom line.
CHARLES TRINGALE: They don't answer their phones. They give bad trucking service. I've never been helped the multiple times I have tried to contact them. The staff are out to lunch and dumb as stumps.
