Tony T: Purchased a brand new 2022 Isuzu NQR from Ted. We had many issues from day one. The Key would get stuck in the ignition, the running lights were not wired up properly. The backup alarm was not wired correctly. The local Isuzu dealer said that the wiring job done on the Box was a complete mess and that the lighting circuit had to be rewired.I paid the local isuzu dealer $725.00 so that the truck could be driven. I asked Ted to compensate me $150.00 towards the work done as their company failed to inspect the truck prior to handing it off to me and making sure I was receiving a truck in good working order especially since this was a BRAND NEW TRUCK.In all, I bought a $70K truck and this company wont pay $150.00 towards repairs that needed to get done on a new truck. Now he does not return my phone calls or emails.I suggest taking your business to another reputable Isuzu dealer that has better customer service and actually cares.Thanks, Anthony

Craig Cameron: Had a 2013 Hino towed there to be evaluated for a blown head gasket. 4 WEEKS later I received a quote for an engine replacement after my 4th email inquiring about the diagnostic analysis they said they would do for me 3 weeks prior. It is now the 5th week, they never responded to my email asking about them actually looking at the vehicle, so I am having it towed out of there to another repair shop.I never write reviews on anything, but this is so completely unacceptable that I was moved to write something so hopefully nobody else has to wait around while this place holds your truck hostage for 5 weeks without looking at it.
